Being a teacher - parent isn't always easy, in fact, it's kind of hard. But, your family is your first ministry and while that may not look like how the world operates, it's ok to stand out in the crowd. Happy Mother's Day to all of our listeners!
Somewhere along the way the lines have been blurred and teachers were expected to "parent" their students. We believe this has backfired and now we need to find our way back and take this burden off the teachers' plates. Parents and teachers shouldn't be put in a position of opposition, but rather working together to do what is best for the kids.
