A podcast for everyday Leaders. A resource for tools and encouragement for middle management, all of us who feel "stuck in the middle".
In this Episode 3 of Stuck in the Middle hosted by myself and Stephen Scott we review the ups and downs of our 2014. We discuss leadership failures and successes in a pretty open and honest exchange.
We also experimented with a new recording sound technique that didn't work that well, and honestly we just don't have the time to re-record. Coordinating our schedules is a challenge as it is.
We did record another episode which I will get out in a couple of weeks and then we will follow that with an interview of a mentor and friend of mine in Episode 5.
And we give a shout out to our one listener Kevin Quast!! Kevin thanks for giving us a chance, we will get better.
One other note I have a blog post coming out next week and the topic is the blame game.
