Texas Tech basketball struggles continue as we near the end of the season, Softball going YARD this past week going 5-0 in tournament play, and add another trophy to the showcase for Texas Tech Men's T&F being Big 12 Indoor Champions!

Women's Basketball remains undefeated after a back-to-back win against Rutgers and Santa Clara. We got to see some huge game changers this weekend.

Texas Tech Volleyball concludes their season and we truly hope for nothing but success for them now and forever.
All good things must come to an end and y'all we are sad to see this special special Texas Tech soccer season close. What a year. Let's talk about their historic weekend and season as a whole. Plus basketball is undefeated on both sides as they each head on the road for the first time this season to fun locations in Vegas and the Bahamas respectively. Wreck 'em Always!

Meanwhile Women's basketball started their season last night with a really fun 96-53 win over UTRGV. The first half in particularly was some of if not the most fun basketball we have seen in the Gerlich era.

Your Red Raider soccer team is up to #4 in the nation.....NUMBER FOUR! GO brag to your coworkers. They took down Cincy to advance to the Big 12 Tournament SemiFinals where they are set to rematch with the Texas Longhorns on one day's rest. On the horizon is the NCAA Tournament selection show on Nov 6 which will determine when and who Texas Tech will play in the first round. We know the where....without a doubt they should have the opportunity to host multiple rounds if they win so get your postseason Raider Powers ready Lubbock and pack John Walker in November!
Elsewhere both men's and women's basketball held charity exhibition games with different results but positives to chat about from both as we look ahead to the start of the season on November 7!
Volleyball returns to Lubbock this saturday after a break from action and will honor its seniors Nov 4th versus Baylor. Be there!
And last but not least Texas Tech football returns fom their bye week to face TCU on THURSDAY NIGHT in the Jones. Be there and bring your costumes!
They did the dang thing y'all! Texas Tech soccer completed their undefeated season and won the Big 12 Championship. We talk all about that plus the start of postseason play next week with the Big 12 tourney. Football drops a tough one on the road plus basketball starts up with exhibitions for both the men's and women's team and softball has some fun recruiting news!
Soccer holds steady at #6 in the nation after a draw on the road at UCF and win over OSU at home to close out the first undefeated home record in school history. Next up is a chance to win the Big 12 on the road at Iowa State on Monday Oct 23, and then the postseason begins. Elsewhere Volleyball nearly pulled off the upset on the road in front of a packed house against #9 BYU and Women's Basketball takes on Big 12 Media Day.
Texas Tech soccer up to #6 in the nation after getting a draw from #7 BYU and beating #23 TCU at home. Some tough news after the injury to Macy Blackburn on Sunday has ended her season but this team has punched adversity in the face all season and this is their biggest test yet. We got faith they have more fight in them. Elsewhere football may just be finding the brand after a dominating effort on the road in Waco and Volleyball shows flashes against #25 Iowa State. We are only two games into the season but this year's Texas Tech soccer team is confirmed DANGEROUS and fun to watch. How that continues as conference nears we will find out but the skill and depth of this team cannot be denied. We recap their first two games of the season, including their 5-0 win over New Mexico State who retuned over 90% of their offensive production from a 2022 NCAA tournament team. Then we turn to a preview of Texas Tech volleyball who opens their season on Friday in Lubbock with the Under Amour Challenge that includes the likes of Notre Dame, Wichita State and more!

Sam Courtwright has a stellar start to her freshman year with a goal and assist, Elise Anderson also adding a goal to her name, and a highly-anticipated return from Macy Blackburn adds to the fuel of this team.

Our basketball teams BALLED out this past week. WBB with a huge 2 OT win over WVU. MBB continues their winning streak. Speaking of winning streaks, Softball is rolling on a 8 game winning streak while Baseball sweeps a 4-game series at home.

Bre'Amber Scott continues to dominate on the court and leads the women's basketball team to a home-victory over the #25 Texas. Cybbi and Shelby dive into highlights and emerging players who contributed to the chemistry that propelled them to another victory in conference play. The women face an equally matched WVU at the Coliseum this weekend. Can the women's team stay level into a 3-game-win streak?
Texas Tech Twitter continues to show passion and hype for the women's basketball team and Shelby and Cybbi offer some words of advice on how to maintain the Red Raider spirit that we all know and love. Long Live the Matador.
Yet another wild week of Texas Tech sports as the Men's team leaves an absolute dud in Ames, losing big to Iowa State. The debut of Fardaws Aimaq gave hope in Austin versus No. 10 Texas but the late game, second-half adjustments continue to plague this squad. Can they turn it around?
On the Women's side the program's momentum continues with a close loss to No. 19 OU, followed up with a dominating win at Kansas State where Bre Scott notched a 37 point 11 rebound double double. The whispers about a potential tourney bid are getting louder.
