It is Tuesday 15th December 2020 and in this week's episode we're trying out a brand new plugin from United Plugins & Soundevice Digital DIFIX. And we won't be trying it out on guitars and bass; that's what people would expect us to do, we'll be trying it out on samples, loops, and virtual instruments.

How is everyone doing this week? Ready for Christmas? Ready for 2021?
In this week's episode of Tobisonics, we're cleaning up an old archive public domain recording/audio for use in modern pop production. And we'll be using my latest single, "Military Industrial Complex" as an example. Even though iZotope has released a new version of RX, for the purposes of this demonstration, we'll be using RX7 because this is the version I used on the production. And we'll be keeping things simple by just using the plugins.
Hey Sonics! I hope you all grabbed yourself some bargains in the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales. In this week's Tobisonics episode, we're taking a look at the Sound Design in my latest single, "Military Industrial Complex". We'll be going right back to the raw production; no mix, no master; just the mono production and building the Sound Design up effects layer by effects layer, from panning to EQ, dynamics to delay, and finally reverb. You'll get to see how each effects layer adds to the overall stereo image of the Sound Design, adding width and depth as we go.

It's getting cold out, hope you're all wrapped up warm and staying fit & healthy. In this week's episode, we're taking a look at the new updated version of my goto Lofi FX iZotope Vinyl (a free plugin).
Instead of doing another blah, blah, blah, demo, I thought I'd show you all how I use iZotope Vinyl in my own productions. We're going to take a look at how I used it in my debut single, "All These Things", the follow-up, "Military Industrial Complex", and a production I'm currently working on, "Piano Sham (working title)".

In this week's episode, we're demoing a brand new plugin, out this very day, from United Plugins and FireSonic called, "FireCharger".
According to the United Plugins' website, "FireCharger is a universal processor with an intelligent algorithm for spectral charging and instant sound improvement, including emulation of an analog tape and advanced exciters."
I'm going to be testing the FireCharger out on one of my own productions, my new single, "Military Industrial Complex". I'll be testing it out bass, drums, synth, Robo Vox (Vocoder), and a full mix.

It's Tuesday 27th October 2020, and in today's video we're getting practical and creative with automation and the Fabfilter Pro-Q3 for my new single, "Military Industrial Complex".
On the practical side, we'll be using automation to deal with frequency masking and freeing up the channel fader; and on the creative side, we'll be creating some very cool filter FXs that are both easy to achieve and extremely effective.

Hello Sonics! In this week's Tobisonics, we're going to be taking a look at how I used the stock plugin Steinberg Cubase Autopan on my new single, "Military Industrial Complex".
We'll be taking a look at the different wave shapes that can be used to control the pan, from Sine to Triangle to Square. We'll be looking at using the phase adjustment to achieve a balanced stereo image left to right.
And we'll talk about using the various sync options to create contrast. We'll be looking at how I used the Autopan on a Hi-Hat, Vox FXs, piano, and, the daddy of them all, a rotating cowbell.
