Enjoy the Process was inspired by our habitual tendencies to immerse into the challenges of our journey's in a negative way instead of enjoying the growth in every experience. The thing is, most of us have a goal and are ambitious - we even plan out the steps we need to get to the goal. But somewhere in the mist of creating expectations for ourselves, we forget the road bumps that will present itself and we fail to prepare ourself for the mental transitions necessary to overcome. This episode shines light on giving love and grace to the testimonies within our growth, and continuing to experience growth.

Systematic Minds - I believe our minds are an evolution of the physical and spiritual realms of the world. When you think about it, where you are right now is the current space of a metamorphosis in energy, which will consistently evolve as it transfers and connect with other transforming energies within the physical and spiritual spaces. Evolution is systematic, however, we do have a choice in this flow. Choosing to align our current space of this energetic metamorphosis with the highest frequency. This is a complex subject but once understood, you will enter a vibration that's far beyond the average systematic mentality.

Overcoming Challenges was created in the mist of a breakthrough. Understanding that you are a human being and not a robot is the epiphany of allowing yourself to go through and grow through the processes of your journey in peace. Have you ever been stuck between "Am I doing too much or am I not doing enough?", as creative entrepreneurs most of us have. The remedy is discovering balance. You are perfectly imperfect. For the rest of your life, you are always going to seek more. That being said, practice giving yourself grace through the transitions of development.
Overcoming challenges is not a bad thing. Patience and awareness is Key to understanding this logic.

Learning Yourself is a wake up call that everyday you are learning and you are growing. Allow yourself the grace to learn who you are and what you need in every phase. Which ways of living will enable you to feel optimal, valued, powerful? Learning yourself is a process. It can be tedious, challenging, and definitely emotional, but learning how to operate who you are at its capacity puts you at a higher ranking in these levels of life.

“Self Love Anthem” was created in one of my most vulnerable states of life. We all go through turmoil of some kind, but it's how you decide to perceive and groove with it. Allow yourself to go through the challenges of life as it will make you stronger and get you ready for the abundance you ask for. Now, we all know this is definitely easier said than done. However, what's helped me overcome struggles in my journey is practicing Self Love! Love is infinite. Love is the key to an extraordinary life...and it start with you, the love you give yourself. What is life? A beautiful roller coaster created for us to triumph and elevate into our full potential. When the ride gets rough, revert to self love. Remind yourself that you are perfectly imperfect, created by the image of THE divine intelligence and you deserve all greatness you visualize yourself having. Generational Fear was curated from the notions in the book "What Happened to You" by Dr. Bruce Perry and Oprah Winfrey. As we walk through life and began to recognize some mental traits that has been developed in ways we are oblivious to, we must analyze our ancestors...starting with your mother, father, and/or immediate guardian that raised you. The world likes to call it generational curses when a negativity reoccurs from one generation to another. I believe it's generational fear. The fear of breaking through. The fear of unlearning the ideologies that we stood on throughout our life. The fear of acknowledging that we've been wrong. The fear of letting go of what we've latched unto and diving into the unknown. It's not a curse - it's a fear of allowing yourself to free flow as a spirit because this takes trust in something you can't see. But always remember, you are not man-made; you were divinely created. Generational Fear is in the mind and it can end with you.
