Many challenges in life make us uncomfortable, bring pain, cause suffering, all of which are a part of life and being human. In that, we unintentionally manufacture self limiting beliefs or use obsolete belief systems that no longer serve us. We will focus on how to become a better version of you through Personal Performance and breaking down old barriers to give you forward momentum in achieving all of your goals.
In ep. 24 of The Mitama Mindset, Michael and Adam go deep into the marketing and music industry that Adam brought Mike into, and how they met. Adam discusses current projects with Sean Kingston. Then they go into a no holds barred event from cryptocurrencies, the metaverse, and various aspects of the current physical nature of reality. They discuss various mindsets that contribute to a more philosophical and existential debate of the Metaverse vs. the Physical universe, minus Michio Kaku and Neil Degrass-Tyson. They discuss various behaviors that could collide that may create toxic environments in the "Megaverse" while discussing the possible benefits. This is not one you want to miss!

This is the second part of the 2 parts of The Mitama Mindset The Master of Me "Beyond Discipline" series. This is the live audio of what I went through to achieve my goal and through some very tough elements out in the wild. The weather, terrain, and environment were less than optimal, but with the right mindset, none of that matters, and all that matters is that you build your dreams one piece at a time so when the time comes that no external factor is a variable to the sum of the equation.
Part 1 Description
Understanding from my past of Military and Mixed Martial Arts that there are attributes, characteristics, and a mindset necessary to accomplish one's goals and objectives under such circumstances as those endeavors. In this episode, I hope to prove my point that the word "Discipline" is a word that has been whored out for profit and that the meaning is getting lost in every variation that is getting lost in meaning and value. I hope not to contribute to this watered-down word that is important for those growing up and those who seek to become high achievers. In this, I explain my truth about Discipline and what it is to me. Discipline is a characteristic developed over time integrated into your subconscious that becomes a personality trait. I go over a recent event that proves this as Part 1 to the "Beyond Discipline" episodes as episode 22 will have actual audio of the experience I went through to not only accomplish a goal but shatter the time goal set, a very emotional experience. This was under storming weather, mud, rivers, creeks, slippery terrain and yet I achieved it. Prior to my preparation I had completed my morning rituals and journaled about the task that was at hand which was soon to become a prophecy. I am human and so are you. It just takes one nudge in the right direction and I really hope this will help someone else out there on their quest to master themselves.

I'm hearing a lot lately of watered down versions of what discipline is or hearing an altogether out of touch definition of discipline, do a google search. The watered down versions don't touch on the true veracity of discipline and is quite insulting to those of us who day in and day out practice consistency of action and get it done. I hear all different stories as to why this is but I honesty don't care about those versions of what others cobble together to formulate the action of and definition. My definition of discipline is the ability for one to take initiative in achieving results with the express intent on accomplishing tasks. This one will activate you and hopefully shut down the confusion.
Mike goes into a monologue of the past series and throws it all into one track. He motivates you to start using the techniques and conquer the fear within to become the Master of you. He pushes you hard to escape the negativity and lose those people around you that hold you back. He drives home the fact that you can do it you just have to put work in. You don't have to suffer or go through pain like Mike did by following the easy steps he proposes. Ultimately, it is up to you to take the leap of faith to become the best version of you everyday because there will be nobody there for you and the only person you will be able to count on is YOU!
Almost everyone struggles as to where to get started when you have a goal in mind, to the extent that the goal is not achieved. Writing things down is one of the most important things one can do but again they don't even know where to begin. The smallest components of goals and objectives are tasks. Tasks are the small achievements that equal the whole. Understanding a methodology, much like what we've been discussing in the Master of Me Series, will help you align and identify what you will need to know to accomplish your goals time after time. Listen in on how we get things done!
Building the foundation to accommodate your dreams and scaling your mind, spirit, body, health and mental fitness takes consistency of action with a bit of determination. Motivation is a spark that ignites the desire and passion within, but as we transcend the Personal Performance Framework you will see how determination, consistency of action and all of the characteristics you've built along the way propel you into accomplishing your goals and objectives, prioritizing them and ultimately successfully completing them all!
In this episode, we go into how the ego is a construct of self-identity. We work on building the "observer" to monitor behaviors of the underlying program, the unconscious mind, and surface the self-limiting belief systems that prevent us from growing forward. We work on ritualizing our mornings to build better habits, design a plan for mental and physical fitness, discuss diet, or more accurately designing a new lifestyle. Then we get into organizing our minds to propel us into the future without fear.
Values are attributes and characteristics that drive our behavior. They place priorities on our goals and with that guide us according to what we feel is most important to us. There are many sub-attributes and characteristics that are used to refine this process which we will discuss and how we can easily implement and utilize values to move us forward for personal lives or in business. They assist us in aligning with what is important and assist in generating behavior that keeps us aligned with our goals, mission, and purpose in life.
into purpose in depth to identify what is needed and what it takes to transcend into our purpose in this life.
What I've accomplished was because I refused to be average, I refused to be on the sidelines having people tell me what to do. I am the architect of me, I made me, this is The Master of Me!
Through the challenges of life we all are faced with showing compassion to others at some point, but to what extent. In this episode, I propose a different paradox that exists from the perspective of compassion, how we show it, learn it, live it, and accept the outcomes as they are and at face value. We must show compassion toward ourselves first before we can manage to take on the well-being of another. In this emotional concept, we reflect on how we can approach the meaning and the impact we will have on another when we show sympathy for their suffering.
Perspective is a view, a positional awareness of where you are at, where you stand and based on the circumstance how to make decisions. We will cut in and out of business and personal perspective in terms of high and low level perspectives and how time is a factor in expiration of a decision while having the view necessary to provide leadership and set an example of communication flow. from resources to rocks, we have it here
Determination is a characteristic that is built over time. It can with stand criticism, the weather, obstacles that are in your way and even better take you to the next level. Yet how is it that this characteristic is so widely not used? Motivation is another term that is tossed around a bit that is the short fuse that ignites determination until determination has become a habit. We'll discuss various angles in this episode.
Adversity is a part of life. Your belief system will dictate your outcome. Regroup, reframe, reignite and inspire yourself to overcome the obstacle of adversity. I say this with all due respect, adversity is relative to where you are in life. Stay positive, learn from it, grow from it. You will strengthen your adversity muscle by developing a process to work through it.
To me, Persistence is a function, not thoughts, of maintaining and sustaining consistent focus and outcomes regardless of circumstances, pressure or stress. Lack of persistence causes failures and (to me) is a sign of weakness. There are many symptoms of the "lack of" persistence and we will go deep into that in this episode.
There are a lot of misconceptions out their about success that belong in fairytales, however this is not the case. There are a lot of sacrifices made on your journey to being a better you. Understanding this is very important so you know which map to use and that your compass helps you find your way. In this episode we discuss various points on what you may have to sacrifice on your journey to success. Observations of a question brought to me from an IG follower.
What is the reason for our existence here on this planet? We are all brought here and without a user's manual, we are left to figure it all out. Not a problem, we can! We just need the right frame of mind and trick our brains a bit to get on the path of purpose.

Today we discuss the value of journaling and how it applies to achievement. building better habits, setting priorities and over all organization of your life. Aligning your values is tantamount value creation and consistency of action. Keeping yourself accountable and having respect for your time is the best gift to yourself and others. respect time, we all have the same 24 hours and what you do with them will add up as you transition.
It happens to ALL of us there are always that select few of individuals who cannot stand your success. Those are our heroes, our motivators. The more success the more they hate. In this episode I chew-bacca a troll sock puppet account and literally go no holds barred because this has a special place in my heart for those thumb suckers! I received a question, via phone call, from a follower on Instagram about happiness. Happiness seems to be an elusive concept that we may find as a moving target. As long as we know the target is moving we can accommodate our rhythm for what makes us truly happy.
