A mayor’s job is never done – no matter what year it is or how good a town is doing, there will still be a budget to do, roads to maintain, and a school year to kick off. So how does a successful long-time public servant decide when the time is right to get new eyes into city hall? We’re bringing on Waterbury Mayor and former CCM President Neil O’Leary to talk to us about his decision to not run after 12 years in office and what the future holds for a life-long public servant.
