Season 3 is coming soon. Stay tuned...
Hanna Look is a certified performance breathing coach, meditation teacher, and holistic health and nutrition coach.
She helps busy, goal-driven humans free their potential through strengthening their physical, mental, and even spiritual health.
In this episode, we hear how she took a long hard look (pun intended) at the influence of sports in her life. Sports had helped to foster a push-through mentality that led to adrenal fatigue and hormonal imbalances.
Hanna walks us through her journey, as she started taking a more holistic, balanced approach to her health. An important element of her journey has been incorporating meditation, breathwork and mindfulness practices that help her switch from busyness and autopilot to consciously creating the life she wants.

Welcome to Season 2 of the Reclaim Your A-Game podcast! I'm so excited to be moving to the interview format that was always intended for this show. Not even recent tech challenges could stop this show. We're resilient round here. We're kicking off the new season with a highly informative and inspiring episode.
My guest on this episode is from Barbados, as I am. Charlene Mascoll is a wife and the mother of two amazing children, raising her family under the Barbadian sun. Most days, in her mind, she is on the beach sipping a long island iced tea but when she is not actually there she is a super mom who also works from home, writing copy and designing content for the web. Charlene holds a degree in Business Management that she has hardly used; however, she has eons of experience writing stories and enjoys the challenge of composing interesting and fun pieces. She also has a knack for teaching music and English, sewing and playing guitar. She is an extremely avid but bad dancer and she loves outdoor activities and absolutely adores all sporting activities, except NASCAR.
Her family believes she is the ultimate cleaning machine, "Environmental, Health and Safety Specialist" and "Quality Assurance Engineer". She tries to do her best in each aspect of her life because she believes life is too short to do things in a mediocre way. Charlene encourages her family to be the best they can be, to fail big and win bigger because she believes, like Art Buchwald, “The best things in life are not things.”
Topics Charlene covers:

This is an important announcement rather than an episode. It's time to release the premiere date for Season 2 and tell you about what's in store. Listen to hear about the new twist!
The key to ending your cycle of waking up feeling tired can be found in this episode. If you've been hoping to get a good night's sleep but haven't managed to do so consistently, get a pen and notepad handy. There are many factors that can have an impact on your sleep cycle and circadian rhythm and an underlooked contributor is the use of digital devices, particularly at night.
Sleep comes on as a result of the signals your body and your brain, in particular, receive leading up to bedtime. What signals are your activities and the media you consume sending to your brain at night? In a world of overstimulation, your body needs to get the message that you're winding down in the evening and preparing for rest.
Take a listen to learn how to send an internal signal that you're slowing down so you can finally get the restful sleep, rejuvenation and energetic days you've always wanted.

Access to information is a good thing, right? Access is great but not digital overload. Apps, emails, websites, social media, ebooks, audiobooks, television, virtual reality devices and even podcasts, can easily wear our brains out if we're not intentional about how we use these sources of information and entertainment. The result can be zapped mental and physical energy, and in some cases downright fatigue. What can you do about it? A whole lot in fact.
Every day, we can either choose to be swamped with tech-related tasks and digital distractions, leaving us feeling overwhelmed and drained, or we can find a different way to experience our modern world.
In this episode, you'll get practical strategies to create a lifestyle that is less tech-driven and honours our innate need to be connected with nature and the people around us. It's time to say goodbye to the brain fog, poor decision-making and high stress levels that can result from digital fatigue. Take a listen and do a self-check to see whether any of the signs of digital overload are all too familiar to you. The good news is that the tech-relief suggestions in this episode are easy for anyone to adopt, one step at a time.

Zoom fatigue is real! Even now when we're getting out and about more often than in 2020 and 2021, most entrepreneurs and executives still spend tons of time staring at screens, without considering how it may be affecting their physical, mental and emotional health - not to mention the huge energy drain excessive screen time causes.
It has been reported that the average American spends more than four hours a day on their smartphone, with many people checking their phones every nine minutes - that's over 100 times a day in our waking hours! If you can be counted among the 45% of Americans who say their phone is their most valuable possession, you'll want to listen to this episode. You'll learn how to use digital devices in a way that serves your well-being and avoids the energy depletion and potential harm to your eyes, brain and overall health that can result from being tethered to various forms of electronic media. This is the first in a series of episodes on digital wellness. Don't miss the next one!
