We will develop in-depth conversations covering a wide variety of topics to support one another. We understand that the most pressing issues are often overlooked and we are here to hopefully spark meaningful conversation and support others through discussion of these issues. The emergence of online learning meant many different things for students all over the world. Time with peers, relations with teachers, and getting out of the house are all things to be considered when deciphering between online and in person learning. In today's podcast episode, IBCP talks over their own personal experiences with virtual learning and discusses if learning in a classroom or in the comfort of their own home is more beneficial and suitable for students as a whole.
Most students in high school have seven very different teachers with very different teaching styles. In this episode, our students discuss what makes some teachers better than others and what all good learning environments have in common. Timely communication, friendly interactions, and fun projects all make for a great educational experience. Listen to find out about personal experiences with all types of teachers from a variety of IB CP students.

It feels like just yesterday the CP students started working on the podcast. With them starting off as juniors and transitioning into seniors, it really feels as if the podcast is their first core memory of the class. Join the IB CP students as they talk about how Mr. Reonas invited them to create a podcast towards the end of junior year and how it became their safe spot during the ups and downs of junior and senior year. Tune in to listen to how they started the podcast and the challenges they overcame at the beginning, and how they grew it to be something all students can enjoy, as well as the memories they had during the IB Personal and Professional Skills class, in which they learned many helpful skills.
Independence is a big part of growing up through high school and transitioning into college. From learning to drive to doing your own laundry, every teen has to go through times of learning to be self-sufficient. In this episode we discuss what independence means to us and the ways we developed our own independence through high school and going into the bigger world.

Community service is a requirement for most high school students active in clubs and honors societies. However, hour requirements create problems for community service, as it prompts the question: are students passionate about the work they do, or are they completing it simply to check a box? In this episode, we discuss how to do more meaningful community service and how to benefit both yourself and those in need.
Got senioritis? What do you think of when you think of your last year in high school? The fun opportunities seniors and given or stressful ending of your high school education. Many people have a love-hate relationship with this year. It is so tempting no put in much effort because your grades are almost finalized. This is senioritis. This episode contains tips and tricks from actual high school students on how to manage their time and stress throughout the process of applying to college.
In a time where students feel they don't have anything in common, one similarity is our education system. We all struggle from the demands of standardized testing, the college application and acceptance process, and feeling the need to constantly compete with our peers academically to reach our goals. This episode, members of our IB Career Path (CP) Personal and Professional Skills (PPS) discuss these topics and hope this discussion brings comfort knowing we share the same views on these topics. We all understand that high school and life can be tough and we want you all to know you we understand and want to provide an opportunity to provide empathy and encouragement.
