I first met Brandon in Utah at one of his MAF events.
My first impression of Brandon was that this dude truly cares about what he is doing.
He cares about his people. He cares about his vendors. He cares about his family. He cares about everyone having the absolute best experience possible at his events.
Brandon has a great deal of passion and drive when it comes to archery and the outdoors as a whole. That doesn't mean he hasn't had his own setbacks or struggled with his own personal demons.
A lot of individuals struggle with overcoming the demons of their past. Brandon has learned to lean into them and learn from them, moving everything forward.
In this episode, we dive into the journey he has been on, the progress he has seen despite personal struggles and setbacks.

Today was an awesome day!
My team and I had Tim Grover in today.
I just wanted to share a few thoughts I had and how they related to the outdoors, and life.
Tim is an Elite coach. He has coached individuals such as Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, and Dwyane Wade.
He was also in the documentary about Jordan and the Chicago Bulls called "The last dance."
To have the ability to have him speak today was something special, and I won't forget.
I have a lot of things I took away, and that I could talk about, but I just wanted to share a few things, and how they flow into other things in life with you here today.

I got to meet Armando last May at the Soldier Hollow Mountain archery event.
To say Armando and the rest of the crew was welcoming would be an understatement.
It was the 1st event I took the 1stPhorm outdoors crew to, and an event we would create some lifetime friendships at.
I was happy with the fun, family vibe of the whole event, but what I was most proud of was the work I have seen individuals, like Armando, put in to bettering themselves and those around them since that event.
Today’s conversation, we dive into Armando's up-bringing, personal lifestyle, business and more.

Thank you for the support, and thank you for listening.
I Have known Ethan now for about 3 years now.
a lot of you might not know he is the one who sent me the text on dec 19th asking me how that Podcast thing is going. That podcast thing you are listing to now is what he helped me get started.
Ethan is 1 of 2 people I asked to hold me accountable to starting the podcast and he followed through right on the day of.
Ethan has grown from being an individual who was miserable and dreaded going to work to now being one of the most impactful individuals in his community.
I am proud to call him a friend, and I hope you can gain somthing from his journey.
From being a full time dad, a loving husband, Clint has a great story.
My hope is that some of you can gain some perspective from, I know I did.
Clint loves the outdoors, it started with waterfowl and moved into big game, all along his dad was a vegetarian, and he is packing out bull elk on his back.
We find out that he wasn't always super fit, and found himself in what he calls the darkness.
He over came set backs, and one of the hardest losses when losing his father, who he calls his biggest hero.
He gave the final workout in the November Knock down challenge 40 attempts!! All I can say is after getting to know him I have great deal of respect for him, and I have no doubt in my mind that his Hero looks down on him proud a hell.
Todays episode is with a good friend of mine Johnathan McCormick also know as Red Beard Outdoors.
We cover 3 main points.
1: How has living a healthy more active fit life allowed you to experience more of the outdoors.
2: Who has helped you experience it and the storys behind that.
3: What tools have help you experience more of the outdoors and living a healthy life.
In this podcast, I want to give you a hand-full of tools that have helped me over the years.
New Years' resolutions are nothing but a flash in the pan of motivation.
I want to make sure you guys have the tools needed to at least get started in the right direction and weed through some of the BS..
Appreciate you all.
