It sounds so obvious, but you would be surprised how many sellers want to stick around for showings. This creates nervousness within the buyer, they feel rushed, they feel like they can’t openly talk about the house or ask questions to their agent while they are touring the house. So sellers, get out of the house, don’t linger around the property, that will make it most comfortable for any potential buyer which is so important! So anything we can do to make the potential buyer feel comfortable and feel excited about the home is the most important thing we can do.
