Having created housing and rental shortages by their nefarious purchases, the cannibals, flush with bank loans, buy American workers’ houses and flip them for sizable profits, undermining average house buyers’ opportunities; these dark denizens buy apartment buildings, raise the rents to toss out those who cannot afford to pay and gouge the new tenants.
House Speaker Pelosi made a good will, albeit risky, visit to Taiwan. An outraged China, an emerging powerful adversary, demonstrated its military might around the break-away island----war ships, supersonic war planes, exploding missiles, and intimidation.
Why do rentals and house prices explode during this inflation that is inflamed by spikes in food and gas prices due to the Covit pandemic and Russian invasion? Greed, plus gouging is the answer.
If we have not had our rent unjustifiably increased or been eliminated when attempting to buy an overpriced house----we will now or in the future feel the blunt forces.
This louse has left an infamous trail of criminal-business practices and left so many malfeasance threads while in office to spin a cocoon around the White House; enough of the malfeasance threads are left over to spin a hanging rope----arrest, conviction, and prison----for the ex-President.
