Do you often find yourself resisting the idea that to slow down and rest both body and mind are a waste of time? That to do so will just show signs of weakness, that if you actually take time to stop, that bad stuff will happen, and your world will fall apart?

Most women do and it’s no fault of our own. We don’t value rest as we should. Unfortunately, we are taught and programmed to believe that to be successful, we need to be one step ahead, always striving, working hard. And in male dominated fields or work, it’s even harder for a woman to get ahead and prove herself worthy. For decades now, perhaps, you have lived it. Keep up or be left behind. If you rest and let your guard down, you will certainly lose out and lose control.

And because keeping pace is expected, burn out has become an epidemic.

It’s time to realize “always on” is not working and learn what you can do to stop this from happening to you – or if you find yourself already there, how to turn it around.

In this podcast you will learn several quick and free things you can do rest your brain and why taking time to replenish and rejuvenate your body on a regular, daily basis, will be a game changer in how you begin to see and interact with the world.

Why do we worry if people will judge us?
What if we just understand judging as something the brain does, and it is just a function of the brain.
