In this episode we're continuing with the question of what it means to be educated in racial injustice, anti-racism, addressing the power of exhaustion through exploitation to hold people down. If there's any space for individualisation and the fact that some people will simply not care, once again, that catch me after the excerpt, where I'll be sharing my thoughts on how our conversation developed including some of the ways white women continue to subjacate Black women through controlling images.

Our conversation includes discovering what kind of actions we can begin to take to try and create some form of change. What shift in our perspective is necessary to ensure feminism is doing the most when it comes to the liberation of all women. We know that intersectional feminism has a part to play, but what is truly intersectional? Finally, the power and transformation of doing the work to learn. Is it a luxury? What blocks are in the way that encourages this cognitive dissonance between our oppression from the patriarchy, to how we then treat Black women within our movement?

Why representation isn’t all it’s cracked up to be and who is actually benefitting. If working hard is the answer to achieving success, and if there is any merit to the idea that things are supposedly better than they’ve been before.
