This is a captivating chapter with an account of his first experience with the Oxford Group and realizing that they had figured out what he has been searching for! Kitchen really begins to see the problem he has had this whole time.
The review of chapter 5 of I Was a Pagan by V. C. Kitchen was definitely an absolutely incredible and encouraging review to do! I loved reading along with the author as he begins to tell us about his encounter with a God of his understanding and finding that God-consciousness!
Definitely a relatable read for anyone that has had that spiritual experience and began their own journey of spiritual development and moral growth! Fantastic!

This is the chapter where the author really begins to talk about the change in his life and how that occurred! An absolutely exciting chapter to read! Selfishness blocking out the light of the Spirit!
This is the review of the fourth chapter of the book I Was a Pagan by V. C. Kitchen! An intriguing chapter about the authors attempt at developing a process to grow spiritually! It is incredible to see his growth through this process and how his ideas are forming.
This books illustrates the lesson of growth through failure in the beginning of this book! I relate to it for sure!

The final beatitude in Emmet Fox's Sermon On the Mount! This one really stresses how important that purification process is and how were will constantly be needing to improve and grow in our lives. Also a little bit about martyrs as well, which was really interesting! Check it out!
An absolutely incredible reading and beatitude for this weeks reading! One that truly changed my perspective and understanding of change and what we are aiming for! Prayer and Serenity! Such an important understanding to have! Take a listen and hopefully you'll have the same shift that I had!
A beautiful understanding and explanation of this incredible beatitude! The true meaning of this beatitude is such an amazing testament to the path of spiritual progress, and the direction we have to go. Give it a listen!
Here we go, beatitude number 5! This one is on the law of life and the main principle that we all live by whether we know it or not! This was a great analysis of this beatitude by Emmet Fox as we begin the second half of this section!
Here is the 4th beatitude and it is a powerful one! This one really gives us hope that we have the strength to change, and, if we are pursuing change, we can get there! Great reading, and a fantastic notion to keep with us today!
This is a beautiful analysis of the 3 beatitude in the Sermon on the Mount by Emmet Fox. It gives hope and strength to those in hard circumstances and was an understanding that helped me along in my journey! Check it out!

A lot of encouragement and inspiration in this chapter and telling us to keep dreaming, and do not let them die! Strive toward your Vision and your Ideals, and bring your dreams to reality, it's our responsibility to do it! Fantastic chapter!
The 6th chapter from James Allen's book As a Man Thinketh named Visions and Ideals, and that is exactly what it is about. An inspirational chapter on the importance of the dreamers and the striving toward our Visions and Ideals!
This is the video review for chapter 5, The Thought-Factor in Achievement in James Allen's book As a Man Thinketh. This chapter has some great stuff on how we are responsible for our own life and achievements in his life, and we can only show people the path - they have to walk it. Sacrifice is required to achieve, and the level of your achievement is in direct proportion to the level at which you will sacrifice your selfish, self-centered, and self-serving behaviors. Great chapter!

Thought and Purpose, chapter 4 of James Allen's book As a Man Thinketh! An absolutely great chapter that talks about choosing a purpose and just pursuing it, even if it is a material object. It talks about the building of the strength of character, self-control, and the concentration from the pursuit of a purpose that is the "true measure of success!" Great chapter, give it a listen, and let yourself start a new journey of purpose!
