In the previous two episodes, I covered the first 5 Aspects of Story Conflict: The Expectation, The Subversion, The Truth, The Desire, and The Sting. We've seen what the character expects, watched those expectations be subverted, experienced the truth that came from that, listened to their desperate wants, and winced at them getting hurt.

In Episode 3, The 10 Aspects of Story Conflict – Part 3, I discuss the next two Aspects of Story Conflict, including The Resistance and The False Response. Like with The Desire and The Sting, it's not a one-and-done scenario. Rather, they repeat from just after the Inciting Incident to the character's Black Moment. With that noted, let's plow ahead.
