Hello everyone, and welcome! This is GEN365, a podcast for the community! GEN365 name stands for building a generation of hope, and not when we are responding to a crisis but building a healing community 365 days of the year.

This is your host Lydia Nimbeshaho; I am a survivor of the Rwandan Genocide against the Tutsi, a Mother, Speaker, Mental Health Activist, Mentor, Educator, Storyteller, and the Founder of Beyond the Veil.

Gen365 podcast is an initiative by Beyond The veil Mission, a non-profit organization based in Canada with a mission to break mental health stigma within the Rwandan, African-descent, Caribbean, Black communities, and other marginalized groups through education and sharing resources. GEN365 is a community podcast to inspire HOPE and HEALING for people who love the community.
