I've also launched my GETTING CURIOUS wellness campaign for 2024. This is in response to a subscriber survey I carried out in 2023; my over 40 followers who have perimenopause symptoms have asked for this content, and I am kick starting with a boost to 2024, literally!
The first wellness therapy I’ve been exploring is intravenous vitamin infusion therapy, near my home town in the Home Counties, with IV Boost UK, Berkhamsted.

Kick starting with event I went to with QVC UK where I got to meet the fabulous and lovely Dannii Minogue; whilst she held the room with her staggering beauty she was really down to earth, completely understood the difficulties of buying petite styling clothes for women who are 5ft 3 and under. She's done a little intro just for Styling Matters listeners and I've managed to get a few clips so you can hear first hand from Dannii the challenges of petite styling.
This week I went to see the Hobbs London Autumn Preview - you definitely need to check out this navy Clarisse Coat for winter. More to come on the next episode of 3-2-1 with Lizzi & Zanne later this month.

Don't forget, looking after what we want to wear and how we wear it is a daily activity, staying on top of the maintenance is essential; over time you will spend less time, money and make less mistakes - which ultimately gets you to a place where you are wearing what you love, and if you get there then you will be showing off to those around you that you are presenting yourself as the women you wish to be seen as.

Imposter syndrome can really kick in with you are trying to make changes to your styling; and I am sharing what I do myself as well as advice on how to handle comments should you feel overwhelmed.
No one should stop you from progressing to be the woman you wish to be today, and if they are, they are no friend (my girlfriend) - Ditch them, not your style goals!

Every now and then it’s good to get some professional advice on your styling – a personal 1-2-1 session can really boost your confidence. Even as a qualified stylist myself, I love others having a go at styling me.
It can give you a whole new perspective on clothes or accessories that you may never have considered before. Now whilst it’s fun to have these sessions with friends or family (I get that you’ll think it’s great quality time together), however they may steal precious professional styling time (paid or unpaid) which will deflect from the attention you should be having on YOU!

Happy New Year to you! 2023 is going to be a fabulous styling year... and I thought I would kick start with sharing my own personal style rules.
I start with my own 3 words that I will focus and curate my wardrobe (or two wardrobes, as you are about to find out!) along with sharing some flexible rules to kick my style on track, for me.

SIX WAYS TO ORGANISE YOUR WARDROBE EACH SEASON – I’m never keen on just organising your wardrobe twice a year – I feel you should be ‘on it’ more often than you think – this way you can be more in control.
It also helps with understanding how good or poor your sustainable shopping habits currently are; along with managing your financial budget on wardrobe management. Listen on for my tips that you should use often as part of managing your stylish wardrobe.
1.EDIT FOR THE SEASONYou can’t wear your entire wardrobe so why have it all out? I edit every 12 weeks for the next 8-12 weeks. Freeing space in your wardrobe, will let your clothes breathe; this is really important if you have invested in natural fabrics like cashmere, wool and silk.
2.ONLY IF YOU LOVE ITI’m a firm believer that you should love what you are wearing. You have much happier days if you do! We all fall in an out of love with items, that’s normal. Store, sell or giveaway what you no longer need.
3.THINK RAINBOWIf you hang your clothes in colour order you can quickly find find THAT item you want to wear. Plus this also informs you if you have a good/bad addiction to one particular colour!
4.MAKE A NOTEWhilst you edit you will make mental notes about gaps or things you may need. Write them down there and then or you will forget. This list is great to have on you for shopping trips, so that you only buy what you actually need.
5.GET IT ON DISPLAYIf you hide it, you won’t wear it! What you plan to wear over the next season, get as much of it on shelves and shoes out of boxes so that you make the most of wearing them.
6.GET IT FIXEDAs you edit, check your garments and shoes you’ve not worn for a while. Investigate getting them mended so that you can wear them early in the new season or another year can easily pass.
