One of the many things that I have questioned about life or really about the concepts that the world is constantly shoving down our throats is Manifestation.
What is Manifestation? What is this idea that the world seems to have that if you supposedly will something to existence it will happen?
Or that if you focus your "postive thoughts" and send them out to the "universe" then good things, your desires will be reciprocated in equal measure?
What does that even mean?
In our journeys to living full and abundant lives, it is important that we are mindful and careful of the "trends" we hop on, all in the name of living the lives we want.
In this episode, we dissect all things Manifestation, the universe and uncover what this all means for us who have been called to walk in truth and for the glory of our Creator.
To learn more about Manifestation and it's application to our faith as followers of Jesus, be sure to check out In Truth She Delights for this and so much more.

It's that time of the year when everyone is looking back at their resolutions and goals for 2023 and really reflecting on how the year has been for them.
December is often the month of reflection and for some even planning for the year ahead.
Social media is flooded with many memes of "We try again next year", because as many people have already realized, life really doesn't turn out to be exactly how we want it all the time.
But are we really going to be singing the same song come 2024?
Are we really going to make plans, chart out resolutions only to throw them out the window at the end of the year?
In this episode, join the host as she shares a quick guide on how to conduct your 2023 review and how to intentionally plan for 2024, better and wiser.

If you had asked me years ago how I defined grief, it would be the feeling of immense sadness and sorrow that comes after one loses someone to death.
Today however, I now know grief as not only the sorrow that comes after losing a loved one but also losing a future that might never be.
In this episode, we ask the question, "What happens when the future you planned for yourself, turns out to be different from what God has for you?"
It easy to make plans for the future so much so that we do not know life without the vision that we have set for ourselves.
But when that vision, plan or dream is shattered, is there really a way forward?
This and more on this episode, so join me as I unpack GRIEF in its entirety.

One of the most difficult lessons that I have had to learn as a follower of Christ even as I pursue a life of abundance is obedience.
As children it was expected and often demanded of us to be obedient to our parents and people who held positions of authority.
But as we grow older, as we come to the realization that we have a will of our own, that we want to have some level of control over our lives, obedience becomes a mere word that barely holds the kind of weight it actually does...
In this episode we will tackle the cost of obedience with the guiding thought that, "if our lives are supposedly a sum of the decisions we make, then living a life of abundance is a sum of the decisions that have been made in obedience to our Creator"
Enjoy!

At any one point in our lives, we have all asked ourselves this question, "Is Life Really Worth Living?"
When I decided to start this podcast soon to be a year ago, I wanted to encourage the people around me that it was possible to live and enjoy a full life.
But how do we live a full life if we do not value life itself?
In this special episode, join me as I help to answer this question and as I share with you why all the twists and turns that life throws our way are one of the reasons we should embrace life to the absolute fullest!

As we slowly draw near to our 1 year anniversary, many of you have asked the question; "How do you manage to stay this consistent?" On today's episode, I decided to answer this same question and let you in on what has been my guiding force throughout my one year hosting and producing the podcast.
If you tuned in to the episode on Discovering Purpose, you already know that it is not enough to know what your purpose is. You have to be able to understand what it is and what it will mean for you to pursue that path that has been put before you.
We will touch on that a bit more in this episode and answer that one question; "Is It Really Possible To Stay True To Your Purpose?"

At some point in our lives, we have all asked ourselves this one big and scary question; Who Am I?
Picking up from our previous conversation on #Survival101 and The Masks We Wear To Survive, it goes without saying that it is in fact easy for us as human beings to get lost and lose ourselves trying to live out what the world wants us to live out.
So what happens when life forces us to challenge our true identity? Also how do we move and heal from all the false identities that we have adorned on ourselves?
Join the host as she seeks to debunk this and more, and of course, be sure to let us know what you think here. Enjoy!

In what seems to be a cruel and unforgiving world, we as human beings have had to employ a few strategies here and there in order to survive. One of these strategies being hiding ourselves under numerous layers of masks as a means to feel accepted, love and part of something.
In this episode, join me as I talk about the masks we wear as human beings to survive and why that is often feels safer than sharing our real selves to the world.
As Tori Kelly would say, it is indeed easier to be an actress and you've got to fake it till you make it so there's no time to be real.
I hope you feel safe and loved enough to take off your masks and share with the world the wonderful gift and blessing that is the real you. Enjoy!

On today's episode I will be talking about how to handle transitions. This after I recently turned 25!! And of course after we had the conversation of Quarter Life Crisis

It has often been said that we are our very own biggest enemies. But do we really understand what that means?
When it comes to living a life of abundance, there are so many things that may hold us back including our own selves. And how does this manifest itself? It is through the self sabotaging habits that we keep entertaining that hinder us from experiencing life fully.
Three questions;
Join the host, Sharon Chebaibai as she shares her own experience on self sabotage and some of the lessons you can pick from the same.

Hey you!
Since Quarter 1 of the year is quickly drawing to a close, I decided to do a check in episode of how the past 3 months of 2023 have been so far. How have you been?
When the year began, my biggest goal was and has been putting myself out there, or if you like, shooting my shot at life.
How has it been? Brutal! Honestly, putting yourself out there sucks. It has forced me to step out of my comfort zone and I have been challenged to embrace that discomfort in order to see growth and progress take place in my life.
So join me as I share on what I have learnt about putting myself out there and also check out my latest project The Confused Creator on LinkedIn.
Remember, putting yourself out there may be uncomfortable, but it's absolutely necessary if you want to grow and keep being the best version of yourself. I'm rooting for you!

We all have this innate feeling and desire in us to live a meaningful life. More often than not, we find ourselves questioning whether or not the life we are living has meaning; truly, purpose is something that is sought out by many if not all of human beings.
In today's episode, we are asking one question;
"Is the life you are living worth what you are giving up to have it?"
We are always being told why it is important for us to live meaningful lives. But did you know that the true meaning of life lies in discovering our purpose? Well, we will seek to understand this and more in today's episode.

Authenticity is a concept that is constantly being shoved down our throats. We see it on commercial ads, on brands, and we are always being constantly reminded that we need to live authentically and even cultivate authentic relationships.
But when you think about it, how many of us really know and understand what it means to live authentically, more so in a world that propagates faking it till you make it?
And can one be authentic and fake all at the same time? This and more in today's episode. Enjoy!

Let's face it, life is and can be tough. Learning and choosing to be and stay hopeful in the most hopeless of situations is not an easy thing to do either. And while yes staying hopeful and positive has become so overrated, we are often surprised by how such a simple thing like hope can make a whole difference when we are at the red of things.
In today's episode we are asking the question; Is being hopeful realistic? And how do we find hope when all is hopeless?
Being Suicide Awareness and Prevention month, we were able to feature the story of Janemy Obiny who started the #youmaketodaybetter initiative here in Kenya, in order to continue spreading the message of hope and raising awareness on issues suicide.

It is a known fact that our mindsets' quality and nature largely determine our lives' quality as well. In today's episode, we continue to lay the foundation for the podcast by asking one important question; "Are you operating from a scarcity mindset or an abundance mindset?" Join the host as she debunks and shares on the transformation there is when we choose to live from an abundance mindset especially when we have been conditioned to a life and an environment of scarcity.
