TAMMIE WADE has lived through a parent's worst nightmare. Her son was removed by Jefferson County Colorado Child Protective Services in the aftermath of a bitter and unexpected divorce. Her daughter was then kidnapped out of her sixth-grade class by the school pyschologist who then became her foster mother.
Trevor was taken on the first day of high school, held in a foster home for three years, exploited as a poster child, and died within days of being returned home, but still in custody of the State of Colorado. He was being trained to become an attorney, and at the age of 16, he was flown to California to make a speech at a national convention for the American Bar Association. Miss Wade will give us her story of battling CPS and of surviving the grief of losing her son forever.

THE FOURTH BRANCH: DIVORCE COLORADO STYLE Thursday, January 11, 2018, at 6-8 p.m. Pacific, 7-9 p.m. Mountain, 8-10 p.m. Central, and 9-11 p.m. Eastern.Stacie has survived Colorado divorce. She has survived CPS investigations. "I make friends, not enemies. I am a case that has succeeded through all of this. I made it through, but I want to speak about it. I look up resources, such as Broomfield Fish." After her divorce, Stacie and her two children now receive assistance for housing and food stamps. She qualifies for gas vouchers and for Xfinity's Internet Essentials. "I qualify for a home computer and $10 a month for Internet." She has a lot of useful tips to share about how to survive divorce, when one spouse has unlimited resources and the other trusts the system but is disappointed and betrayed at every juncture.
Seven weeks before final orders, the court changed judges in her case. Apparently, the new judge disagreed with many of the provisions the previous judge had made regarding parenting time and custody. This final judge was responsible for division of assets. Between the judge and her attorney who "made my financial situation what it is by not putting my legal documents into the court," Stacie and her children live in poverty. Despite their attorneys, she and her ex-husband reached a mutual agreement. Please join us for our show, as we examine how divorce is done in Colorado.

In one case, in two states, and after more than seven years, a father has been arrested on a felony charge of kidnapping for taking his son “out of state” and “concealing” him for visiting Grandma! He was 30 hours “late” in returning his 13 year old son to his mother. The boy told his Dad he did not want to go back and was afraid. West Virginia law puts a lot of weight on kids' wishes. Also the law on kidnapping and concealment clearly states that this law is not meant to be used against parents who are overtime on return from a custody visit.
Mother has asked for SOLE CUSTODY for 7 years. Final order was issued in WVA recently. She did not get SOLE CUSTODY so she has segued into CRIMINAL COURT. Now taxpayers of West Virginia are paying for HER COUNSEL.
We have other stories as well, as the family court travesties continue despite years of fighting for change.

The 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution prohibits slavery and involuntary servitude. Article II, Section 26, the Colorado Constitution also prohibits them, except as punishment for a crime. Amendment T removes this exception.
Thus, “SHALL THERE BE AN AMENDMENT TO THE COLORADO CONSTITUTION CONCERNING THE REMOVAL OF THE EXCEPTION TO THE PROHIBITION OF SLAVERY AND INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE WHEN USED AS PUNISHMENT FOR PERSONS DULY CONVICTED OF A CRIME?”

Excerpts from her statement: El Pueblo treatment center, working with county caseworker went after Samuel after I went to the media regarding their use of drugs, isolation, and restraints to manage children. The El Pueblo staff made up allegations against him and other kids at El Pueblo Adolescent Treatment Center who reported their abuse and overmedication. I have been able to confirm through the process of discovery that nine children were maliciously prosecuted out of El Pueblo at that time. In Samuel’s case, the alleged victim did not report for 25 hours, after the 24-hour crime scene protocol had expired. In fact, El Pueblo had laundered the crime scene to HIDE the ABSENCE of evidence. DA told jury in his opening statement that there was NO evidence.
Second, Marcelo Kopcow, who sits as chair of your very own Sex Offender Management Board Members, is the very same judge who presided over Samuel’s case, keeping him incarcerated at El Pueblo. Isn't this a conflict of interest?

These funds appeared to have been distributed after the child was placed in Youth Corrections and collected for months, despite the laws that stop these payments when a child is incarcerated. How much money has the county collected over ten years in this child’s name?
Ms. Mitchell will report on how she obtained information about Wells Fargo accounts in her son’s name, and what laws the county has been violating to snatch the money from her son and, most likely, many other foster and incarcerated children. In Indiana, families have been complaining about the biased decisions and unlimited power of a specific guardian-ad-litem since 2009, to no avail. After numerous complaints were lodged against Barbara Mahle, the Wayne County Indiana court’s “go-to” GAL, Leslie Dunn, the State Director of GAL/CASA, wrote the following to Wayne County’s Chief Judge, Gregory Horn, “…the complaints allege that Ms. Mahle abuses her power and position, purports to be empowered by the court to actually decide the case, and purports to have special position of influence with the judge in the case…Barb Mayle is rude, harsh, disrespectful, threatening, not objective, and vindictive…”
After the county commissioners were advised of this letter, they attempted to put an investigation into place, but all attempts to investigate the GAL failed. Five years have passed and, according to Eldon Smith, our guest this week, this guardian-ad-litem continues to terrorize families.

Interestingly enough, this same Ken Buck served in the capacity of District Attorney of the county when her son was arbitrarily placed into state custody ten years ago, and HIS signature appears on the Dependency and Neglect no-fault paperwork.

The Fourth Branch REBROADCAST: De Jure People’s Grand Jury Thursday, February 23, 2017, at 6-8 p.m. Pacific; 7-9 p.m. Mountain; 8-10 p.m. Central; and 9-11 p.m. Eastern.
There are actually two grand juries in Colorado: one controlled by the De Facto Corporations, and one by the People, the De Jure people’s Grand Jury. Webster’s 7th New Collegiate gives the following definitions: De Jure: of right; by right; by a lawful title. De Facto: exercising power as if legally constituted.
Generally a De Facto Grand Jury is under the control of the District Attorney and the Judge, who administer under “statutory” law. A De Jure people’s Grand Jury decides the Law and no court can overturn the decision of a De Jure’s people’s Grand Jury which operates under Natural Law, Common Law, and the authority vested in the Constitution. Common sense is all that is required to be one of the people on a De Jure Grand Jury.

Co-host Lisa Mitchell and I welcome Connie Reguli, an attorney in Tennessee who is willing to discuss this aspect of the foster care system. There are many CPS areas of concern, but we are looking at cradle-to-adulthood violations of human rights sustained by foster youth in juvenile detention facilities. These kids are warehoused and are without access to outside communication. Many have lost their biological ties and have no one to advocate for them.
The following areas will be addressed in our discussion:
Statistics Outcomes for foster care youth, including homelessness, criminalization, sex trade, unemployment, inadequate education, disenfranchisement, and lack of vital documents. Treatment by juvenile justice system: lack of representation, access to records, and to research, conditions in jails Types of detention Mandatory sentencing Sex offender registry Funding Medicaid fraud Prescription medications Court-appointed attorneys Retaliation

John will be rolling out The People’s Branch, at www.ThePeople’sBranchUSA.org. This organization will be collaborating with experts – and with the United States Attorney General and other high-ranking officials at the local, state, and federal levels. The People’s Branch will work with USDOJ to develop a computerized system whereby victims can allege the essential fact elements of the federal crimes they believe were committed against them and their families. TPB will seek to work to impeach and remove corrupt state and federal judges and other corrupt public officials.

The Fourth Branch: De Jure People’s Grand Jury Thursday, February 2, 2017, at 6-8 p.m. Pacific; 7-9 p.m. Mountain; 8-10 p.m. Central; and 9-11 p.m. Eastern.
There are actually two grand juries in Colorado: one controlled by the De Facto Corporations, and one by the People, the De Jure people’s Grand Jury. Webster’s 7th New Collegiate gives the following definitions: De Jure: of right; by right; by a lawful title. De Facto: exercising power as if legally constituted.
Generally a De Facto Grand Jury is under the control of the District Attorney and the Judge, who administer under “statutory” law. A De Jure people’s Grand Jury decides the Law and no court can overturn the decision of a De Jure’s people’s Grand Jury which operates under Natural Law, Common Law, and the authority vested in the Constitution. Common sense is all that is required to be one of the people on a De Jure Grand Jury.
