Transitioning from suffering and identifying// perceiving// choosing through the pain body into higher alignments with true care and transformation of self is difficult. This podcast is here to help the collective loosening of the sticking points of ego so we can all ascend to embody our higher most authentic, empowered, beautifully illuminated selves. May it be safe to be right here and hold ourselves through each moment with breath being our connection to healing through the divine.
It's hard to face the core wounds, and there are many defences the ego will put up to avoid facing certain core wounds or traumas. In this episode I talk resistance to surrender and resistance to alignment and healing in a hopefully helpful and validating way. There is something to learn from resistance. Hope this can help in some way.
Times are tough! We are all trying our best! Sometimes it feels like there is too much failure and too much darkness and resistance is too strong to surrender! This episode is a beacon of truth around hope and that we CANNOT get this wrong. There is no way that the light will leave anyone behind, because we ARE the darn light. So hold in there, stay brave and love yourself for exactly where you are at and bring gentleness to the things you have yet to face. We are all going to make it! It is so true! It is the only truth! Light is the only truth and it is impossible to hide from truth, just like it is impossible to hide from the light. You will be found and loved and healed.
