No matter how big we are in life, there will always be something that we wish to have. It is a human nature. Even that thing we wish to have might not be something reasonable or might not be something that adds a lot to us, but that is how human desire works. The higher you go, the more you desire something that is out of reach, Something that might not even add any value to you or your family, but you might just seek the importance that brings it to your life, and this is where most people get it wrong, They now tie their happiness to their desire.
The main reason why I said this is that I am not 100% healthy, and this has always been my major concern because I've always thought about it, and it always makes me sad, and I have always wished I was better, but immediately people around me shared their story with me. I realize I should be thankful, which is how happiness works. If We tie our happiness to our desires. We can never be happy, no matter the progress we make, because the higher we go, we always want more. Even if I should become healthier today, I will still wish to have something that keeps me in a state of not being happy. I have changed my orientation, and it is essential that we also change our orientation concerning how we see our happiness.
True happiness should be free-flowing. It's important not to tie our happiness to specific goals or destinations. Instead, we should learn to cherish the journey and live our lives to the fullest, even if it's a long and winding road. If we spend most of our days in sadness, what kind of story will we have to tell when we reach the end of our lives? This week in the Vibe Web3 music competition, I wanted to switch things up and showcase my singing voice instead of relying on instrumentals like I have in the past. Recording the video was an emotional experience for me because it reminded me of someone special. It was an amazing feeling to sing and record the video, and it's moments like these that make me love artists like Sam Smith whose songs always touch the soul.
This popular song depicts the inner conflict of loving someone deeply while also feeling the need to let them go. It was inspired by a personal experience from a few years ago. In the video, I experimented with my voice and tried out new things, so please excuse any imperfections. Despite this, I gave it my all and the end result was amazing. Hello, everyone. My name is Dwayne, and this is my first entry in this music competition. I had to take my time and see how everything would work out before I jumped into it. After some time, I realize that it's something I can do, and as you all know, I'm a music lover.
I've decided to take it old school today and perform a cover of one of my all-time favorite songs, "Hero". This song always brings back memories of my younger years and reminds me that everyone needs a hero in their lives. I hope you enjoy my version of the song.

Love is a beautiful thing. It is one of those things that give all of us a purpose, but when it comes to relationships, it can be tough just because not all of us are so lucky with love. Love can be so painful, simply because sometimes, in a relationship we might love but the partner might not love us in return, which can be very hard for us. I'm saying this from experience because the pain was different, and it was one of those memories that we can never forget, but that doesn't stop us from loving.
The most painful part about love is seeing someone you love so much drifting away from you. When you realize that the love is slowly fading and there is nothing you can do about it, Even you might try your best to rekindle your love but most times, all these efforts go to waste because it doesn't always change the fact that that person doesn't want us anymore, and we should move on with our life; but how can we move on from somebody we love, and this is what this song is talking about. This songwriter is not ready to move on; he only wishes to turn back the hand of time.
whenever I listen to this song, it makes me wish I could turn back time and make things right in my past relationships. However, I know that's not possible, which is why I love this song. Hi everyone, it's another day at the gym and I'm excited to be here on this Monday. Today, I focused on training my chest and biceps, which I tackled right away. After completing those sets, I moved on to my boxing training. Although I still feel some pain in my hand, it's not as bad as before. I've noticed that I'm able to punch harder now, but I'm still working on perfecting my movement. Overall, it was a great session, and I had a lot of fun. I hope you enjoyed watching the video. I always make it a point to go for a run every Saturday to burn some calories. It's become a routine for me now and I find it extremely beneficial, especially since my diet isn't always the best during the week. This Saturday is no exception, and I'm looking forward to my regular jog.
I woke up very tired and with pain all over my body because I did my leg day on Thursday and Friday. I could not rest the leg because I also did my boxing training, which made me feel very heavy over my body, but that did not stop me; it motivates me even to jog, and everybody around me that we normally participate in boxing training together was complaining about the same thing, pain all over their body. Still, you were present for the jog, and we were ready for anything that came with it.
After running 3.5 kilometers, we took a 5-minute break to refuel and regain our energy. I could also use some assistance with managing our ATP energy levels as it is crucial for high-intensity running. We pause for 5 minutes to maximize our ATP levels, which is important for our performance. Due to fatigue, not everyone arrived at the airport at the same time, as shown in the video.
After completing the race, some individuals arrived late due to the strenuous intensity at the start, which is typical. Overall, the road jogging event was a success, and I'm currently feeling excellent. If you have the time, you can obtain additional information by viewing the videos. Today has been one of the most stressful days of my life, thanks to leg day at the gym because it always hit differently, and after the workout, i was able to burned almost 1000 calories. Despite the fatigue, I continue with my boxing training to keep the momentum going. Lately, I have been experiencing some pain in my hand, but I hope it's just a normal thing that will fade away soon. At the gym today, I had an unexpectedly intense workout. What started as a routine day of shoulder and back training turned into an opportunity to add boxing to the mix. To my surprise, I burned over 1000 calories according to my Apple Watch, exceeding my daily target. The boxing training was particularly rigorous, but I enjoyed it so much that I decided to share the full training with you all. On Saturdays, I hit the gym to focus on my lower body and biceps. Today was no different. After completing my workout, I decided to try boxing training. This was my second time, and I can already see improvement. I started with two other people, who encouraged me throughout the session. Later, I trained with the personal trainer who pointed out my mistakes. Although I noticed a particular spot where his fist hit my face and I view it as an opportunity to get better. The video shows my progress, but the most important thing is that I'm improving every day
The trainer talked about my defence and my movement. He mentioned that I have to walk on my feet to have a stamina and strength . It was a good training. Even though I have a long way to go, it shows that I can do it.

Today, I tried boxing, and I'm so happy with my performance because it wasn't as easy as I thought. Even though I didn't know it would be so strenuous, at the end of the training, I couldn't breathe very well. I just love that I can build my self confidence because, as a man, I think this is very important; you should be confident and at any time there is trouble, you know that you would be OK.

making decisions alone is not always worth it and that is why need to get our timing right, we have so many good decisions that does not work out based on the bad timing. using crypto as a case study we know investing in crypto is good but timing can go long way in determining our profit because investing in bear market is always better.

I have a friend when I was in university who was already making a lot of money back then in school and each time we are talking about the life he always mentioned he is satisfied with everything he has a few days ago we meet in town and what was surprising for is that nothing has changed about him. My hopes were high on him even though he not looking and he still doing well I just expect more.
When we start talking this guy make me realize that his primary goal in life that should be able to take care of his family, take good care of himself and be able to afford some of the things he needs which is something I can relate to.

We have so many people in life that have a primary goal and once the primary goal is achieved they are satisfied with life and is not as if they won't be doing some other things but it will never be more than their primary goal.
As human beings, we are supposed to be a goal getters and immediately we achieve one goal we should chase another because we are not always satisfied but we have a certain set of people who are contented immediately after they reach their primary goal.

I have a church beside my house that a runs program almost every day and what I noticed is that this church is always full no matter the day they have their program. I live in an area where everybody is struggling because of the situation of the country and hearing so many people that should be at work singing baffles me because some of these people will see you later in the day and beg for money
We are in a world where we don't blame ourselves for our misfortune because we hate to challenge ourselves to do right but instead we shift the blame onto people around us, we concluded that we are spiritually attacked for every little problem that we may encounter. Even though some things are not natural in this part of the world the facts are there for us to that we need to do more and better for ourselves.
Unemployment, bad roads, no good drainage system, bad water system, and no electricity. We should be blaming the system, the Nigerian government is not helping at all and some people don't see this and still believe it is a generation curse that is affecting them but how can succeed in such systems the few available opportunities are for the privileged

it's another week for hive open mic 120 with the theme mi felicidad which simply means my happiness. happiness is something that is very rare because most people are not truly happy with their condition or where they are but we are always saying we are fine.

Today I will be talking about market timing, I have already talked about market timing in my previous post. Where I talked about why the market timing is very important, I also talked about spending more time with the market and I emphasize more on having a perfect entry to purchase a coin.
We all know that market timing is very important when it comes to crypto and previous people commented on my post saying it is too time the market and more difficult to have a perfect entry. I know there is nothing perfect entry but a good entry can be achieved when considering factors to maximize our profit.
Technical analysis(TA) The main mistake people do is believing that technical analysis is meant for traders alone and not for investors but this is not true because TA is very important for everybody in crypto ranging from big investors to small traders. After all, what TA will do for an investor is to make him/her realize more profit at the end of the day compared to an investor that has zero knowledge about the market.
Never compulsory for you to know everything about TA but the basic is important like knowing the support and resistance, knowing how to use your moving average, and knowing something about action price. This will help to manage our money in the best way possible.
Season The second thing we must consider is the season of the market, this is the reality we must face when investing Because the season presents a perfect understanding of what to do in the market. Sometimes not knowing much can be bad but knowing the season gives us the overall picture of the market, this can also let us change our approach toward buying or selling.
The bearish season is the time to buy because most coins are always below their value and this also presents a great opportunity for us to accumulate more in this period the bull season comes with an abundance and investing in this time is to be cautious.
The hype Sometimes we want to invest in something so badly but without proper research is bad because we might lose all hard earn money in the long run. We invest for different reasons but the hype should not be part of it. I know we are emotional beings but this is not good at all and doesnât always end well.
