Hey everyone, I’m Julia and you’re listening to The Locally Sourced. Today’s guest is an incredibly talented photographer located out of Holliston, MA. Ana, of Lovely Pictures Studio shares with us how she was inspired by photographer and what she loves most about her job. Hailing originally from Barcelona, Spain, Ana was surrounded by art throughout much of her life, and decided in 2013 to move to the states. She took it upon herself to learn more about the art, mechanics, and skills necessary to be able to fully capture a moment. While she likes to capture life’s most memorable events, specializing in maternity, newborn, and family shoots. When Ana isn’t capturing that first smile, or the joy of becoming or expanding a family, she enjoys writing blogging about the tips and tricks to make your session more easy going, fun, and engaging.

What better way to celebrate National Michigan Day than by featuring a small business from The Mitten?! Today's guest is Claire, owner, solopreneur, and brainiac behind Teffola. Claire was inspire by the magnificent pairing of Teff Grain (a typically exotic grain to the continental United States) and granola. Put the two of them together and what do you get? Teffola of course! What started out as a small passion project amongst her family and friends, turned into a new, exciting popular journey for Claire, whose philosophy is to embrace bold ideas and brave action. Coach JD Berry is the owner and founder of BEarFIT Athletics. His passion for lifting began at the age of 12 when he began strength training at the local YMCA to help him excel at sports. His love of sports and desire to succeed led him to training at the prestigious gym. With a passion for sports, JD began his coaching in 2004 where he took over as the Offensive and Defensive Line Coach for the Wakefield High School Freshman Football team. On this episode, I spoke with Bob Sargent. Bob helps run a local non-profit called the Stoneham Soccer Alumni Association. The Stoneham Soccer Alumni Association is a non-profit that supports the Stoneham High School Soccer teams. Along with other members of the association, Bob helps raise money by hosting alumni soccer games and other charity events. Bob and I talk about his experience as a past team member of the Stoneham High School team and his present experience as a coach. We also touch upon the memorable Coach Carino.
