Tenia varias semanas sin publicar ya que he estado en mi rutina normal de musico y pues la verdad esta época decembrina es de mucho trabajo, y eso es buenísimo!
I haven't posted for a few weeks since I've been in my normal routine as a musician and the truth is that this december is a busy time, and that's great!

A pesar de mi cara seria jaja es muy divertido el reto de montar canciones y publicarlas. Yo normalmente trabajo con agrupaciones y esto es una experiencia distinta.
Despite my serious face haha it's a lot of fun the challenge of putting together songs and posting them. I usually work with bands and this is a different experience.
En esta ocasión hice un cover con guitarra del tema "Dance Monkey" de la super cantante australiana Tones and I lanzada el 10 de Marzo del 2019!
This time I did a guitar cover of the song "Dance Monkey" by Australian super singer Tones and I released on March 10, 2019!
Espero que disfruten de este tema divertido.. A veces los guitarristas nos enfocamos en montar repertorio distinto y esta son ocasiones para disfrutar la música desde otra perspectiva!

I've found myself in the last few days trying out a variety of material for all kinds of tastes. This week has been a bit rocky and to keep the vibe going I bring you all this epic guitar solo!
"Hot for Teacher" is a song by the band Van Halen from their 1984 album. The song is known for the drum solo at the beginning (which comes to simulate the sound of a motorcycle), the lyrics talk about a student who finds a teacher attractive and the video that has been the most controversial of Van Halen. The video was censored from television and radio by the PMRC saying that the song and mainly the video was not suitable for minors.

"Hot for Teacher" es una canción del grupo Van Halen de su álbum 1984. La canción es reconocida por el solo de batería del principio (que llega a simular el sonido de una motocicleta), la letra habla de un alumno que encuentra atractiva a una profesora y el video que ha sido el más polémico de Van Halen. El video fue censurado de la televisión y la radio por la PMRC al decir que la canción y principalmente el video no era apto para menores.

Friends of Hive! In this new opportunity I bring for you this interpretation of a song of one of the most popular bands in recent years.
"Californication" is a song by the band Red Hot Chili Peppers included in their seventh studio album, Californication from 1999 and later released as their fourth single in May 2000. It is one of the band's best known songs, being performed in almost all their concerts. It is easily recognizable by the mix of guitar and bass in its intro and its music video.
"Californication" ranks #274 on Q Music magazine's "Top 1000 Songs of All Time". It also ranks #44 on VH1's "The 100 Greatest Songs of the 2000's in English" in a 2011 countdown and was nominated for 5 MTV Video Music Awards in 2000 including Video of the Year, which only won Best Art Direction and Best Direction, and was nominated for two Grammy Awards in 2001 for "Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocalist" and "Best Rock Song".

Es una de las canciones más conocidos de la banda, siendo interpretada en casi todos sus recitales. Es fácilmente reconocible por la mezcla de guitarra y bajo en su introducción y su video musical.
"Californication" ocupa el puesto #274 de "Las 1000 mejores canciones de siempre" de la revista Q Music. Today I bring you a gift as a sample of the culture of the country where I was born. It makes me very happy to be able to show the culture that I have had deepened since I was a child. This time I will show you a traditional accompaniment of the "Gaita Zuliana" and a solo composed with typical phrases of the genre.
The "Gaita Zuliana" is a musical genre from the state of Zulia in Venezuela; the misused concept of "gaita" was made to gain popularity, copying the term from the Iberoamerican gaitas, but without any musical similarity. In 2014 it was declared a heritage asset of cultural and artistic interest in Venezuela. In some regions of Venezuela and in Venezuelan communities around the world it is related to Christmas. But today it is a genre that is performed all year round in the country. As a popular musical genre it is sung in groups formed by men and women.

EL dia de hoy les traigo un regalo como muestra de la cultura del pais donde nací. Me hace muy feliz poder mostrarla cultura que he tenido profundizada desde niño. En esta ocasion les mostrare un acompañamiento tradicional de la "Gaita Zuliana" y un solo compuesto con frases tipicas del genero.
La gaita zuliana es un género musical del estado de Zulia en Venezuela; el concepto mal empleado de gaita se hizo para ganar popularidad, copiando el término de las gaitas iberoamericanas, pero sin ninguna similitud musical. En 2014 fue declarado bien patrimonial de interés cultural y artístico de Venezuela. En algunas regiones de Venezuela y en las comunidades de venezolanos alrededor del mundo se relaciona con la Navidad. Pero hoy en día es un género que se ejecuta todo el año en el país. Como género musical popular se canta en grupo formado por hombres y mujeres.

"The Final Countdown" is a song performed by the Swedish hard rock band Europe. It was the first single from their album The Final Countdown. The song topped the charts in 25 countries,5 including the United Kingdom. In the U.S., it reached #8 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #18 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Tracks. "The Final Countdown" was certified as a gold single in the U.K. in 1986.
The song is based on a synthesizer riff composed by vocalist Joey Tempest in 1981-82 on a Korg Polysix synthesizer he borrowed from Mic Michaeli.78 In 1985, bassist John Levén suggested Tempest write a song based on that riff. The lyrics were inspired by David Bowie's "Space Oddity".9 The synthesizers used were Yamaha KX76, Roland JX-8P, PPG Wave, Yamaha DX7 and the Roland Juno 6010.

The track I present below friends of Sonny Rollins (New York, September 7, 1930) who is an American jazz musician, tenor saxophonist and composer.
Along with Coleman Hawkins, Lester Young, Ben Webster, Dexter Gordon and John Coltrane, he is considered one of the great tenor saxophonists in jazz history. His styles are bop and hard bop, although on several occasions he has approached free jazz in the wake of Ornette Coleman's innovations, sometimes with the collaboration of his cornetist, Don Cherry.
"Airegin" is one of his most recognized themes. This tune is a lot of fun to play and I really enjoyed studying and exploring it, so I brought it here for you to enjoy!

Junto con Coleman Hawkins, Lester Young, Ben Webster, Dexter Gordon y John Coltrane, está considerado uno de los grandes saxofonistas tenores de la historia del jazz. Sus estilos son el bop y el hard bop, aunque se ha aproximado en varias ocasiones al free jazz en la estela de las innovaciones de Ornette Coleman, contando en ocasiones con la colaboración del cornetista de este, Don Cherry.

Friends of Hiver and 3Sepak! It is a pleasure to be able to show you through this page part of my work and projects as a guitarist musician.
To start my blog, I have decided to do it with a video of my last Jazz concert with my teacher and friend, a great guitarist graduated from Beerkle College of Music with whom we are currently working as a duo.
The song that we will present this time is "Once I Loved" is a bossa nova and jazz standard song composed in 1960 by Antônio Carlos Jobim, with lyrics by Vinícius de Moraes.
It was first recorded in 1961 by João Gilberto on his self-titled album João Gilberto (Brazil, Odeon 3202). Jobim recorded an instrumental version of the song in 1963 on his debut album, The Composer of Desafinado Plays.
In The Jazz Standards: A Guide to the Repertoire, jazz critic Ted Gioia credits Frank Sinatra for the song's popularity. "Even during the height of the bossa nova craze, which peaked around 1964-65, 'Once I Loved' was not well known and conspicuous by its absence on most bossa nova theme albums of the era. But after Sinatra's recording in 1967, the song became one of Jobim's best known and covered compositions."
