As we push forward into the future, more and more people are introducing diet trends that we do not necessarily need. You need to be careful about what trends you follow regarding food and diet. Social media introduced a new kind of capitalization wherein "influencers" get paid to promote all sorts of things, including diets to be "healthy." While some influencers promote products that help, others are just in for the money. You have to be cautious and aware of these things. You need to always do you research and not take things at face value. You need to find what works best for you and how you ca optimize your diet. Eating just meat and fruits alone ISN'T always the best option. It's all about getting a balanced nutrition set apart from trends and fads.

We all have basic human needs, and it is essential that these needs are met. Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory states that there are five categories of human needs that dictate a person's behavior. These needs are your physiological needs, safety, love, belonging needs, self-esteem, and self-actualization. Maslow stated that these needs must be met before progressing to another higher level of growth needs. But how can we meet them? Are there steps to follow? 🧐
It is important to note that self-actualization is a continual process of becoming rather than a perfect state one reaches of a 'happy ever after'
In this Frontline Warriors episode, we will talk about the different human needs based on Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs and how we can achieve them. We will also talk about why meeting these basic needs helps us in our self-actualization.
Join us in finding out how we can meet our basic human needs. And if you want to listen or watch the full episode, click the link in our bio!😎

Traveling is exciting. We get to see new places or people, but as we do, we sometimes fail to experience the process. Conscious travel is where empathy meets exploration. It encourages people to look at their travel in a more holistic way. It requires us to have a clear reason for travel, to examine and understand its impact, and to actively choose to explore the world in a meaningful, intentional way. Travel can and should be more than sipping on drinks at a 5-star all-inclusive resort. Conscious travel encourages us to seek out authentic experiences, form genuine connections, and discover new places without negatively impacting them. It helps us make a positive impact on both ourselves and local people.
In this episode, we will talk about conscious traveling and how it can make your travel experiences worthwhile. If you want to travel in the future, this episode is for you. Join us as we share our thoughts and experiences, and learn what conscious traveling is all about. 😎

If you are familiar with modern therapies and other alternative practices, you've probably heard about somatics. What is somatics? Somatic or somatics is any practice/s that uses the mind-body connection. It helps you search your internal self and listen to the signals that your body sends. These signals could be areas of pain, imbalance, or discomfort, and somatics allows you to access the ways your body hold on to these experiences. Experts believe this knowledge combined with the understanding about nervous system, can help you towards wellness and healing.
In this episode, we will talk about somatics and the nervous system. We also welcome our guest, Danika Doucet, who is a Yoga teacher and Somatic Coach.
