The Lord judges in this life. His people are covered by the blood of Christ from the eternal judgement, but the Bible speaks of judgements and plagues that can come upon them while on the earth. In this message elder Kevin Lofton discusses avoiding those plagues.
Although David's house was not so with God while alive on the earth, just as the case is for us all, he trusted in the Lord's covenant. When we understand the covenant of grace and sureness of it we can truly have peace in this life.
Physicians usually give orders to their patients to keep them healthy and avoid sickness returning. Our Lord as the Great Physician often gave instructions to those He healed and that sought healing.
Where Christ is, there is light. Those born again are able to see light, and as disciples of Christ we are to walk in the light, and shine a light.
Throughout scripture God foretells of things that His people would do as a result of their pride that would bring God's judgement, but He does not leave us confused. He gives instructions for when judgements come and how we are to respond.
Daniel spoke of a stone that would become a mountain speaking of the Kingdom of God. The Lord taught His disciples about this mountain and that this kingdom would never end.
Paul referred to himself as a pattern. The salvation of Paul is a pattern every child of God has followed by the grace of God.
The gospel message should encourage and enlighten every individual regardless of their age
Despite the popular belief, the Old and New Testaments do not teach different ways of eternal salvation, but when rightly divided harmonize that all are saved the same way by grace.
The foundation of what we believe, what we teach, and how we live, should be built upon the truth of Jesus Christ and Him crucified.
Free grace is not optional, but a gift given by Christ. To understand grace it is vital to understand man's nature.
Just as the two women who went to anoint the body of Christ, for us to come together and see the Lord we need an intervention from Him to roll the stone away
In the armor of God we are given a special piece of armor known as the breastplate of righteousness, and it is vital for us to know what that it and how we put it on to protect our vital organs
When the child of God is born again they are given a new heart, and we should always be mindful of what we fill our hearts with
We all have a portion under the sun, even the wicked have a portion under the sun. As the Lord’s people we have a greater portion in Heaven
The Old Testament gives us the blueprint for what Christ reveals in the New Testament and through what He has accomplished we have rest
The Lord continues to comfort His people, and we being comforted are told to comfort others.

In Acts 15 is arguably the first debate between salvation. Is it by grace or grace plus works? Peter declares it is solely through the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Sadly there are still those attempting to add or limit the grace of Christ and placing heavy yokes upon their shoulders.
As disciples of Christ renewal is vital to restore our strength and spirit day by day and one of the ways we accomplish it is by spending daily communion with our God.
Throughout the Old Testament there were various covenants given by God and in each there are glimpses into the eternal covenant, and by the new covenant given to us by Christ we are able to see it more clearly

There is a rest that a child of God feels upon hearing and believing in the finished work of Christ, and we should be ever mindful of ourselves in remaining in fellowship with our Lord so that we may remain at peace and rest in the truth of the gospel.
It is quite common as believers to go through seasons of doubts and fears, and when doubts arise it is vital that we take those doubts to the Lord for encouragement.
