Shifting my perspective from time management to 'me management' changed the game for me. This episode speaks to you about checking in with your perspective, deciding to tweak your system when it's necessary, and giving yourself grace instead of condemnation throughout your journey. Did you know? Time is minding its business, and it won't be manipulated by us. We often talk about time management, and I know what we mean. But ask yourself this. Are you really managing time, or you? Can you speed time up or slow it down to accommodate you? Now I have to ask you this. Is your perspective helping or hindering you? My question to you isn't for condemnation, it's for optimization. Asking these kinds of questions help you get the answers you need when you decide to renew your mindset and leverage yourself for life changing results. Having the mental flexibility to consider alternative perspectives have an accelerating impact which moves you from the cycle of delayed expectations to growth gains for your expected outcomes. Being consistent with challenging your mindset and transitioning to a renewed mind flow results in your expansive transformational living.

As an added bonus, you begin cashing in on more beneficial ROIs vs. having unhealthy ROIs. These unhealthy ROIs are having you pay the price for being connected with investments in people and things that are emotionally unhealthy, because they originally appeared to be a good fit or an "opportunity" and later proved to be too expensive for your sanity. Aren't you ready to utilize your better decision-making skills, allowing them to reward you instead of draining you? Imagine you positioning yourself and leveraging yourself regularly for any situation because you decided to lead yourself with a renewed mind flow, doing away with stale stagnated thinking. Being you better and seeing you better. This is the kind of living that helps with sustaining you.

Your growth tip is identified as - doing it (being kind) even when you don't see it happening where you want to see it, like coming from other people or coming from your own people.

Are you being sustained through your seasons? How much is it costing you when you don't prioritize yourself? Do you become overwhelmed, fatigued, or frustrated? This episode is a friendly nudge, reminding you to prioritize you with awareness. You get to decide what to do with it, but did you know Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 gave us a heads up about the seasons we are experiencing? You don't even have to be a Bible believer to know 'it's happening'. We were informed that "there is a time for everything" (Eccles. 3:1), and it was communicated to us very specifically. That's why you need a life plan to sustain you through all of your seasons.

Your existence means you'll have a multitude of experiences that will impact your life. Often times you're challenged with figuring out your individualized situations. On the other hand, coexisting with others means facing very challenging experiences. Deciding to prioritize yourself when it's necessary is a 'good selfishness'. This 'good selfishness' means you are permitting yourself to focus on your needs, desires, and necessities. Being better equipped to deal with your personal matters, and situations involving others, helps you to be sustained for all of your life's experiences, as much as it is humanly possible. Ultimately, providing yourself with a life of deliberate validation and enrichment.

Are you consistent with being inconsistent? This resonates with me, and realizing this taught me how important it is to give myself grace while I'm discovering my areas in need of improvement. What will it take for you to prioritize you and pay more attention to you without feeling guilty about it?Do you gift yourself regularly with quality time? When you show up for everything and everyone else, is this at the cost of slighting yourself?

Have you ever felt mentally ill, emotionally ill, physically ill, socially ill, financially ill... and wondered why? Too many times, we find ourselves reacting to what has already happened, leaving us frustrated with our situations. But think about this, what if you decided to be more proactive, subscribing to preventive measures? Do you ever get frustrated when unexpected situations occur, and you're faced with having to figure out something because you didn't already have a plan? I've been there. COVID is a great example for us having to make multiple pivots, and we're still living with scars in many cases. There's another perspective that's worth mentioning though. With the onset of COVID, many lessons have been learned. When you think about the increase within the Entrepreneural space, you're reminded that so many people decided to uplevel themselves by living out their dreams. We know positive thinking is required when you're on a mission to get something done, but what else is sustaining you and propelling you for your next best? You have to identify, implement, and recur the things that sustains and propels you. This real-life episode shows you that figuring out your sustaining system equips you with clarity, shifts you from a mindset to a mind flow of expectation, and ultimately allows you to live more at ease because of it. ********I unapologetically share my real-life experiences as mints, tips, and tools, being fully aware that my perspective(s) may or may not resonate with you in this moment. Is there someone you need to lovingly speak to because you see something, saw something, or know something valid they need help with? This resonates with me because this is and was me. I needed to have a 'courageous conversation' with my girl (my momma, my mommy), so I did. I'm here to tell you that I needed confidence to do this thing, because I'm 'making my moments matter'. On the other side (of the courageous conversation), which is always the growth side to me, I get to have what I need. CLARITY. In this moment, I got it, and me and my girl are good. My mom already knew her answers and she was happy to be transparent by sharing them with me. Having my clarity allows me to live more at ease, because it's one of my core elements for being sustained, and it's also one of my 'better living batter' ingredients.

This hot topic about having a 'courageous conversation' is more importantly rooted in sustaining great relationships with your people. It's crucial, and it feels good when you get it right. BEing an internal builder means I'm the Architect for my LIFEing, so I must take calculated risks. Whenever you communicate with people, risks will be involved because you won't ever be 100% certain about the potential outcome. No matter how close you are to them. I'm here for it, so I show you how it unfolds in my life.

My personal experience is shared with you, not only to give your insight into how I'm being me daily, but it gives an opportunity for you to consider improving upon a life area that possibly needs your attention. You decide. While you think on that, think about subscribing to the real deal you, the beingmedaily.com you, the one who has decided you're getting your answers even if you feel awkward about it. Feeling awkward is not a death sentence. However, neglecting or avoiding having those courageous conversations could increase your curiosity where you end up speculating, negotiating (your thoughts), procrastinating and leaving yourself endlessly frustrated. Why put yourself through that? Flip the script. Have that talk and live more at ease. If you learn something you weren't expecting, do some deep breathing techniques, make room to give some grace, and dive into your life of being present to figure out your next best steps. This might be for you and them (your peeps). It's called LIFEing, and you'll continue to get better at it, feel better about it, and BE better BEing the one who's figuring it out. You were made for this. ********I unapologetically share my real-life experiences as mints, tips, and tools, being fully aware that my perspective(s) may or may not resonate with you in this moment. Are you living from the scraps of your life? I used to. Then I decided to dive into my life, and now I'm living from the abundance of my life. Being more deliberate requires making decisions of activation. This means being ready to act within the real-time moments. This also means, prepping your mentality for the 'right now' mind flow. We're aware there are Seasons for this and that, but when you function as if you're unaware about being ready for your 'this Season', you're at risk of missing life changing opportunities. Living on the sidelines of your life, without deciding and activating yourself to dive in means you'll end up living from the scraps of your life. There are so many ways this could happen, like deciding not to live full out with your family, career, business decisions, partnerships, spirituality, health and wellness, and so on.

In this moment, the hot topic speaks to you about 'Making My Moments Matter' by being deliberate to cherish your moments with your people. This is being shared with you from a simplified perspective. A non-complicated perspective. A making it happen perspective, by merely calling your people, getting them gathered, cherishing them in the moment, and then going on about the rest of your day. You really don't have to put much thought into this. Truth is, over-thinking things can get in the way of you making your decision, but this particular approach of activation (that's been mentioned) transitions you to a back-to-the-basics mind flow. Allowing simplicity to be effective. We're out here surviving everything we have endured, COVID-19, loss of life with our loved ones, and we're left to figure things out with the memories of our experiences. Remembering our people, our resilience, and looking forward to living fully is a great life plan of activation with sustainment.

We're equipped to thrive (not just survive), because we have great ideas that need to be activated. What better way to move through our progressions than to do it with being deliberate about what we desire. We must remind ourselves that we're still here, we must make the best of our days, and we're going to do this by saying, "I'm Making My Moments Matter". Because, why not?

Treat yourself so often to where it's no longer a treat, because it becomes your gift to you, when you decide to dive into the abundance of your life. Ultimately, you'll live more at ease because of it.

Have you ever looked for something in one place, only to find it was positioned somewhere else? I can relate. So often I hear people like yourself say 'I'm trying to find my purpose', but I'm unable to say I hear people like yourself realizing 'I am purpose'. Think about one of the definitions for purpose summarized as 'the reason for something existing and/or being created'. Let me help us with seeing how this definition is connected to us.

I discovered a while ago that, 'I am purpose'. This prompted me to position myself as 'Being Purpose', which led me to being purposeful for me and people like yourself. See how that works? This also meant, I stopped 'trying to find my purpose'. Your internal discoveries remind you to position yourself and leverage yourself to BE exactly who you were created to be, for you and them. See how this mind shift dismantles the complexity of attempting to locate something, when you really needed to identify someone? That someone is you.

This podcast helps you identify you as being your own blind-spot and it gives you 5 effective places to start your 'being purpose' lifestyle. It probably won't be exactly what you might expect, but that's the beauty of getting a provoking perspective that can activate you for something you might not have already considered. Listen and learn more.

My 'Claimer and Declaration' is, "I respect you for whatever you believe works for you, AND I endorse me for what I believe and know works for me".

Kim conveys how important it is for her to know ‘what am I built on’ (as her foundation) and ‘what am I built with’, and she articulates both as being non-negotiable for her journey of withstanding. ************ Your Call to Action from Kim begins with being authentic by being true to yourself in your real-time moments. Kim speaks about ‘body building’ from a perspective where holistic muscle mass is sustaining her for real-time moments. She gives us a verbal illustration, as she demonstrates how she visually creates a multidimensional ‘bridge of transition’ which helps her navigate through life. This is inspired by her experiencing loss of life with her loved ones. Kim conveys this as merely being one way for her ability to be sustained and thrive during these times. Sometimes we count ourselves out of things, having missed opportunities because we believed we weren’t ready, or we weren’t enough. Kim tells us how saying ‘yes’ to showing up, and being used to accomplish ‘a thing’, translates into her ‘ready’ already being equipped enough to be ready for God’s use. She continues, making us aware, her ‘yes’ also keeps her relevant with God, for the people. Cooperation and participation are credited by Kim as necessary components for her journey to be effective. Making her move when it was required, noting it as her ‘now’, is her way of showing us how important it was for her to realize this in the real-time moments, many times as an urgency of compliance. Another crucial component is a mindset renewing where Kim eventually dismantled the burden of proving something to other people, replacing it with merely being who she needed to be for herself, resulting in her living better because she's breathing better.************************ Your Call to Action from Kim Begins With Being Authentic, Being True to Yourself in Your Realtime Moments. Kim bluntly speaks about the importance of leadership roles providing clarity (as much as humanly possible) by making their people aware there are voids within the information they're providing. She continues, cautioning that, many listeners and hearers are holding on to each and every word being submitted. Therefore, the responsibility resides with the communicator to proceed with being mindful that people are misled when the delivery is presented as though it was delivered by a god (with a small "g"). The voids are being defined by Kim as pockets of information that are not yet known by the communicator. She speaks from the mindset which tells us, the communicator delivers their knowledge from their place of growth within those real-time moments. She adds, everything known by the communicator is not able to be conveyed in that one particular setting, be it a newsletter, podcast, or in-person format. An integral part of Kim's discussion makes it very clear that when communicators take on the identity of 'expert', there's a greater responsibility to make sure their people are aware, they have voids within their knowledge base, dismantling the possibility of being expected to have all the answers, removing the weight of the 'imposter syndrome' mentality. Kim is currently restructuring things. Recently added was her Beingmedaily.com site, where she is working to have it more representative of her multidimensional existence. Kim optimizes blended living vs. balanced living within a perspective for the inclusivity of structure and spontaneity. She references coexistence, asking for us to take a look and determine what serves us well or hinders us. Her discussion enlightens us to know, she believes being authentic is a process, and giving grace to yourself is necessary to figure things out. Kim shares explicit analogies to convey her reasons for believing, a mindset shift is necessary when you find yourself revisiting a space that you believed would no longer re-surface within your life. Resuming with a particular thing/behavior could potentially cause a spontaneous action from you, where this action had not been structured within your current state of being. Kim basically takes us on a journey for us to know how we should position ourselves and leverage our positioning for blended living vs. balanced living. Kim invites you to consider living a blended life instead of a balanced life, unless you’re a juggler or you like walking on a tight rope. She gives verbal demonstrations of how renewing her mindset to live a blended life removed the unease from the nervous anxious energy she was feeling. The sense of urgency with an unsafe connotation was what she describes as her wanting to be rid of. She credits her implementation of this new lifestyle, transforming her life, where she now equates urgency with her prioritizing, planning, and completing vs feeling rushed, incompetent, and incomplete. Kim continues, making us aware of how she can relate to others, if they too feel a disconnect with not being able to blend their life moments with their people, places, and things. Basically, attempting to balance EVERYTHING instead of blending each life area, giving yourself grace to figure out your best transitions from thing-to-thing, person-to-person, etc. Kim believes this mindset shift has deflated the pressure, allowing her to breathe better and live better. Kim extends this invitation for you to consider purchasing her new digital product program, which she created to help us with being authentic to ourselves in our real-time moments, in today’s world. This product endorses being true to yourself. No matter what. No matter who. Recognizing that we still get to show up for others when it’s their time, but not at the risk of neglecting ourselves. Meaning, we permit ourselves to live a blended lifestyle which we validate for ourselves. Kim says “it’s a process”, and she believes we’re worth it. Kim references our individual authenticity as being a process. She speaks about us living within an opportune time to re-write our framework for what our authenticity looks and feels like.  With her identifying our apparent societal tension that's being experienced amongst individual and groups of people, she believes many of us are overwhelmed with doing our best to 'hold it together'. Kim stresses the importance of us showing up in our spaces and exhibiting our truth in the real-time moments vs. 'fakin' it' and showing up how others expect to see us. Kim knows there are already spaces where your true authenticity is acceptable, and she believes the shifting of our mindsets and saturating our home-space(s), workspace(s), etc. with this approach encourages liberated living. That could merely mean, briefly alerting your environment that you're not feeling 100% in your real-time moment, allowing your environment to be positioned for support to you. Kim identifies this as possibly creating a 'new norm' in more spaces where your authenticity is accepted because people are less prompted for 'fakin' it'. Not making space for inflicting hardships on others within tense environments but making space for people to live better with an assured expansiveness and cohesiveness.Kim makes us aware of her program presentation that she's working on that will help us with embracing our authenticity in today's world. Kim reveals in depth conversation, where she didn't embrace the skin she's in, equated to being homeless. She says, "you don't have to live in the street, under a bridge, or be displaced from a brick and mortar structure, to be homeless". Kim shares her provoking perspective about how taking on the mindset to embrace living with self-doubt was instrumental in building her confidence. She explains that 'positioning matters', and it was crucial for her to realize she wasn't able to be positioned as saying she wouldn't ever have to deal with self-doubt for the rest of her life. Instead, she learned to position herself to coexist with it. Kim's personal story gives examples of how her self-talk hindered her progression, yet she also discovered partial and full truths as statements of validity. These findings are what Kim uses as verbal demonstrations to appeal to our consideration for coexisting with our self-doubt. She states that we're able to use this mindset to our advantage, where we progress with confidence from the clarity we get when we dissect our own statements. Her clarity about this also speaks to us experiencing the same thing whenever we're hindered from what someone else says about us. The same dissecting process for self-doubt when we experience if from someone else's words, is effective to be used in this situation also.

Kim created a short video for us to view and do our own self-doubt discovery. There are no right or wrong responses. It merely requires your most honest response(s) to bring clarity for your coexisting consideration to build a continuum of confidence. Here is the link for the short video: 'What Are YOU Doubting About Yourself'. Scroll to the video. It will help you identify things being said by you and others that may be hindering you, which allows you to decipher the statements and make the necessary adjustments to build your confidence. https://kimenhances.com/pages/personal-development-signature-sessions

This episode is packed with Kim's illustration making us aware, we're capable of being cradled by our conditions. She tells us how her experience(s) with this happening, has left her feeling bad from the loss of loved ones, and during pandemic mishaps.  Kim shared examples of how her demeanor during these times resulted in her self-talk bringing her down. She identified the need for her to flip the script by speaking better serving words to herself, resulting in her being uplifted, encouraged, awakened, resurged, recharged, etc. Her reflection on these not so good moments, prompted her to speak about 'tapping out' and tapping back in'. She described the low points as feeling hurt, pain, and suffering from occurrences with things she had no control over. However, she spoke about being fully aware that she does have control over how she responds to these occurrences. This is a crucial point where Kim delivered a powerful insight about us being resilient people able to withstand whatever we're faced with. With her revelation and speaking about, us still being here after everything we've been through, she solidified her point. Kim pointed out that with solving her problems, it's beneficial for her to identify, assess, and enhance for each situation, and it's her expectation for this to resonate with us or for us to be introduced to this perspective to where we consider adapting to and living out this tool tracker for our life.  Kim has previously made us aware, she's currently rebranding and will soon be launching her new 'Being Purpose' programs and service which is fitted for seasoned and ready women, needing to define/redefine the vision 4 their lives by recovering and recapturing their dreams 2 live fulfilled. Kim helps you to position yourself as 'being purpose' vs. "trying to figure out my purpose", resulting in you doing purpose-full things. Kim says, "your be activates your do". Kim uses the illustration of a baby being born, growing, and meeting the expected milestones within its life, as she compares these milestones of a child with specific points of an adults' life transitions or lack thereof.  She continues by making us aware that, these milestones of a child are checked on throughout the development process.  Kim says, once it's been identified by the designated caregivers (the villagers) that certain milestones haven't been met, a plan of action is put into place. Kim also uses these same illustrations to equate them with adult having dreams, but then leaving those dreams by the wayside. She said it results in us needing to do a 'proof of life' check in to identify that we still have a desire to live out these dreams.  These dreams are described as lying dormant, waiting to be revived.  Then, Kim points out that it's imperative to figure out how to strategically position/align/leverage..., recovering our dreams and living them out to our fullest capacity.  During Kim's closing, she shares information about working on her signature 'Being Purpose' product that will offer sessions/programs for a specific group of women to be engaged and benefit from these programs. Kim also announces to us that she's repositioning herself for rebranding purposes to deliberately send out numerous (CTA's) calls-to-action for seasoned and ready women in need of defining or redefining their vision for their lives. This is done, by recovering or recapturing the true essence of their dreams, so they live as fulfilled.   In previous episodes, Kim has alerted us that she is rebranding (behind the scenes), and she has chosen to utilize her DIY skills. She unapologetically tells us that she chose not to hire a professional branding entity because she's believing in herself to allow for her DIY skills to eventually evolve into something great. Kim also adds that, if she finds it necessary to hire a professional for her branding, she will do that if/when the time comes. Kim admits that she's believing in herself to make this happen. Kim starts by making us aware, she’s been awakened to believe we are ‘Purpose’. She then captures Googles definition for purpose, and she takes us on her personal journey, using her childhood dance recollections and her family fishing adventures, to optimize why she believes we are purpose. Kim’s analogies draw you in to where her perspective about us all being purpose becomes very apparent. She nears her ending with telling us that believing we are purpose diffuses the complexity of us trying to figure out what is our purpose.  Kim gives us access to two of her free Personal Development downloads by adding the link: YOU Are the ROI - https://expert-maker-4778.ck.page/f5cc44d642 AND the Bonus is https://expert-maker-4778.ck.page/5e8b5acaf8 You can also keep up with Kim on: Facebook - mintsbykim, Instagram - enhancemints_by_kim/, Kim's Shopify Website - Kimenhances.com, Email - info@kimenhances.com, Kim's Contact Us Page - Contact Us, Podpage - podpage.com/mints-by-kim-podcast

Kim entices our mindset by making us aware, ‘we are the ROI’. Simply put, we are the return on our investment. She acknowledges falling short sometimes when her humanity deflects what’s a good fit for her, but then her ‘big girl’ self-talks reposition her for engagement and investing in her personal growth. Kim’s honesty builds our awareness of actuality, to help with giving us a clear understanding for our required embodiment of being our own ROI. She tells her story of becoming her own 1st responder, because of her willingness to abandon her voice, and being a cheerleader for others but not for herself. Kim shares that reviving herself, believing in herself, and feeling so good about choosing to live revived, is the continuum for her wanting to help others live fulfilled. Needless to say, Kim inspires us to know that making the necessary investment(s), which each person must determine for themself, is what solidifies our claim for being our own ROI’s. Kim believes we have much to gain, and we become the gain, as new and improved when we invest in we. She makes us aware that embracing alterations will be necessary throughout our lifetime because it will help our evolution and extend us from our zone of comfort. She continues, as she makes us aware that the endurance is required for the transitional phases that both must experience. Kim leaves us with 4 reminders to help with our evolution, and to optimize what's required with getting good results for fulfilled living.

Kim shared within a previous episode that she's rebranding her website behind the scenes, and she's trusting her own DIY skills because it's her goal to become great at it. She also discloses that, if she finds it necessary to hire a professional website brander, she will do that if/when that time comes. Kim shows us how to check our belief systems as she makes us aware that, it's how we function within 'it' that determines, fulfills, and satisfies our daily lifestyle. She informs us that, as we start paying more attention to our thought process (mindset), perspectives, perception, ... and with optimizing the things that penetrate us, we get to see how we'll either make a move or we won't. Kim explains that we buy into what we believe is in alignment with us. She continues to communicate how 'it' becomes a part of us and our belief system; whatever our 'it' is. This is where Kim invokes provoking inquiries for us to think about. 'What are we noticing about our belief system?' and 'Is our lifestyle fulfilled because of our own belief system?'. Kim shares 3 simplified steps to help us get the best traction from our own belief system.

This was also shared by Kim as her "It's Tea Time" topic.

Kim talks about how she's learning during COVID-19 where things are being optimized, identified, and revealed as embraceable moments. She conveys that being selfish doesn't have to mean being thoughtless to someone or something. She continues by stating it can mean having a healthy revelation of something. Kim shares an exercise with us, as she asks for us to pretend that we live amongst other people. During this discussion, she gives a verbal demonstration for us to visualize and think about our interactions for each and every person we come in contact with (including children). This exercise prompts us to be conscious of how we think, believe, and behave while we see, think, feel, and believe in our real-time moments, as we encounter each and every person. Kim speaks further to make us aware that as we pause and reflect to collect our data from each experience, our honesty about each experience will reveal our answers for who we are; giving us the space to determine what our next mental, emotional, and spiritual moves will be. She also inserts questions to us like, if we accept people for who they already are? Are we invested in sowing seeds in people's lives? and figuring out, if we need to distance ourselves and love some people from afar? Kim tells us that we're positioned to aspire, and we can tap into this regularly vs. allowing for this to be a one off. On the other hand, she also informs us that if we're un-phased about all of this, that's totally our prerogative. Kim draws to a close with revisiting her first prompting to us where she asked for us to PRETEND that we coexist with other people. She then asks, "Yet are we really pretending?". Kim shares her personal experiences where she gets to work with multi-cultural families, and she's reminded of the inquiries already addressed with us. For her, it also leads to her being totally aware that she must accept, respect, acknowledge, and learn from each and every time she shares space (verbal or in-person) with the families. She closes the topic with making us aware that her experiences are NOT for PRETEND. Kim has made us aware in a previous episode that she is rebranding (behind the scenes), and she has chosen to utilize her DIY skills. She unapologetically tells us that she has chosen not to hire a professional branding entity because she's believing in herself to allow for her DIY skills to eventually evolve into something great. Kim also adds that, if she finds it necessary to hire a professional for her branding, she will do that if/when the time comes. Kim admits that she's believing in herself to make this happen. Kim merely wants to check-in and see how we're coping, as she speaks about the trying times that we're experiencing within our society. She briefly talks about her hometown, Buffalo, N.Y. and the recent racist mass murder shootings that her community experienced. As traumatic as this event was, Kim notes how people are coming together to comfort and console one another, including strangers from multiple races and nationalities. The Texas mass murder shooting that took place shortly, thereafter, is identified by Kim as situations where both communities unfortunately relate to the hurt and pain that's being endured. With COVID-19 mentioned by Kim as the present environment that had already been challenging for people to live with during the past 2+ years, adding more turmoil would only heighten the strain of the people's emotional well-being, as she sees it. Kim encourages us to seek help if we feel alone or ill equipped to cope. She stresses that no-one should attempt to deal with the emotional strain by themselves. In addition, she alerts us to do a self-check-in and make sure that our hearts are right, in the sense of being able to give love to others vs. being hateful. Kim shares that she believes, we affect others with the energy we project, and we're better for each other when we check ourselves, resulting in a better society. Kim puts an unexpected spin on this, by referencing the mess as our state of being when we have been mishandled by someone. She speaks about how we'll clean up the mess behind our pets, as pet-owners, yet we don't want to clean up behind other people when we've been taken advantage of. Kim speaks about how we sometimes live in a messy state, and we project our bitterness on other people as though we're entitled to do that.  She continued, speaking about the baggage we carry from being mistreated. Kim encourages us to take our eyes off the mis-handler, place our eyes on ourselves, get the help we need to clean up our mess, live free, liberated and be activated to show up as our best person for us and for anyone we come in contact with. Kim has made us aware in a previous episode that she is rebranding (behind the scenes), and she has chosen to utilize her DIY skills. Kim expresses the importance for us to show up for, believe in, trust in... ourselves to where we become actively positioned to choose ourselves for our own team. The team of ourselves where it's required for us to be accountable to ourselves, is one of Kim's optimized points. She continues to drive her points for us to see ourselves as capable, enough, more than enough, able-bodied, eager, having maximized possibilities, equipped, etc. Kim uses her own illustration of us picturing ourselves as being centered within a circle of people and having to pick team-members from the circle. She points out that there is hesitation with choosing the team-mates because the team-mates are actually duplicates and multiples of us, yet we're choosing not to choose ourselves due to our own learned behavior. Kim makes us aware that there are times where our default setting is on not choosing ourselves. However, with all that's been identified, Kim also encourages us to make the necessary transition by practicing to choose ourselves as if we're building a muscle, which will result in us being better for us and others of whom we coexist. Kim briefly enlightens us to a pivotal space, provoking her to be deliberate about finding the right fit(s) for her life, by adopting a laser focused perspective for her journey. Kim appeals to our logic 1st (instead of our feelings) by suggesting that we 1st consider speaking to, believing in, and trusting ourselves to live the lifestyle that we get to design. She explains that we have proven how convincing we can be whenever we speak discouraging words to ourselves, and then we see our behaviors and patterns respond to our language. She continues with making us aware of how powerful our words are. Her analogy goes further to make us aware that we're equipped and capable of living a fulfilled life as we rehearse speaking/believing/trusting better self-serving words for what we want to feel and want to be, resulting in us living better.  Kim mentions that she will be accepting new clients during the months of May and June, where discovery sessions can be booked on her website. She also makes us aware she is rebranding (behind the scenes), and she has chosen to utilize her DIY skills. Kim tells us how her humanity must accept her 'kind of sanity'. She speaks about coexistence where we can feel things from different spectrums at the same time. She continues by making us aware that it can be challenging, but identifying commonality is the key. Kim makes us aware that the 'in the meantime moments' may present confusion, yet it's still a necessary process for navigating to the results. She stated that 'thick skin is in', which she equates to having resilience. Kim adds, the end result is merely permitting your humanity to accept your 'kind of sanity', basically giving yourself space to embrace your demeanor without beating yourself up about anything.

Kim reflected on how 2021 impacted our society & our families during this current pandemic where we had to be mindful of our own beliefs & other people's beliefs; even when we didn’t agree. She speaks about us considering if/when we’re able to break bread together during family gatherings or not She continues, these are tough decisions amongst families. Kim tells us how important it is to be able to play in the sandbox with someone you may not agree with, in order to be productive for desired results. She states that she humbly believes we’re capable of doing this; simplicity at its best - as she calls it, while labeling it as doable. She says it may even sound cheesy, but that doesn't mean it's unattainable. Kim reminds us that we are significant, and she tells us how important it is to build ourselves up vs. beating ourselves up. She uses an example to demonstrate how an actionable mindset shift allows for civilized interactions when preparation is done, instead of being ill prepared. Identifying our need for improvement is communicated as a necessary thing to do, prior to the action being taken. Kim shares that some of her personal experience(s) with beating herself up didn't necessarily mean she spoke negative affirmations to herself (about her incompletions), it meant she practiced avoidance of 'a thing' where she hesitated, procrastinated, or put it on the back burner; even with having to be accountable to herself and/or to someone else. Kim clarifies that she gets plenty things done, and there are also times when things aren't followed through with, at the forefront. As she admits to this, she continues with making us aware that, as we identify the need to improve in areas and commit to building ourselves up - we get to be better and live better. She stresses that the most important part is, what we're telling ourselves to activate our execution. Kim declares, 'we're improving our communities by enhancing our own legacies'. Kim's 2-part segment speaks about how COVID-19 has been an unsolicited opportunity for us to tweak, pivot, figure things out while also allowing us to show up and be sensitive to others needs. She points out that our detrimental circumstances have rapidly become more relatable for one another. Kim goes further - encouraging us to 'isolate to elevate' ourselves for transformational living. She uses herself as an example, sharing how she intentionally refrained from utilizing social media for over 1+ week, which resulted in her becoming more expansive to reset, recreate, rebuild... This was communicated that it also gave her the opportunity to get to know herself better; identifying things she liked by determining what she didn't like. Kim prompts us to start something today, i.e. determine who and what is good for you, incorporate what you need and purge what you don't. Taking note of your results and being consistent are expressed as key factors by Kim. Kim begins her 2nd Season with pointing out how we compromise a percentage of our authenticity to be a part of something, i.e. communities, groups, etc. She equates these compromises with being an interruption of our stories. She asks for us to take notice of how our personal validation systems are working for us; reminding us to make sure we're the final authority of what validates us. Kim makes us aware that she'll be working on another course to help people with their understanding of this topic, while they learn how to design their personal validation system, and tweak it as needed. Kim makes us aware that we should take inventory of how we're producing for ourselves and others, on an hourly basis. She reminds us that we willingly give our attention to so many other things, when we get distracted by frequent notifications. She continues by telling us how easy it is to support and observe other people's stories and successes, while we lack that same attentiveness for our own accomplishments. Kim asks us to track our daily hours for one week, by listing what we do, and not what we intended to do. She tells us that this will optimize our movement, and allow for us to make the necessary alterations for how we follow-through. Kim introduces her Course 'Enhancing Me: What Ideas I Talked Myself Out Of And Why', and she shares how it helped re-direct her attention for making better choices for her life. Kim gives us thorough insight of how our mere words affect other people, in a manner where unintentional weight/oppression/suppression is applied. She goes further to explain how our defaulted entitlement thinking and our ego's are injected into our conversations, even when we're not cognizant of it. Kim talks about how we're unknowingly mindless when we disregard our impact on others (during our conversations), because we're so focused on being mindful of our fulfillments. Kim shares that we must first have transformational conversations with ourselves, to celebrate ourselves, in order to interact with others as transformational.

Kim explains that wanting to want something is merely placing the emphasis on really wanting it, but not enough to do something about it. She speaks about how necessary it is to be 'all in'. She goes further to talk about how our stories help to propel others to live out their stories. Kim notes five things as being necessary for being 'all in' with our connected stories. 1) Show up and put the required work in. 2) Flexibility is the name of the game. 3) Give grace to yourself first in many cases, and to others too. 4) Believe in yourself and be intentional to equip yourself with whatever you need to stretch your thought process. 5) Know that your participation for yourself is necessary for how your story is lived, and your story is necessary to propel someone for how they live their story. Kim says these connected stories are living as history.

Kim takes us on her journey as she communicates about being intentional to orchestrate your own birthday celebration, and how it rewards you. She recently celebrated her birthday on May 5th where she prepared a number of things for herself; even with family and friends having their own agenda for her. Kim explains, with them respecting her requests, it allowed for her to spread her wings to do exactly what she planned. It's clearly communicated by Kim that she took an holistic approach to satisfy herself.  Her point to us is that we should regularly celebrate ourselves by scheduling recurring ‘Me Time’ within our calendars, so we can focus on ourselves. She continues to make us aware that we don't have to wait for our birthday's to celebrate ourselves. As Kim expresses her gratitude for her family and friends, she also highlights how good it made her feel to take charge of her day where it made her feel like a Queen.

Kim illustrates how we unknowingly dismiss people based on us not recognizing their capacity within their container. She continues to explain that our capacity within our containers may not be equivalent, while we're interacting with one another. Her analysis demonstrates how so many of us either show up as feeling belittled (without admitting it), or we decide not to show up at all (being frustrated). Kim suggests that our ego is the methodology we're using to dismiss people, where the measure of judging ourselves in the same manner is not used. She encourages us to examine the energy we're transferring to people, while also giving grace to embrace people in our real-time moments. Kim optimizes how often we abandon and dismiss our ideas on a daily basis. She continues by making us aware that we’re surrounded by so many other people’s ideas that were realized to full fruition. These ideas and innovations, in so many ways, became inventions. She compares our abandoned ideas to personal dimmed lights that result in unfulfilled living; leaving us wondering what if... She speaks about the differences between a dim light and a shining light, informing us that both lights have the opportunity to shine. However, it's the choice of the person that determines which light they will have. Kim shares her course information as a solution to revive and to give CPR to our abandoned ideas. Her Course ‘Enhancing Me: What Ideas Have I Talked Myself Out Of And Why’ is available for purchasing as an independent self-discovery tool. It walks you through recovering your ideas along with particular life areas that pose as prohibiting advancement when the ideas aren’t realized. Kim stresses the importance of being definitively intentional to start your day with a personal declaration, disallowing 'bull-crap' to be seeded into your life by someone else. She continues, with saying it's necessary to name and speak (out loud) the things (already identified) that need to be shut down or purged. Kim drives her point home with optimizing consistency as a key component for your transitional posture. She states that the seeds of 'bull-crap' aren't needed for your beautiful garden, your prosperous garden, and your productive garden because it only weighs you down. Consistency is also discussed to show that, whatever you're learning (to add value yourself), do it until you master it. Kim speaks about being 'Rock Steady' as an immovable and non-negotiating demeanor, where she references The Whispers singing group because one of their songs is also called 'Rock Steady'. She also mentioned the definition of 'Universe' which she obtained the definition from Google.com.

Kim shares how you can choose to be present in the real-time moment for people; showing up for them to be seen and heard. She explains how necessary it is to be attentive with an urgency for people when they're emotionally stretched; comparing it to the attentiveness that's shown for an accident victim. Kim drives her point with mentioning the tone that should be set - simply by presenting with a calm, stabilized, and coherent demeanor. Kim credits this mindset of seeing and hearing people, with an opportunity for less oppression and suppression. Kim believes this mindset should not only be used with people that you know and that you're familiar with, but it's also beneficial to use it with those that don't look like you that you're not familiar with. She also makes it clear that nothing discussed is meant to replace any required clinical counseling.
