Sometimes we get caught up in future plans and "putting in the work" to secure a comfortable future, but what about now? Why is the next moment more important than this one?
If we keep looking for red flags in people, how will we ever see the person. What about the "red flags" we have? Do they make us underserving of love? Let's try our best to be more loving and understanding and less judgmental. The last thing we need is a world full of people thinking everybody else is toxic.
I struggled with feeling true for most of my life. I always felt like I wasn't being my most authentic self . I did journaling, talked to friends, meditated etc. and while all these methods played their part, I noticed there were some that were more effective .These are the four steps I took to becoming my truest, most authentic self.
