P-R Stands for Project-Reflect. Project is forward looking. Making forecasts of things in the society. A solution based approach. Goals plans and aspirations. Reflect and the word implies is a way if looking back at how the day occured and of days before. Examining things in the past to have a better future. Project would happen 8:00am while Reflect would be by 8:00pm. Enjoy!!
