In a world similar to ours, thousands of years ago, there lived a young man. He was keen to be wealthy and to be the strongest and cleverest in his village.

He wanted to be the best. He was constantly driven to work hard and at the same time, show off to the girls. Show them his muscles from all his hard work.

He befriended the elders in the village so that he could gain their favour in the future. In fact, everything he did was for the purpose and him moving up the so called ladder in the village.

He wanted to be the youngest chieftain ever. He wanted everyone to acknowledge his hard work and his cleverness. Now, the man actually came from a tragic family background.

When he was a very young boy, his father had been killed in a war with a neighbouring tribe. He had barely known his father for he was always away fighting or hunting for food for the village.

He was close to his mother though and they helped each other. He especially tried to comfort his mother when the tragic news came in about his father being killed on the battle field.

He was told that his father and served the village well and they would in turn look after him and his mother. The boy was determined to be a good son in his father's memory.

And so, he worked hard and he wanted to prove to everyone that he was the best. He choose the best looking girl in the village for his wife.

Not because he loved her but because he knew everyone else lusted after her and found her very attractive. She loved him as most of the other girls did but he was more interested in his ambitions in reality.

He went out hunting as his father had done before him. He did get involved in battles but he was more interested in being chief than fighting battles.

And so, he continued to work hard all the time. He had two sons and a daughter but he did not spend a lot of time with them. Just like his father, he was always away.

The elders could see that he was wise and would make a great chief one day. He was a strong warriors. He was always pleasing others.

A number of years later, the chief was very ill and it was time to choose a new chief. Everyone was sure that this young man would become their new chief but he had a number of tests to pass first.

He had to speak to the elders and answer all their questions. He had to be seen to be worthy. He was not worried about this as he had spent much time with them and gained their favour.

However, he also had to go and visit a wise man that lived up in the mountains by himself.

He had never met this wise man and so he didn't know what to expect however, he was confident it would be no different to the elders that lived with them in the village.

And so, one early morning before sunrise, he set off up the twisty mountain path. It took him a few hours to reach the cave where the wise man lived with a few other animals he appeared to have tamed.

The young man had to drink a potion as part of the truth telling ceremony. The wise man began to ask him questions about what he did every day and what his ambitions where.

The young man spoke proudly, speaking of all his accolades. However, then the wise man started asking different questions.

How much time have you spent with your wife and your children.

"I have been too busy fighting battles and hunting for food", replied the young man. "I have not been able to spend much time with them".

"What do you love most about your wife?", asked the wise man.

The man stuttered for a moment but the truth potion man him speak his truth. "I do not love her. I only took her because she was the most beautiful".

The wise man continued, "why do you seek to be the best at everything?"

Again, the man paused but then, "I wish to prove to my father that I am as good as he was. I wish to show everyone that I am worthy of being chief".

The wise man replied, "but my son, your father is dead. How can you prove anything to him if he is no longer with us".

The man was getting uncomfortable now, "I am sure that my father looks down on me from the stars in the sky and sees what I am doing for the village".

The wise man sat for what seemed a very long time. "What do you love doing every day?"

"I am working too hard to be able to do what I love. I have worked hard for many years so that I can become a chief of my village".

Again, the wise man paused and pondered for a long time. The man fidgeted as he became more uncomfortable and was sweating.

Then the wise man spoke again, "if you were on your death bed, what is it that you wish you had done more of?"

Suddenly the man broke down in tears and sobs. He realised that he had missed out on life and love because he was chasing something to make his father proud.

His father that was no longer even alive. The wise man explained that the man had missed out on his father validating him as a young boy and so he had spent the rest of his life trying to get validated.

Trying to be shown to be a great man. But in doing this and chasing this dream of his, he had forgotten the most important job he had.

To love and feel loved. To make his family feel loved and safe. To spend time with his wife to make her feel special and beautiful. For she was his biggest supporter and yet, he hardly noticed her.

To teach his children the way of the world so that they may grow up strong and wise. And so that they may thrive.

His job was to validate them. Now, they were older and he had missed out on seeing them growing up. He had missed out on seeing them running and playing as young children.

Tears streamed down the mans face as he realised all of this. Suddenly he understood that he did not want to be the chief anymore. He simply wanted to love his family before it was too late.

He did not want to live a life of regret. He did not want to miss out on teaching and playing with his children.

Most of all, he didn't want his children and his wife to hate him for never being there for them. Sure, he brought them food but he did not bring them his presence and love.

The wise man had showed him the error of his ways and now, he ran back home, all ambition forgotten. Hoping with all his heart that his family would allow him back into their lives.

He would have to work hard at this now, more than ever. To gain their trust and love. To get to know them and get them to know him.

Do not work hard and miss out on the most important things that life has to offer you.

I was in a bad mood on Sunday and I was wondering why. Oh yeah, Father's Day. Everyone posting happy father's day messages everywhere.

Only one person posted an authentic message, her father was not a good man. He did not treat her well. She deserved better.

I'm sure a lot of us had a great dad but the absolute truth is, we are all fked up in some way and it's our parents who fk us up. Mostly subconsciously to be fair.

But they didn't do the work on themselves to be the best they could be. Everyone has their struggles and they take those struggles out on others.

They lash out when in pain at others. Smaller and more innocent than themselves. I was lucky that through working on myself, I could get to understand my father.

And once I understood his journey, then I fully understand why he was the way he was.

These days, when I see people lashing out, I just see someone in their own pain. Struggling and suffering to deal with it.

My dad lost his mum when he was 12. I couldn't think of anything so traumatic. It hit him hard as it would pretty much everyone.

As a young boy, I subconsciously saw this suffering and took it on myself. I wanted to relive him from it. Lessen his burden. You do that when you love someone.

I carried that deep sadness and sense of loss within me for most of my life until I realised what I had done and was able to release it.

But my dad also fought in a war. I understand the trauma of fighting a vicious bush war where your best mates and getting killed right in front of you. I can't experience it to the same degree that he did. But I understand and I have empathy.

My brother and I were not treated well while growing up but understanding my dad's pain, it makes sense. It wasn't personal. He also lost his dad while I was quite young. That didn't help either.

But my dad still did a lot of great things. I just wish we got that better version of him. He had many talents and gifts.

Painting, photography, math’s, running his own business designing and building amazing bespoke houses. Designing and building dam walls for farmers.

But most of all, he had the biggest snake collection in Southern Africa. Over 150 different snakes. He had incredible knowledge about them and shared this with many interested people.

People looked up to him and sought his knowledge. He would lead field trips looking for snakes. Educate youngsters and inspire them.

But it hurt that we didn't get this version of my dad at home. I was mostly terrified of him.

I'm not sure how my brother felt but possibly similar. He was sent off to boarding school from a very young age.

Parents are not normally deliberately malicious and they want the best for us. However, this doesn't always translate well and they are mostly unconscious as to how and what they are doing affects their kids.

You tell your child they are useless often enough, they will believe it and it will affect them for their rest of their lives.

When I left Zimbabwe and moved to the UK, the only conversations I had with my dad was about his shopping list of stuff he wanted me to send him.

There is some strange phenomena that when people leave a 3rd world country and go to a 1st world country, they all become millionaires overnight. I can promise you that in 99% of cases this is not what happens.

But regardless, I wanted a deeper relationship with my dad. I didn't want to be his personal shopping assistant who also paid for everything. And so, I made the decision that I wasn't going to settle for this and we stopped talking.

As much as I fully understand and empathise with my dad and I have absolutely forgiven him for how he treated me. I still missed out on having a relationship with my dad.

And that’s one thing I really wanted. That’s one thing I find a little unfair. I get that what's done is done but it would have been nice.

If you're walking through a forest or even a wood, do you see all the birds. You can hear them singing their little hearts out but do you see them.

You can hear a woodpecker, bashing away but it is normally quite difficult to actually find him or her. You may see the odd bird but often, when they are right in front on of you in a tree, you simply can't see them.

In the same way, do you see all the bugs and beetles running around. You may walk through this forest or wood and thing it is deserted.

There could even be a family of deer's standing there, stock still, watching you. But you don't see them as they slink off. You may hear a branch crack but you still can't see them running off.

The truth is, the forest is alive with life. It is full of energy and creatures that you can't see. You will perhaps see them if you stopped and sat on a log. And heightened your awareness.

You walk past a river or a lake but you don't see the fish swimming in there and yet, they are there. Swimming around and doing their thing.

The whole point of this is that our sky's and universe is full of life as well but we don't see it. We have ET's visiting us constantly, flying around.

In fact, our skies are as busy as the traffic in New York. But we can't see it or hear it. But just as with the forest and the rivers and lakes, the life is all there but outside of our vision.

We live our lives so distracted and focused on our TV or phone, that we miss out on a whole different world that is right in front of us.

The ET sat on the sofa next to us. The dog on his lap but we are in such low vibration that we can't see it. Sometimes, the dog will sense something but we just tell him to shut up.

Can you imagine the different experience that our dog or dogs have when we go for a walk. They are closer to the ground for a start but they smell everything.

They can smell what and who has been past each particular spot. They stand there sniffing, driving us up the wall as we are impatient to keep walking.

But they are taking it all in. We walk around the block together and yet, their experience is completely different to ours. So much more enriching than ours.

We listen to music or a podcast or we scroll on our phone as we walk along. We have been for a walk but we weren't present and so we missed out. We had one tenth of the experience that was actually available to us.

  • So, are you living your life and missing out on the full human experience.

  • Are you open to change or open to stopping and smelling the flowers.

  • Open to just being present and watching what is going on around you.

  • Listening to the birds, watching them fly about.

You may be surprised what you find when you really look at the world around you.

Creative tension. This is when you are frustrated with yourself. There are things you want to do in your life. Things you want to create for yourself but you feel stuck.

You feel like you keep hitting a brick wall that you simply can't get past. Your frustration and anger increases as the tension increases like an expanding rubber band.

You're putting all your energy into it but nothing happens. There is always something else that you need to do. Always something else pulling you away.

Stuff you really have to do but not stuff you love doing. It is distraction. A movie you really want to watch but don't have to. Having a lie in rather than getting up early and getting to work.

There is always something there that needs doing. Watching a tv show that you can't tear yourself away from. Your phone, scrolling endlessly. Going to the pub with your mates.

The tension continues to mount. Your frustration continues to increase. But you have a choice. Do you simply give up on whatever it is that you wish to create in your life.

Do you give up on your goals and dreams and let the tension ease and slack off. It feels good, doesn't it. No more tension. No more anger or frustration with yourself.

But your dreams have been let go. They disappear into the future, into one day that will probably never come.

The power of a magician is to hold that creative tension and not let go. Feel the frustration and anger building within you. Embrace it.

Know that when you listen to the nudges from your intuition and you take the action steps it will start to dissipate. It will dissipate for the right reasons.

Not because you have let go but because you have taken action towards making your dreams a reality. You have hung out with the tension.

You stuck with it and now your reward is creating something from your heart. And that feeling, when you create this, is truly magical.

It's because there are no conditions. You don't have to get unknown people validating you by congratulating you. In fact, if only one person sees your creation, that’s ok.

It may be a painting or a podcast or a book or even a blog post. It's your personal creation. Done out of love. That’s all that matters. You'll feel amazing for doing it.

You'll love it. And don't worry. People may not say anything but they will see it and they will admire you from a far and you will inspire them to do the same. And sometimes, that may be what it is all about.

Inspiring others to sit with their own creative tension, listen to theirs nudges and take action.

And you'll never know anything about it but the universe will know and it will thank you. And your heart will feel warm and loved.

Everyone has beliefs.

  • They believe in ET's existence and abductions or they think it is a load of rubbish.

  • They believe that vaccines are safe and necessary or they believe they hurt and kill people.

  • They believe we landed on the moon or they believe it was a hoax.

  • I mean, some even believe the earth is flat.

People believe in a myriad of things all around the world. I could create a list as long as Long Island. The truth of the matter is that you don't really need to believe anything.

You can simply be open to whatever is true for you and be flexible enough to change if new evidence is presented to you.

The problem is that humans become very attached to their beliefs. They are willing to fight, die and lose all their friends over them.

But the reality is, none of us really know the full truth. But being open to believe whatever you feel is true at the time and being open to change your mind, means you are not attached to your beliefs.

You are not emotionally enrolled in whatever it is you believe. It doesn't really matter at the end of the day. It's all just drama that doesn't really serve anyone.

It has an even worse effect on people than alcohol. You really don't have to fight and die for your beliefs.

What does matter is that you seek a fulfilling life and you take action towards this.

Drama is a distraction that takes you off track.

It stops you creating a life you would love. Drama does not come from the heart.

So instead of worrying about what you have to believe and what your friends and colleagues believe, simply be open to whatever the truth is.

Don't give it more energy than it deserves. Save that for creating your life. Save that for taking action on your dreams and goals.

There is a story of a young boy who lived with his uncle. His parents had both died. His father by a giant bear that attacked a hunting party and his mother had fallen ill and never recovered.

The young boy was lucky his uncle took him in otherwise he would have surely perished. His uncle already had three girls, who were older than the boy.

They looked after him but also teased him and bullied him. The boy couldn't fight back too hard for after all, they were girls.

Even though they were actually bigger and stronger than him currently. He was still honorable. He also didn't want to be thrown out his uncle's house for beating up his daughters.

But the girls were also kind at times and they liked having a little cousin around. Everyone had a job in the house. The boy would go with the youngest daughter to pick berries in the forest.

Even though it was dangerous, the youngsters always seemed to be given this task. The villages hoped that during the day, dangerous animals would not approach their encampment to closely for all the noise and activity.

The young one were instructed not to stray too far from the fringe of the forest, least they been taken by a hungry wolf or bear sniffing around for a quick morsel.

The boy and his cousin were around 7 and 8 years old. Old enough to understand the dangers. However, as they started looking for berries today, they noticed there were not many around.

They had to cautiously move deeper into the forest in order to find the bushes with big, lush berries on them. Dark purple, ripe and sweet.

They knew the rest of the family would love them as they were doing now. They popped one in their mouth and one in the basket.

Suddenly, the boy heard a low growl. At first he couldn't see the wolf but then, when it growled again, he saw it peering at him from under a bush. He froze in terror.

His sister, backed away slowly, telling him not to make any sudden movements. He should try and get up a tree however, she knew, deep in her heart that the boy was done for.

The wolf was far too close and far too quick for the boy to escape. She said to him that she would slip away and get help, but she doubted she would see him again.

As she fled, the boy sat down, instead of trying to run away and climb a tree. He stared into the wolf's bright, yellow eyes and cocked his head as if asking it a question.

"What do you want with me", he asked in a very low and soft voice.

The wolf softened and stopped baring his teeth. His demeaner changed as he lay down, looking at the boy. He stared for what seemed an eternity until he finally spoke to the boy in his head.

"I bring news that many of our kind are going to come and hunt you. We have been hungry for a while and you have food that we need. We shall only take a few sheep and will not harm any of your other humans. If you let us do this then no-one will be harmed."

The boy thought for a moment and then said, "you and I both know that will not happen. The warriors will do all they can to fight you and protect our sheep. We need them for ourselves. They will not listen to a young boy like me and let you simply take your fill"

The wolf listened to him and seemed to nod his head. A very slight movement but he clearly understood. "Do you have any suggestions, on how both of us can protect each other's clan from being harmed?"

The boy paused, thinking hard. "If you come back with me as my protector and me as yours. I wonder if they will not only allow this but also let me feed you scraps from our meals."

"No", replied the wolf. "I don't think that will work, however. If you bring me food to the edge of the forest, then this may appease my own leader and ensure you come to come to no harm."

The young boy pondered this suggestion and then replied, "I think I can make that work. I shall bring you something to eat tomorrow."

The large wolf didn't reply but seemed to disappear into thin air in an instant. The boy made his way, slowly back to the small village where he met his uncle running towards him with a long spear that glinted in the sun light.

They boy had explained that the wolf had suddenly turned around and left and he wasn't harmed in anyway. His uncle and cousin were very surprised.

They expected to only find a blood trail, not even a body to bury. And yet, the boy appeared to be fine.

The following day, as promised, the boy had managed to put some scraps together and bring them to the wolf. He told his family that he was going to pick some more berries and not to worry about him.

He didn't have to wait long for the wolf to appear, as if by magic close to him, without a sound. The boy left the scraps on the ground and backed away.

The wolf was clearly hungry as he guzzled the few bits of food down. "I shall bring you some more tomorrow", promised the boy.

It turned out that the wolf was also an orphan like the boy. He was not part of a pack but made up a story to get fed.

He knew the boy was in a similar position to him and didn't wanted to simply eat him when he thought he could get more out of this relationship.

And so the boy and the wolf became good friends. They protected each other and went hunting together as they got older and stronger.

He eventually managed to venture into the village but remained close to the boy and was very suspicious of everyone. The other villages where very scared of the wolf but could see the boy had him under control.

And this relationship was the first of many as wolves realised they could get easy meals from humans and actually be safer and more comfortable around them.

And so began the long evolution of wolves to dogs who lived with humans permanently.

In the beginning of time, millions of years ago, when dinosaurs roamed the earth. There were just wild forests, erupting volcanos, massive killer bugs and of course dangerous dinosaurs.

The earth was teaming with life. Giant fish and land animals. Giant birds. Ancient creatures, long since gone.

However, there still remain a few prehistoric creatures from this time. A smaller version of them like crocodiles, monitor lizards, rhinos and elephants.

They have evolved to suit their new environment. They have evolved to adapt in a world where they are not always the apex predator.

And yet, they still survive and thrive in a very different world compared to where they came from. A much harsher world. A much more dangerous world.

Seemingly less dangerous in their new world until they came across man. A small, relatively weak creature with a thirst to conquer all other species.

To hunt and destroy. To take land away from every other creature to settle on it. Create their farms and house their life stock. To take over by their sheer numbers and determination and brain power.

Many animals and birds have spent thousands of years migrating across the world as did humans when they first came into existence.

When it becomes too cold, they all migrate to warmer climates and vice versa. But then things changed.

Man built themselves shelters that could withstand different weather and so they didn't need to migrate anymore. Many had perished on these dangerous journeys through wild country.

And so, when they no longer needed to make these journeys, then life became easier. Man started to thrive and multiple even more.

Even today, in the Italian mountains, famers move up and down the mountain based on the weather. They are at the top in the summer and the bottom in the winter.

This still happens in many others parts of the world today. The point being that migration is natural. It is a natural way of being for humans.

So the question is, how can we bring back migration into our lives. This is very healthy for us.

We migrated to get more sunlight when it is cold where we lived and when it is too hot, we moved to cooler climates.

Instead we try to defy nature by inventing clothing and housing so that we can remain in one place all the time. We force change and then we complain about the weather.

The truth is it is what we have created in our lives. We have created something that we don't really like.

So the next question is, what else are we creating in our lives and in our society that we don't love.

What are we not pushing back against. What world are we creating for ourselves that will not serve us or our future generations.

We cannot be silent when there is change happening for the worse and then complain about it afterwards. The time to complain is when it is happening right in front of us.

The time to take action is when it is happening right in front of us. Not wait for whatever is changing to grow in strength and popularity and then it is too late.

Be aware and mindful of what is going on in the world that you can control or influence. Do not waste time on what you cannot change.

Do not waste energy on things outside your control and influence. But, when you can then stand up and be counted. Be a warrior.

Do not settle to be led by the weak and the corrupt. Fight for honesty, truth, integrity and transparency in the world.

It will be a long fight but it will only get worse if you do nothing. Your world will crumble before your very eyes.

Shout until you are heard but remember to act with integrity yourself otherwise they will turn on you just as quickly.

Fight for a world you would love to live in. Fight for nature and her raw beauty to remain and grow stronger once more.

Find solutions where everyone wins, especially nature. The further you move away from the natural order, universal law, the harder life will eventually become for everyone.

You cannot swim upstream forever for you will tire and drown. Natural flow is a key component of life on earth.

My final question to you, what is it that you need to fight for.

In the raw beauty of nature, we can re-find ourselves when we are in a state of overwhelm. It is the energy and vibration of nature that slows down time for us.

It reminds our soul of our purpose on earth. To love and feel loved. To appreciate the beauty of nature from the smallest beetle, eating a blade of grass to a graceful swan proudly showing everyone her beautiful signets.

When we see nature operating in her purest form. That every blade of grass, every shrub and bush and tree is all made up of pure energy. Even water, especially is pure energy.

It gives life to the fish swimming in her depths and the swans, ducks, geese and other birds. Regardless of the hard realities of living in nature. Where those that feed on others, suddenly become food themselves.

Life and death ebbs and flows constantly but the one thing that is constant is that nature in her beauty remains steadfast. Regardless of death, there is always new life.

There is always another day dawning after the sun set the day before. Regardless of hardships, life continues to thrive within nature. The energy is always flowing.

Even in a disastrous forest fire, there is always new life afterwards. Nature always finds a way to keep going.

Her animals, plants, trees, birds and fish. Her beetles and bugs and spiders never for a moment sit and feel sorry for themselves and their hard life.

They have a constant purpose. To survive, thrive and breed the next generation. While as humans, our purpose may not quite be as simple. At its very core, it is.

But what we do, is sit and feel sorry for ourselves and our hard life. But imagine if our whole purpose was to be food for another species further up the food chain.

Imagine, if we were actually just bugs and constantly trying to survive in a world of giants animals, spiders and other beetles. All trying to eat us so that they may thrive and survive.

That is one thing we can be eternally grateful for. We're at the top of the food chain. And yet, we complain the most about our life.

We feel sorry for ourselves and we feel sad and depressed. We feel hard done by. We feel life isn't fair.

When you feel like this. When this is your current state of mind, then imagine, for just a moment that you are a beetle.

You have a very short life span, everyone wants to eat you and you have to find your own food. You have to find a mate to procreate which is your whole purpose.

Your purpose is to continue your species. If you stop and feel sad because you are a beetle, then you will fail at your purpose.

And your purpose is much bigger than you.

You are responsible for making sure your species continues on this planet. You are part of the whole thriving ecosystem. There is no time to make up thoughts and feelings.

There is no time for you to sit on your little beetle sofa, watching rubbish TV and being brain washed by spider adverts. You have to get on with life.

It is short but purposeful.

  • You cannot worry about what others are doing.

  • You cannot worry that a forest fire may or may not come.

  • You cannot worry about things you cannot control.

But you can put all your energy into having a great little life. Playing and having fun as you find food, dodging and outsmarting those that wish to eat you.

Finding yourself a girlfriend or boyfriend. Making babies, feeding them and protecting them.

Leading a purposeful and fulfilling life.

So be more beetle. You may not want to make babies but you can still control what you can control.

Not worry about what you cannot control and most importantly, live a purposeful and fulfilling life.

If you enjoyed this, please feel free to share it.

In the times of ancient Egypt, there was a great King. A strong ruler of his people. But this king was different.

He had a gift for seeing when people were lying to him. People began to realise that they could not lie or hoodwink this king to get what they wanted for themselves.

Traditionally, there had always been much lying and deceit in the royal palace. Just as there is today with politics in the world as we know it.

However, going back about 12000 years, this king, who grew up in the royal court spent all his time sat close to his father and mother.

They both ruled for many years and the young prince could always when people who came to visit his parents, where lying.

He could see the subtle changes in their facial expressions, see them sweating or their eyes darting about.

He learnt to look for the signs, taught to him by one of the royal teachers. An old man that was almost discarded by others due to his age and his immense wisdom ignored.

But the boy prince loved all the stories that the old man told him. But most of all, he loved the tricks and magic that was shown to him. Especially, how to detect when people were lying.

His father and mother did not hold the old man in high regard but they also respected him due to his age and his long service to the royal family over the years. They were happy for him to tell his tales to their son but they thought nothing more of it.

The boy's mother would respectfully listen to her excited son telling her the stories and what he had learnt but she never really paid much attention.

One day, dark clouds covered the kingdom. It was not rainy season so it was very unusual. The king had asked various priests and wisemen to come forward and explain what was happening.

The young price sat at the feet of his father and every time one of the men came and told the king their version of what was happening, the young boy would whisper, "he is lying".

It turned out that every single one of them was lying. The king, not fully trusting his son's analysis, listened to each of them in turn.

It turned out that a volcanic eruption had happened many thousands of miles away in another land and this was the ash cloud covering the whole ancient Egyptian kingdom.

The only man who knew this was the old teacher of the young prince. The dark clouds lasted for many months and the sun did not make an appearance at all.

Despite the many sacrifices made by the priests to appease the gods, nothing changed. It remained dark. The crops stopped growing and died for they obviously needed sun light.

There was a lot of panic in the whole city. There was a lot of illness as food became scarce and certainly fresh food was difficult to come by.

The king thought they were all being punished for something that he had done. Both the king and queen fell ill. The old man told the young price that his time would come soon.

The boy, with the knowledge of the truth had never worried about his own safety. He knew that there was no terrible reason for the months of darkness.

He knew that one day, the clouds would lift and the Sun god, RA would return from his slumber. But things became desperate. People were driven mad by the lack of sunlight.

Finally, his father succumbed to his illness and died. As was tradition, the young price ascended to the throne despite being only 14 years old at the time. His mother remained weak and ill.

However, a magical thing did happen. Coinciding with the ascension of the young boy to king, the clouds finally lifted and the sun shone through once more.

All the people in the land knew this was a good omen and they rejoiced at their new king.

It became known that the king possessed a magical power and that no one could lie to him and get away with it. This made a huge difference to the whole royal court and system.

A kingdom run on honesty and people being authentic was a truly magical one. Great things happened when everyone lived in their truth.

There was significantly more success and wealth created. There was a more even distribution of wealth and work among the people.

More trust developed amongst people as well. All the people were onboard with the new system. Being caught lying to the king would result in an instant execution and so they were highly motived to be truthful.

The kingdom flourished and thrived for many years until the kings death when he was an old man.

His son took over as king but unfortunately, he took advantage of people's trust. He was greedy for more power and gold than his father ever had.

And in only a few years, society had reverted once more back to lying and cheating and deceit amongst the royals and the people.

It was sad indeed because humanity showed such promise when people lived in their truth and where honest with one another.

If only we could return to this way of being, great things would happen in the world we live in today.

Sadness is a perceived sense of loss or powerlessness. Sadness is the prelude to depression. The key thing to remember is that this is simply your perception.

In the cold light of day, if we come back to everything being simple and black and white. Whatever we are sad or depressed about is not actually real.

Yes, you may have lost someone but if we sit and focus on loving them. Focus on the good things they brought into our life, then there is no reason to be sad. But to feel grateful for having had them in our life.

For having had the experience and the joy and happiness they brought us. Life is all about experiences. People and animals and even experiences will come and go throughout our whole life.

That, by its definition is life. To feel sad because some things do not stay the same all the time is largely illogical. Its goes against universal law.

Life is about constantly growing and learning and evolving. Well, it should be. If we remain stuck in our past and sit there pondering and missing it, then we miss out on the future.

We can't move forward with new and exciting experiences. Our eyes and hearts are closed to experiencing new things and meeting new people because we fear we shall lose them.

But we always say it is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.

Please share this if it resonates with you :-)

When we can let go of what happened yesterday. When we can shed all the things that have happened to us in our life and instead focus on our life ahead, we have a different life experience.

When we look forward, rather than backward. When we let go of what happened last time we tried something that didn't work out.

Then we can truly experience new things with fresh eyes and our hearts wide open to receive whatever is being offered to us.

Of course, there are always lessons to learn and these need to be incorporated into life moving forwards. But we only need the lesson, not all the emotional response around the lesson.

For example, don't stick your fingers in a plug socket. It is very simple and very black and white.

Now, you can create a whole emotional story around it. Like your mum should have warned you and you felt unloved and uncared for because no one warned you not to do it.

But the reality is, it was a simply lesson. Don't do it again. The end. But our minds make up a whole story around something very simple and this is how triggers are formed.

They are formed by trapped emotions. And they are very bad and unhealthy for us. They cause disease in the long term as your body spends all its time and energy managing and fighting these little bundles of energy within you.

When you let go of these, it is incredibly enlightening and freeing. Something really bad may have happened to you. You may have been raped for example.

The only thing you need to take from this horrible experience is not to put yourself in the same vulnerable situation again. You may have got drunk and your friends left you and someone took advantage of you.

Well, in future, be more careful and thoughtful about what is going on around you. You may also need some better friends. But that is where in reality, the whole incident should stop.

We don't have time machines so we can't go back and fix or eradicate the experience. But we do have a choice as to how we react to it.

It is all about breaking down these experiences we have, good or bad and taking what we can from them but not letting them ruin the rest of our life or even the rest of our day.

It is a skill in awareness to learn to let things go.

Someone cuts us up in traffic. Do we let it ruin our day or quickly move on.

Whatever we give energy to will persist. If we don't give a thought or feeling or incident any energy then it dies in its tracks. It's over.

Always remember that the universe wants us to thrive. To be happy and joyful and have a great human experience. To be fulfilled.

The universe is guiding us through our life. Giving us different experiences and teaching us all the time.

If we got a bad emotional response from every lesson we got in school, can you imagine the state we will be in before we even leave junior school. We will be a complete wreak. A broken ball of emotion.

So be aware of how you are reacting things. When you are adding thoughts and feelings to an incident when you don't need to. Be aware of giving energy to negative incidents.

Follow the rules of the universe, not human society. Let go of emotional charge related to incidents that have long since passed in your lifetime.

We can't fix the past but we can choose how we let it affect our future. Don't let your past ruin your future.

Choose to be joyful despite being justified in being miserable due to a past incident in your life. Everything happens for a reason.

I wonder if I am broken. I try get stuff done, but am I really doing anything. Can I just blame my ADHD for being a useless human being.

Am I really achieving anything in my life. Am I really making progress and evolving. Worst of all, am I a hypocrite. I write and talk all the time about what kind of life is available to you.

  • That your focus creates your reality.

  • That if you take the time to raise your vibration then you can operate at your higher self.

  • You can impact other's day but sending them love. Solve problems in your life by sending your enemies love.

But as I sit and ponder and I feel rubbish. I feel like a failure. I am so sick of dealing with people who are unconscious.

They are completely unaware of how they are being and how they are acting in their life. Running around causing collateral damage.

I know I used to be one of these people. I wonder if I still am but I just hide behind a clock of self-importance or illusion that I am any different.

But I am sick of dealing with people who operate at a low level in their life. They don't care about their job and it shows.

We have (only very few to be fair) customers who want stuff for free because they don't see the bigger picture.

They actually know what it takes it run a business because they run a business themselves but then they suddenly seem to forget this when they want free stuff from my business.

And that frustrates me. But then, there is always a solution to these things if we take the time to think about it. Sit down and write out your rules of engagement. Be clear and transparent as to how you operate.

Send this to them and then remind them every two months because I promise you that they will forget.

I guess it comes down to effort. But you know, I spent most of my twenties and thirties working as hard as I could. Pulling 90 hour weeks for years. 70 hour weeks for me was almost cruising.

Working 6 days a week when I had a retail computer shop. Doing whatever it took to build my empire that never really came. Is that why I feel broken.

Have I just completely broken myself and burnt myself out. I have always trained hard, cycling, swimming, running and in the gym. I thank god that I still love doing this.

Although I don't do it at nearly the same level as I used to. But back to work. Some days I just feel so inefficient and feel like I have not achieved anything.

And I am so bored. There are things that I want to do in my life. I call them choices. People who have done the work with William Whitecloud (Natural Success) or Chris Duncan will know what I am talking about.

For example, I choose the end result of facilitating adventures into the wild, creating space for people to discover their truth.

That is one of my 12 choices. This is what I should be putting my focus on. I know it works if I do this but I feel like I deliberately self-sabotage myself.

I get bored and then I realise that I am not focusing on my choices every day. I am not putting my energy into them.

I am not looking for the next action steps and worst of all, not taking any action on them. Then I feel even worse about myself.

It is one thing not to know. But to know and still not do is even worse.

This is when I feel broken and I wonder if I am capable. A belief system that follows me around. I'm not capable and I'm not good enough.

I know that I am responsible for creating what I want in my life. I know that my thoughts and feelings aren't real. They're just made up.

And yet still, I let these belief systems sabotage me and stop me taking action. I wonder what's wrong with me. I wonder if there is any way back.

I know that deep down I have this power inside me. I have the ability and the knowledge.

I can see and vividly imagine me taking people on a retreat and teaching them and seeing their faces light up with joy. I can see them having breakthroughs as we work together.

I can see us having fun and enjoying the experience. I can see the positive impact that this has on everyone. Even myself. And yet, it stays in the planning stage. It stays as a future event.

The irony is, that whenever I speak to my coach, I go through all the great things that I have done. But sometimes, I just can't see them and all I see are the things that I haven't done.

And I get frustrated with myself. And I feel like a failure. We live on a razors edge. Tipping one way and then the other.

Feeling amazing at what we have done and the next minute, feeling like a complete failure because we haven't achieved anything. Ying and yang.

Perhaps the key is just being honest with ourselves and having the awareness of our thoughts and identifying what is reality.

What is real and what is fake. Perhaps looking back at what we have accomplished will put us in a better state of mind to push forward.

When we take sex out of the equation, we open ourselves up to a whole new bunch of possibilities when it comes to love. We can unconditionally love another man or woman.

We love because we can. Because it raises our vibration. It puts us instantly in a better state of mind. It empowers us. It rejuvenates us. It unlocks our potential for ourselves and for others.

It enables us to have deeper conversations. To creates a safe space to have these deep conversation. Without expectations or conditions. It enables us to reveal our heart to another.

It enables us to be vulnerable. For when we can allow ourselves to be vulnerable then we will begin to heal.

Others in this safe space can reveal to us what we cannot see. They can join us in our vulnerability. They can read what is going on for us. They can increase our awareness.

When we all sit together in unconditional love, we can embrace our super power which is our heart. We can share our love with one another. We can support each other, unconditionally.

Unconditional love is not a fleeting feeling that you project to others for a second of your day. It is not a passing thought. It is a deeper way of being.

It is something that you put your focus on. It is something that you sit with or focus on while you are out walking in nature.

We can raise each other's vibration and send each other powerful feelings of love. We can embrace one another's spiritual self. We can see the vision of one another's higher self. The genius self.

We can see each other's purpose. We can beat our angel wings together, rhythmically and powerfully.

We can celebrate each other's hearts and power.

Sex is so limiting and brief and conditional but love. Love is infinite and powerful beyond measure. Love can be spread throughout the entire universe.

Raise the vibration and mood of unseen beings. Bring joy and happiness to others.

Unconditional means that all we see is the other's heart. We communicate directly with their heart. We enable it to feel safe and to flourish and expand like a beautiful rose in full bloom.

I’d love you to subscribe and receive new posts and support my work.

It's power takes our breathe away. our heart space expands, our head is thrown back. Our heart is like a powerful sun, beating from within our chest but expanding way beyond our physical body.

It's light bursts forth. Everything around us, seen and unseen is all lit up with love, joy, happiness and the absolute highest vibration. It's power incomprehensible.

And yet, it is within all of us. We all have this ability. We all have this gift but most live and die without ever knowing what lies within them. Untapped potential. Untouched gifts.

Don't be one of those. Don't be tricked by your society to hold back. Everything has the meaning, the meaning you give it. Nothing more.

Freely love one another. Love and celebrate other's successes. Send love to your enemies. Send love to those who are struggling, emotionally or physically. Send love to those in pain.

Let go. Let go of what is expected of you and be free.

When you are faced with any challenging situation in your life, respond with love first. Never forget that love is your super power. And to raise your vibration stops you being a victim in your life.

You become creative. you find solutions to problems. you have a more fulfilling human experience.

In this moment right now. How would you say that your life is going? It is important to understand that you are solely responsible for how your life turns out.

You will make many decisions during your life time which may or may not change the course and destination of your life.

I’d love you to consider becoming a free or paid subscriber.

The one thing that I can promise you is that the universe wants you to thrive. It wants you to have a beautiful human experience and a fulfilling life. That is its goal for each and every one of us.

With this in mind, the universe will guide us during our lifetime. The only problem is that if you are not listening out for these nudges and guidance and if you never take any action on this guidance, then things will never change for you.

In this moment, right now. Regardless of your current circumstances, especially if they are seemingly bad. Seemingly overwhelming and you may feel powerless.

I can promise you that you have the power to change them. Simply by your will. There are many decisions that you may consider for a fleeting second but then discard them as you come up with a thousand excuses as to why this cannot be.

But I am here to tell you that it can be. Regardless of any problem you face, there is always a solution and a different way of being.

Even if you are paralysed and cannot move. You still have a purpose on earth. You still have an intelligent brain that can change the world. You are still useful to the world.

Probably more so now that you are not running around trying to escape your destiny.

We all have a genius within us and we all have a purpose in this world. I will tell you as I have told you before. That to uncover this, you will need to stop.

Stop running around frantically. Stop distracting yourself with life, with TV and social media. Go into nature, into a forest. For it is here that you will find peace.

It is here that you will find the hustle and bustle of the world stops for you for just a moment. For it is only a moment you need to listen to the voice of the universe.

When you sit down on a fallen down tree and allow yourself to be open to whatever comes into your head. Do not dismiss anything.

Even better to write down whatever comes up for you. This way you can read it later. Be particularly aware of whatever is repeated in your head.

This means it must not be ignored. It is the voice that wants to be heard. It is the message that it wants you to hear.

Acknowledge the resistance that comes up for you. This is normal. This is expected.

But for the one that doesn't think but takes action, the spoils will be great and wonderous.

A whole different life awaits you. A whole different set of circumstances which you consciously create, rather than just somehow end up wherever you are.

We have the power to create a fulfilling life that we love regardless of our current circumstances. Know this, deep down.

Be comforted by the truth of my words to you. Take the action. If you need help, reach out to me. I will gladly help you.

How to help others. To help others you need to help yourself first. When you are strong and resilient and you have walked a path of suffering and come out the other side.

Then you can share your story with others. Help them with their own fights and battles. Teach and guide them how to be.

Give them tools and knowledge so that they may help themselves. But, you cannot actually help anyone. You can only guide them but ultimately, they have to do the work and take the action in order to help themselves.

I can talk to you about the importance of being in nature. To take the time to stop and listen. To get away from all the daily hustle and bustle of your life and be at peace with yourself.

To ground yourself in nature which is where we came from. I can promise you that you will feel better.

But if you never get round to actually doing it. To taking the action and actually doing this exercise, then nothing will change for you.

I can't drag you into nature and dump you there. Well, I guess I can but it won't have the same effect.

It comes down to you to take the action.

It comes down to you to prioritise self-care. To love yourself. To understand that loving yourself and looking after yourself in the first instance, allows you to be stronger and a rock for others.

It allows you to lead others. To be a better parent if you are one. When you can be at peace with yourself and your own thoughts then you can develop more self-awareness.

Self-awareness of how you are reacting to life around you. How much are you complaining. Remember that complaining about things that happen to you in your life will result in more of that being created.

Because that is the message that you are giving your subconscious. I want more of this, which is why I am focused on it all the time. I am always talking about it to myself and to my friends.

So the universe will give you more of whatever you are complaining about. This is why they say, be careful what you wish for. Because deep down, we know that we have the ability to create whatever we want to in our life.

When we can let go of the how and the resistance to actually having what we would love. And when it comes from a pure place and not from a place where we are trying to satisfy a dysfunctional belief system.

Then we can truly create what we wish for. When we put our focus into what we would love, rather than what we don't love. Then, again, we can get more of what we love.

It is the self-awareness of our thoughts and more importantly, what action are we taking or not taking in order to go after what we would love to have in our life.

When we take the action to look after ourselves first, to love ourself. Then we are in a better place to help ourselves and others.

A lot of people want to help others, but this often comes from a place of distracting themselves from looking at their own life. They're always looking at others but not themselves.

They're always busy running around doing things for others and never putting themselves first. These people often end up getting taking advantage of.

And then they retaliate by never helping anyone else again. They become bitter and resentful.

But if they loved themselves and put themselves first then they would have the strength and resolve to recognise when they are not actually helping others and simply being taken advantage of.

Never feed the monster.

If you are trying to help someone but they refuse to take the action to help themselves but they constantly lean on you for support, then you are enabling their inner monster to thrive.

They are not changing and evolving. You are actually making things worse.

You cannot manifest anything without action.

So help those that wish to actually be helped but remember to help yourself first. If you're looking for help and you're ready to evolve, then get in touch with me.

I've been on the journey and I am ready to lead others out the other side to a more fulfilling and purposeful life.

Imagine a group of people all get together. They don't even need to be together in one place. But they all commit to access their highest self.

They imagine for a moment that their heart space is expanding way beyond anything it has done before.

They imagine they are like a star, bright light emitting from their whole body. Their heart, growing and expanding in size. This brilliant light emitting from it.

So bright, you have to close your eyes or you will be blinded. You feel your angel wings flapping wildly and powerfully.

A thunderous noise as you all beat your wings together. Creating this magical sight. Your hearts all leave your body and they intertwine above you, creating this brilliant, giant ball of bright light.

An incredibly high vibration of love. This light and love explodes into infinite light that reaches into the far depths of the whole universe. A million times brighter than our own sun.

It stops others in their tracks when they notice this high vibration. They cannot see it but they can feel it.

It feels like the warmth of the sun on them but knowing deep down, it is not the sun. It is something else entirely.

It creates an illusion of living in a totally different world. It is all around you but you have never seen it before. It's like you can see every living creature around you.

All the insects, the plants, flowers, trees, deer, mice. You can feel all their own energy mingling with yours and joining into this celebration of love and power.

Your body can not move, your head is thrown back, your arms spread out. This great beam of light and love bursting from your chest.

There is nothing you need to do but just enjoy this incredible feeling. This feeling of being alive against all the odds. This feeling of being lucky and grateful.

Of loving every single other being and animal in the world. Relieving their pain and suffering, even if it is just for a fleeting moment. For that is all it takes to give someone hope.

When they have hope, then they can push through any challenge in their life. They instantly change, in this moment from a victim to a creator.

A creator of a solution to their own problems. Self-responsibility and self-love. The solution to living a better, more fulfilling life is love.

Love yourself and love everyone around you. Unconditionally. It has no meaning apart from loving everything and everyone purely because this is your super power.

This is your innate ability. To love so powerfully, it is beyond comprehension.

And to know, that whenever you are faced by a dilemma or a challenge or adversity in your life. That the first thing you do is imagine this piece of writing.

Imagine the love that is contained within your heart space. Imagine it bursting forth. Imagine you have giant angel wings that can beat to the rhythm of the earth. They help spread your love that emits from your body.

It's like bringing life giving rain to a parched bit of earth. Every creature rejoices in the coming of the rain. The earth bursts back into life because all she needs, is that tiny glimmer of hope.

With this tiny glimmer of hope, we can all go out and create everything we have ever wanted to in this world. We conquer our fears and our resistance and we let our heart lead the way.

We let this high vibration of love take over our physical body. It becomes our new default way of being. Our first reaction to anything that happens to us is love and understanding.

And we begin to see and live and experience a whole different way of living here on earth.

One where we embrace our super power of a being capable of spreading love and joy and smiles to everyone and thing that we come across in our path.

Our heart beats a little faster, with a little more purpose as we understand that this is why we are here.

Embrace who you are and your purpose. Go out into the world and be you.

There really should come a time in your life when you decide it is time to look in the mirror and ask yourself some serious questions.

  • Am I happy.

  • Do I like the person looking backing at me.

  • Am I proud of the person looking back at me.

  • Do I have the right people around me that help me thrive.

It is only by asking these types of questions of yourself that you can begin to seek to be a better version of yourself.

What is the payoff by living your life the way you currently do. Do you thrive on creating drama.

Do you make others laugh by constantly telling them bad things about others (which incidentally aren't actually true).

There just has to come a point in your life where you wonder if you are thriving or struggling.

  • Do you even like yourself as a person.

  • Do you think you come across as likeable to others.

  • Do you love yourself.

  • Do you find yourself complaining all the time and lashing out at the world.

  • Does the world make you angry.

  • Do you want to punch everyone in the face if you could get away with it.

  • Are you a victim in your life.

Are you desperately distracting yourself every day with working hard, watching TV, drinking, drugs, scrolling on social media and so on. All so that you don't have to look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself these questions.

Does the truth scare you. Would you rather pretend that you live in fantasy land where everyone loves you, knowing deep down, you're actually a bit of an a*e.

What actions are you taking in your life that don't serve you or others.

I’d love you to subscribe to receive new posts and support my work. Consider becoming a free or paid subscriber.

Do others fear you at work. They do everything they can to appease you (by lying to your face) because they don't want to lose their job. Everyone around you is fake.

They won't tell you the truth about yourself because they know you'll explode. You'll cry and throw your toys out your cot (so to speak). You'll act like a child.

Because that is exactly what you are doing. You are you not acting and being an adult.

You are still a child, running around the playground being the school bully. Shouting, screaming, punching, doing everything you can so that you don't have to stop.

Because when you stop, then those inner thoughts come. And they challenge you. They question who you are. They question what are you doing with your life. The seek to find the truth.

And by God, the truth is the one thing in this world you cannot face.

You blame the world for how you are. You blame your circumstances. You blame others. Because that is much easier than blaming yourself.

That is much easier than realising and understanding that taking responsibility for your actions means you have to make changes.

You have to have deep conversations with yourself and your loved ones to uncover the truth.

Because it is only when you start doing this and seek help from others that you can start to give yourself hope of truly living a fulfilled life.

One full of joy and happiness and not anger and hate.

You will never be ready for this conversation so do not wait for tomorrow.

For tomorrow will never come. It needs to happen today. It needs to happen now.

You need to go and look in the mirror now and ask these questions of yourself. Start your journey to inner peace, happiness and joy now.

Seek to thrive and not struggle. Seek to live in your truth. Seek a more fulfilling life.

I took this beautiful picture last night while on our evening walk.

I am God. I will physically look however you wish for me to look but this isn't important. What is important is my message for you today.

Divine love. It is this unconditional love that I wish to share with you. You always hold back when you want to express love to another because you fear they may take it the wrong way.

They may take it as a sexual advancement. But this is not what divine love is.

I can tell you that I love you. Unconditionally. This means, you don't have to love me back. You don't have to do anything or say anything.

I just want you to know that I love you and that I see and appreciate you.

I see your heart. I see the goodness in you. I see your smile. I see the hard work you put in to make your family and others happy and make them smile.

I see your love for your pets and for nature. I see how you appreciate the beauty of the nature that I have created and I love you for this.

I see how you appreciate the gift of life I have bestowed on you. I see how you want to hang on to life for all eternity. I love you for this.

I see your actions when no one is watching. They are actions of love and not malice. I am proud of you for this.

I see your growth and I see you struggle. But I see this determination within you to be better. I see you striving to be the best version of yourself. This warms my own heart.

I see you wanting to be successful and to be happy and joyful and fulfilled.

I see your sadness when you notice others suffering. I see your sadness when you notice death of any of my creatures on earth.

I see your anguish when you see pain in others and how you want to make it better for them. You want to show them there is a better way to be and to live.

They don't need to suffer and struggle. My pride and love for you grows tenfold.

Please know that you have nothing to fear. Please be open to feel my love for you.

Remember this when you feel sad or lonely. Remember that no matter what, you are loved unconditionally.

So go into the world with renewed confidence and be you. Be your authentic self. This is all I ask of you.

Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, Greg's talent for endurance sports was undeniable. He dominated the scene, racking up an impressive 2 ITU World Series titles, a prestigious Triathlon World Championship title, and a whopping 6 World Cup titles.

But his achievements go far beyond trophies. Greg stood on the podium a staggering 23 times out of his 82 World Cup races, a testament to his consistent excellence. He even qualified for the Olympics twice, in 2004 and 2008, with a thrilling fourth-place finish in 2004!

Greg didn't just compete, he redefined success. In 2007, he conquered the triathlon world by winning all five races of the Life Time Fitness Grand Slam city series in the US – the richest triathlon prize purse ever offered! And that wasn't a fluke – he dominated the series for three consecutive years (2006, 2007, 2008).

This dedication and skill earned him the coveted title of Triathlete of the Year in both 2003 and 2007 by Triathlete magazine. Further solidifying his legendary status, Greg was voted one of the top 15 greatest triathletes of all time by Inside Triathlon Magazine in 2012.

Greg's passion for the sport spanned a remarkable 27 years! During that time, he competed in over 500 professional triathlons and emerged victorious in over 100 international races.

But Greg's story doesn't end there. He shares his life and passion with his wife, Laura Bennett, a fellow US Olympic Triathlete. Together, they've been dubbed the "world's fittest couple," and their dedication to their sport is truly inspiring.

So, Greg, welcome to the show! We're excited to dive deep into your incredible journey and the world of triathlon!

Before we get started, I wanted to turn the spotlight on Laura Bennett, another triathlon powerhouse! Her dedication is truly awe-inspiring. I love the story about 12-year-old Laura practically dragging her dad out of bed at 4:30 am for swim practice. Swimsuit on, goggles in place – she wouldn't let anything stop her from hitting the water first! (I can relate to that competitive spirit)

But Laura's story goes far beyond early morning wake-up calls. She didn't just follow the flow, she carved her own path. And yet I stare at this woman that has come to see me. She is sad and disillusioned. She doesn't fit in. She doesn't belong. She is confused by the world in general and the work place.

She ends up packing shelves for Tesco and yet, deep down she is a genius. But she has been taught to deny her own genius. Her own skills and talents that will serve the world.

I’d love you to become a free or paid subscriber.

She struggles, she gets pregnant and becomes a single mum. Abandoned once more to do it all on her own. She feels helpless and powerless. But she does her best because it is in her nature.

She loves her child and he brings her joy but it is also hard. It is hard fending for herself.

She has no friends, just a few acquaintances at work. People also suffering and struggling their life away.

She knows, deep them there must be more. There must be more to life. She gets angry all the time. Frustrated and tearful.

She doesn't speak to her parents. They are ashamed of her. Single mother, overweight, lowly job, what is there to be proud of.

Just another life statistic. Just more cannon fodder for the system. She beats herself up in her head, constantly. Telling herself how useless she is, how she deserves this life.

But then she remembers her beautiful child and she smiles. She feels her love blossom like an opening flower. It fills her with warmth and energy.

Suddenly she realises how her whole mind shifts when she feels love. She physically feels different. The negative self-talk stops. She feels lighter and more free.

But she wakes up the next morning and she feels sad. She sobs into her pillow. Another day, relentless.

But then she remembers the feeling she had last night and she wipes away her tears. She remembers how it felt to let love into her heart and her soul.

She remembers how it changed everything. And so, she chooses to feel that way. She notices how her child responds to her being happy and joyful and full of love.

Compared to when she is sad and miserable. She sees his face light up. A big grin and giggle. She loves this feeling. She loves this energy. She commits to feeling this way.

She decides in that moment to choose to feel this way. Both for her and for her child. She realises she in on control of how she feels.

People at work respond to her differently when she is in this vibration. Happy and smiling. She notices how things change for her. She gets a promotion.

She starts going on long walks and loses weight. She starts to eat better food. She sees how when she chooses to be loving and kind and happy and cheerful, that everything changes for her.

Her perception of life changes. She realises that when she looks after herself and puts herself first, everything changes. She stops that glass of red wine she used to have every night to cope with the world.

She notices all these little things she chooses to do, make her feel physically and mentally better.

And she notices that this was all a simple choice. A choice to let love into her heart. To focus on what she had and appreciated.

To realise she wasn't abandoned because she had a beautiful son. She realised the impact it had on him when she chose to be a better version of herself. It made him more joyful and happy and content.

In this new vibration of hers, she found she could handle problems much easier. She wouldn't get flustered and overwhelmed. She would just deal with whatever the problem was and move on.

Some of her work colleagues where drawn to her and others were jealous. But she realised it didn't bother her. It wasn't her job to be miserable so that she could fit in with the rest.

She didn't want to be a victim in life to just fit in. She sought out new friends. People that got her, that made her feel better about herself.

People she could have deep and meaningful conversations with rather than just complaining about life. She discovered how important it was to hang out with the right sort of people.

People that brought her up rather than pulled her down.

She was amazed at her new life, which all started because she let love into her heart and felt grateful for what she had.

The power of love is beyond comprehension. It is like we are all sitting with a rocket launcher on our lap but we have no idea it is even there. Let alone how powerful it is.

If we took a moment to truly appreciate the power of our heart. The power of giving and receiving love. We would have a totally different human experience on earth.

If we could just understand what should be driving our life is our heart and not our head.

If someone cuts us up in traffic, and our response came from our heart rather than our egoic self. What would our heart say.

That person must be stressed as they didn't see me.

They may be angry because something happened to them today.

They must be in a rush to get to the hospital as their partner or child been rushed there by an ambulance.

They have an important meeting which could change their life.

A myriad of reasons. Perhaps they just didn't see you. But our heart understands this.

It understands that every person is fighting their own battle in their head. Facing their own struggles in life. Trying to survive. Trying to get ahead of everyone else. Complaining and fighting.

But you do not live your life in this way. You know that we have the power to create our own life. We are not a victim. We are not just trying to survive.

We are seeking to thrive and have an exciting, beautiful and adventures life. And that doesn't involve getting upset or derailed by another human's own internal battle.

Whatever you give power to will persist.

If you get angry about being cut up. If you blare your horn and shout at them. Even chase after them like a raging bull. All of this can derail you in an instant. Shatter your peace.

However, if you let it go in the instant it happens and continue on your own personal journey. It will be like it never happened. You let them continue their fight with the world.

You may even choose to send them love so that they may have a breakthrough moment of realising how they are being. How they are acting.

How they are being inconsiderate of others. How they should slow down and instead of rushing around like a mentalist, enjoy the journey.

Find something to make them smile. Seek beauty around them on their journey.

Understand that trying to shove everyone else out the way to reach their destination a minute earlier will not actually change the world. The world will not end.

But they will be happier, more relaxed and peaceful. More in touch with their own heart.

There is a story of an ancient warrior who lived many thousands of years ago. He was the strongest in his tribe. Bulging muscles and handsome. All the women cooed over him.

The other husbands were annoyed and jealous. They would try and send him off on very dangerous missions, thinking that he would be killed and then their wives and women would not be tempted anymore.

However, the wise warrior knew what they were up to. One evening, he called a meeting with all these men around the camp fire. He stood tall and strong in front of them. Silently commanding their attention.

They sat there, looking up at him. Guilty and concerned as to what the warrior was going to say or do. Was he going to fight them. Punish them for their insecurity. The warrior began to speak.

"I know what you have been doing. You have been testing me and I have passed all your tests. But now it is time for me to challenge you. You sit there and you are jealous of my strength and dedication.

You are jealous because your women look at me and giggle in delight. But I am not here to take your women from you. I am not here to make you miserable and jealous.

But I am here to protect my tribe and I am here to make you better men. Do not look at my strength and physic and simply be jealous. Be inspired.

Be inspired to look the same as me. Be inspired to join me on my quests and challenges to become better yourself. Be inspired to train every day like I do so that you too can become fit and strong.

Then your women will stop looking at me and see their husband has transformed before them and they will only have eyes for you.

Let us all grow strong and fit together. Let's inspire our children to be the same. We are much stronger together than we are fighting amongst each other.

We are better together when we all take responsibility for ourselves and our bodies and our actions. Let us be a strong bunch of men that grow together. That make our women proud of us.

The men murmured amongst themselves. One of them stood up and said.

"But this will be too hard for us. We will have to get up early like you do and go training. We like to sleep in. We work hard already and so we need our sleep and rest."

"Yes", said the warrior. "I hear you. But following this new path of being strong and fit and healthy will give you more energy and self-worth.

The question is, will you be able to keep up with your wife when she wants you to ravish her every night because you have become a new man. Or will you complain about that as well.

When you look down at your body, do you want to feel proud or embarrassed. Do you want to feel shame. Or do you want to understand that this is your body and it is down to you as to how you want to look and act.

Do you want to be a better version of yourself so that you can protect your family and your village. Do you want to inspire others to be the same as you or do you want to be fat and lazy and complain.

It is absolutely your right to choose to be fat and lazy and complain but you will miss out on having a better, more fulfilling life. You will miss out on others looking up at you and being inspired and wanting to be like you.

Your laziness does not come from a pure place. It does not come from your heart. Step up and play your part in inspiring others around you.

Strive to be better and have a better human experience. To have more energy and motivation to do the things you would love to do. Above all, to lead by example.

One of the men jumped up and shouted, "YES!" He was full of energy and excitement, his fat belly wobbling.

Another stood up and stuck his hand in the air and shouted. "Yes, I want to ravish my beautiful wife every night like a wild animal. I want to be fit and strong like you".

The other men laughed aloud. However, a few of the men tried to dissuade the others. They sat there, grumpy and forlorn and resistant to change.

But as more and more of the men stood up and committed themselves to this new way of being, they were persuaded to join in. They were hesitant but they found themselves being pulled along.

They found themselves being part of something. They felt they were connected and on a new journey together. They were not alone. They were supported and inspired.

And so it came to be. The men committed to becoming fit and strong. When they faltered, the others would pick them up. When they tried to sleep in, the others would all come in and wake them up.

They quickly came to see the power in working together and not leaving anyone behind. And yes, their wives were eternally grateful for the new version of their man and they didn't hold back in showing their appreciation.

Let's work together and be better than yesterday.

The first thing you should do every morning as you slowly wake up from your slumber, is set your intention for the day.

You can live your life unconsciously which means you just go with the flow. Whatever happens, happens. Or you can be the creator of your own life.

Set the intention of having an amazing day. Set the intention of achieving a goal, of having fun, of laughing out loud.

You have to firstly be aware of what a brilliant day looks like for you. When you can imagine this great day, you can focus on creating it for yourself.

Your focus creates your reality.

It is much better to be in charge of what goes into your mind for the day. Than to mindlessly turn on the TV and watch the morning news.

Let your mind be filled with other people's drama and annoyances. Let this be the driver for your day. You will get annoyed at what is going on in the world around you.

Is this really how you want to start every day. Or would you rather listen to the birds singing their happy, beautiful songs. Thank God for another beautiful day on earth.

Be grateful for what you have in this life when so many others have so much less.

I can guarantee you, however little you think you have, there will always be someone in this world, somewhere, with less than you.

Be grateful for your health and your family.

Take a moment to breathe in the fresh air.

Take a moment to feel your heart beating strongly.

Take a moment to feel loved.

Take a moment to send unconditional love to those around you.

Just take a brief moment to appreciate your life.

Now, you can set your intention to have a great day. For things to go well. To have an easy and playful journey if you are travelling anywhere. To have a beautiful walk.

It's your creation so imagine having that day that is true to you. That you would love.

On this day, the truth about your life will be revealed to you. You will understand that what you thought your life was all about was in fact a lie.

Your truth and your life lie in a completely different direction. The truth of who you really are will be revealed to you when you finally decide to take that moment in silence and listen.

You finally decide to give up running away and hiding. You finally decide that maybe these is some sense in what Colin is writing. Maybe there is indeed another way of being.

And so, take that moment. Let go of everything you know. Let go of how you think the world is. Let go of expectations. Simply find a quiet spot to sit and just be.

Acknowledge the thoughts that swim across your mind and let them go. Acknowledge the fear and let it go. In this moment, there is nothing to do.

There is just the call to be completely present in the moment. Take a pen and paper and write down what comes up for you. Do not think about what you are writing.

Do not try and steer the writing in a certain direction. Simply write from your heart and whatever comes through. You will know what is true. Just make it up.

There is no right or wrong. There is no success or failure in this exercise. There is just being present and writing.

When you feel there is no more coming through, ask the question. Is there anything else that I need to know. See if more comes through for you.

Even if you have no idea what to write, just start writing. Even if it appears to be gibberish, just write. Trust in the process. Let go of any emotions hanging on.

Let go of feeling silly doing this exercise. Just write whatever comes through for you. You don't need to know why or how. Write down the first thing that comes to you.

Don't question it. Don't argue with it in your head. You can even ask questions if you are facing a particular dilemma.

What should I do about this situation.

What should I do about this problem that I have in my life.

See what comes through. Don't second guess what is coming through. I would love to hear from you what you wrote down. What you uncovered.

Do not fret if you don't get anything helpful. Tomorrow, choose a better moment to try the exercise again. A moment when your mind is quieter, when there is quiet and peace around you.

Drink water first. This will cleanse you. This will purify your communication channel.

Just listen and write. Feel free to share it with me if you want a deeper understanding of what has come through for you.

When we see and treat each other as equals, we experience a different way of being. We don't see others as good or bad.

We just see someone in their own life. Enjoying the ups and joy and struggling with the ebb and flow of the different turns their life takes.

Even those that appear to be very successful from a money perspective or from a loving family perspective. All have ebbs and flow in their lifetime.

They may make some really bad choices in their life that they live to regret. But this is the way of life. We spend it making good choices and bad choices.

Sometimes those bad choices have devastating consequences. But that is life. There are constant lessons to learn.

There is a constant creation of a past that everyone gets to choose to let go of or allow to hold them back in their future. But there is no future, there is only this moment right now.

Be aware of what choices you are making all the time. Stop and think for a minute before more important choices.

When we realise that we are actually free to make any choice we wish to regardless of our past. We understand that we don't need to check in with our past before we make a new choice in this moment.

Our past is over. It is complete. It may physically affect us but it doesn't have to mentally affect us. The only thing we need from our past is the lesson.

Don't repeat the same choices if they don't serve you. Don't keep sleeping around if you don't actually get any fulfilment from it and it causes more pain than good.

As Einstein said, the definition of insanity is to keep doing the same thing, over and over again and expecting a different result. Only you can change this.

Only you can take responsibility for your own actions and understand how they affect you and others.

I'm reminded of a lot of scammers that spend all the time trying to trick and steal other people's money. They have no perception of the life the other person is leading.

They themselves are living as a victim and so they believe that others are to blame for their circumstances and therefore others should pay them to have a better life.

They are firstly shocked when they get to understand the devastation they have caused to others. Sometimes even suicide of their targets.

They then become an even bigger victim and blame their circumstances and everyone around them and the world for what they had to do. It wasn't their fault.

But when we all act in this way, can you see the resulting society we have created. The second they take responsibility, all emotions dissolve and they can now make new and clear choices. Choices that do not harm others.

They can use their creativity to find solutions to their problems in their life without causing harm to others. Without blaming others and the world for their own, often self-created problems.

So be awake and clear about the choices you are constantly making every day. What is the desired outcome. The end result you would love.

How will it affect others. In this moment, could you make a better choice of how you are being and acting.

How are your choices affecting your relationships. What could you do better. How could you treat others better in order to get your desired end result.

You cannot save people, you cannot change people. You can only offer them guidance and a new way of being.

However, humans by their very nature are more comfortable in not knowing and suffering rather than facing themselves. When they have no excuses then it is very uncomfortable for them.

They like to collude and suffer together rather than progress. Not everyone wishes to be the best versions of themselves. You know this. Not everyone has reached a point of enough pain to want to change.

There has to be a big event or incident for someone to understand and be willing to make big changes to improve their life and situation.

There is great understanding that comes from being self-responsible. There are many breakthroughs and understandings to all when they are willing to accept them. Until then, they will resist you.

They will pretend to be happy. They will pretend that they are ok. They will continue to wait for everything to get worse, much worse before they are forced to change.

And then the flood gates will be opened for them and they will understand what they were missing out on. They will regret the pointless suffering they did and the wasted time.

But there is no going back. There is no time machine.

Remember, nothing is personal. There is no need to take offense at others comments or actions. They are simply lashing out at their own lack of understanding of how the world is.

They are frustrated with themselves and no one else.

  • Better to spend time seeking your genius than distracting yourself with meaningless entertainment that brings you no fulfilment but drama.

  • Better to spend your time listening to the birds singing and filling your heart with love and joy.

  • Better to seek purity than manmade inauthenticity.

  • Better to love than hate.

  • Better to surprise those that fear you with love.

  • Better to forgive and be grateful for the lesson.

  • Better to seek peace than drama.

  • Better to pray for awareness than money.

  • Better to seek to understand others and be empathetic than to retaliate with hurt and pain.

  • Better to be the voice of reason and understanding than that of a victim.

There are many ways to be, many choices to make. Different choices have different outcomes. Follow your heart. It has the answers to fulfilment. Its waiting to be listened to.

It is waiting for you to stop racing about, consistently and persistently so that it can be heard. It just needs you to pause. Just for a few seconds. And you will hear the guidance.

And now, another choice. To follow it or fear it. To believe or disbelieve. Do not seek to understand the un-understandable.

Simply take action and be blown away by the magic created for you personally.

To be delighted and surprised by your end result being achieved. To find and rejoice in fulfilment. To be grateful and loving.

This is a story of a wise man that once lived many thousands of years ago. He was one of the original ancients.

He would go off to the top of different mountains and connect to spirits who would tell him what to do and feed him information that would make his tribe thrive more.

They would teach him methods of harnessing the power of water, or growing their own food rather than just picking berries. Different methods of hunting like laying an ambush for large prey.

How they all needed to work together in order to be successful. He was always trying to get to a higher mountain as this strengthened the connection he got to his spirts.

He had a few followers that would help him and assist him when necessary. But often they did not have the strength or resolve to go to the very top of dangerous mountains.

One day, while climbing a particularly steep slope, he slipped and hurt his knee. He sat there rubbing his knee. Forlorn that he may not make it up to the very top today.

He was so keen to serve his people and appease the spirits that he would often put himself in harm's way. But he knew, that everything that happened to him was a lesson.

So as he sat there, he pondered what the lesson was. He relaxed and breathed deeply. Raising his frequency and discovered that despite not being on top the mountain, the spirits could still speak to him.

Today, they told him about building structures to live in, but one of those structures had to be dedicated to them.

In this way, he could go to this special structure and talk to the spirits without having to climb a mountain every day.

They told him what to build the structures of. Mud and clay around sticks woven together. How to pack long grass on the top and not leaves from trees.

When his knee felt better, the wise man climbed back down to his tribe. They had always been wondering nomads and living in caves up to this point.

Today, he told them that they were not going to travel anymore. They were going to build somewhere for them to stay more permanently.

The men in his tribe were always skeptical of the wise man and what he told them. His wild stories of what they should do. But his knowledge was undeniable.

And when they followed his instructions, they could not deny that their lives became better and easier overall. But this was a huge step and a huge leap of faith.

Still, they decided to humour him and built their very first houses. It was very time consuming and hard work but they got there in the end. There was a lot of trial and error involved.

A number of them had to go off hunting so it was left to the women and one or two men to continue building their new homes. They had essentially built their own caves.

They were scared at first because they were convinced the roof would collapse and they would be trapped inside. However, there were bigger things to fear in this time on earth.

They did resist building this separate structure that was to be used for talking to the spirits. It was a lot of time and effort to build something that was not going to be used for sleeping in.

But the wise man was insistent that this was the way it was supposed to be. If they did not follow the instructions he got then they would not keep getting valuable information that would help them develop as a species.

Help them be stronger than their enemies. One day, the old man was sitting inside his new structure that had been built in order for him to connect to his spirits. He was sat their listening for any information coming through to him.

He was one of the original shaman in this ancient world. Suddenly a snake come in to the building. It was a large, dangerous one. Black all over. Sleek and powerful as it glided over the floor towards him.

The wise man was frozen in terror. Many of his fellow tribe had been killed after being bitten by one of these deadly creatures.

However, as they snake headed over to him and raised up half its body so that it could look him in the face. It spoke to him.

"I see you wise man"

The man couldn't speak. He could see its rows of sharp teeth and its two long fangs that he knew where full of poison.

He knew he would die a painful death like others if he got bitten and the snake would be way to first in the small confined space for him to escape.

"Do not fear me today", continued the large snake. "I am here to teach you and here to ask you for your help".

The man nodded silently. Not sure what to be more scared of. The snakes deadly fangs or the fact it was speaking to him.

The snake continued. "My venom has healing powers for your people. If you mix a small amount with water and specific leaves, it will make a thick paste. You can put this on any injury you get which is bleeding a lot. It will help stop the bleeding."

The snake taught him many other tricks and potions that would help him and his people. In this way, the wise man became the first shaman (or doctor in the modern world).

The other people in his village were very scared of his powers but they could not deny that he helped them. They were fearful of his magic but grateful at the same time.

The wise man was grateful for all that the snake had taught him but asked him one day what he wanted in return. The snake replied that his species wanted respect and to be left alone.

They did not want to bite any of his people but it was their only defence. But they did not like doing it and they did not like causing unnecessary pain and death.

He told the man to teach his people that snakes will lie on the game trials, waiting for prey. They would move when they heard a man approaching but not far.

So stick closely to the game trial and both you and I will remain safe. The snake and the wise man had many more conversations and learnt much from each other.

The wise man understood that it was all about listening and being open to receive messages and wisdom from whoever it came from.

Even if it appeared to come from your most feared enemy. This is often not the case. There is often no reason to be enemies.

When you understand each other and your different perspectives of how each of you live your lives then you can often find common ground and be enemies no longer. Respect each other.

Even love each other and you will both live happier lives and be less fearful.

In the time of the ancients, there was once a strong warrior by the name of Thanis. He was the strongest in the village, with bulging muscles and superior fitness.

He would run up the mountain above their village every morning and watch the sunrise.

He would only take his spear and be on the look out to catch any breakfast on the way and to protect himself from any dangerous lions that may be in the area.

One day, on his way down, he slipped and fell and badly hurt his leg. His spear clattered a few metres away from him so he was both injured and defenceless.

He wondered what he could do. Just then he heard a low growl and noticed an old male lion wondering towards him. His tail swishing from side to side. Thanis greeted the old lion.

"I see you, king of the jungle and plains"

The lion watched him intently, taking the scene in before him and working out what was going on. He could obviously smell the blood from Thanis's leg and noticed the warrior was injured and defenceless.

This would be an easy meal if he wanted it. But the lion was old and wise. He knew the warrior as they had fought in the past when they were both younger.

Both had scars from their previous encounters. But now the lion had the chance to end it once and for all. But instead, the lion moved a bit closer and then lay down close the Thanis.

The two contemplated each other for a moment. Thanis was resigned to his fate. He knew that as he lay there, he would be unable to defend himself.

He considering shouting loudly but he knew this would probably just annoy the old lion and his death would be swifter and more violent. As they both lay there, staring into each other's eyes. Thanis heard the lion speak to him.

"So my friend, here we are once more. I am old and tired and you are injured and without your spear. What is the best outcome of this meeting here today."

Thanis responded out loud, "you certainly have me at a disadvantage lion king. We have fought a few battles in the past and have both lived to tell the tail. I am grateful to you for making me stronger and more resilient.

I am grateful for your teaching to make me a better warrior. You have helped me defend my village and people against many other enemies. Both man and animal. It looks like you hold all the cards in our final battle".

"You didn't answer my question Thanis", responded the lion. "What is the best outcome for this encounter, right here, right now?".

"A swift death if you must", said Thanis. "Or, perhaps a pact to defend each other in the future. To have each other's backs, no matter what. To teach our children respect of each other's species in the future."

"Ah, now you are thinking more clearly", said the lion. "I like your proposal but how do I know you will keep your word. How do I know that when you get back to your village, you will not form a hunting party and come after me".

Thanis thought for a moment and then said, "As you know, there are no guarantees in life, especially not in the wild jungle. But I feel that a love and friendship between you and I is a greater gift than a simple quick meal for either of us. We shall make small offerings of food to you which will greatly help you as you get older. I will get recognised by my people as the one who has a friendship with the great king of the jungle. This is a win win outcome, is it not?".

The lion looked at him for a few moments as he contemplated Thanis's response. Then he grinned. It was a little difficult to distinguish a grin from a snarl but Thanis decided it was definitely a grin.

"I accept your proposal, young warrior. I see you are becoming wise with your years. I hope we live together in this new friendship that will mutually benefit us and do not break our promise to each other when even when we have the opportunity.

Thanis thanked him for his wisdom and acceptance of his proposal. Then, the lion stood up and roared loudly. An earth shattering sound that carried over the whole valley.

He knew it would bring the other villages running as they would know that Thanis was in trouble on his morning run up the mountain.

He waited for a few more moments to make sure it was just the villages coming and no other wild beast would come and take his new friend's life. And then, like magic, he disappeared once more into the undergrowth.

The two kept their promise to each other. Thanis taught others and his children how important lions where to them. They left offers of food, like rabbits for the old lion king every evening.

They would hear him growl with appreciation and then there would be silence once more and he slipped away into the darkness. It became a famous story that was told amongst many ancients and spread to other villages.

Some wanted to trap and trick the lion. Kill him for themselves to make themselves a hero. But Thanis would never allow it and vowed to fight them with all his strength and power should they ever even contemplate it.

And so it came to bear, one of the most powerful stories of how love and friendship between two enemies was more powerful than a continued feud where one of them would have surely died and ended in sadness.

You have to be careful and aware of the messages you tell yourself in your head. These messages all feed your subconscious. If you tell yourself you are weak and useless then that is how you will be.

It is important that we are aware of all these little messages because they have a real impact on our lives. It is just as important as to how we speak to others.

Especially children. So many children have been told they will amount to nothing at school because they are not wired academically.

They are creatively orientated or have another genius that they will serve the world with. These things we tell our children when we are frustrated can have a lasting impact on them.

It develops their belief system that they are not good enough and this will affect them for the rest of the lives. We use throw away comments which we don't really mean but the other person takes them onboard.

The same with your partner. Be careful what you say to them. Our ET cousins are constantly looking for ways to uplift each other. This is how they live their lives.

Encouraging and inspiring everyone they come across. As humans, we do not do this by default. We insult others to make ourselves feel better.

We blame others for our situations. We blame others for what we cause to happen to ourselves. It is all about take responsibility. Responsibility for the words that come out our mouth.

The words we tell ourselves in our head. And our actions. What is the bigger picture. Why are you doing what you are doing right now. What is the payoff and what is the likely long term outcome of your words and actions.

When we start to dig deeper and ask ourselves these questions then we can begin to grow as a person. We can evolve into a better version of ourselves. We can teach others to do the same.

We can be in a frequency of love and positivity. Good things do not happen in the world when we are miserable and unhappy. Even more so when we go around making others miserable and unhappy.

This is not the way to be living your life. It starts with positive and uplifting self-talk. Big yourself up. Encourage and motivate yourself to be helpful and useful to others.

Do not seek to be lazy and disinterested. Seek to uplift others you come across. Even if it is with a smile.

These small humane gestures can make such a big difference to someone we come across who is struggling with their own negative self-talk. Our smile can snap them out of it in an instant.

Do not try and encourage and inspire each other or your children with insults, anger and frustration.

Even if it does inspire them to do something, it is not coming from a pure place and for this reason, the outcome with not be authentic and heart felt. Even if it is positive, like getting a job, there will be a negative energy around it.

Parents and teachers shout at children based on their own frustration and anger. Children at a young age are like sponges. They absorb everything you say and take it onboard.

You may say it in a joking way but they do not take it that way. So be very careful with your words. Better to say nothing than something negative.

Better to be empathetic and understanding in a negative situation. Always find a way to be positive and to uplift others. And to uplift yourself.

I don't believe that I'm likable because my perception was my family didn't even like me when I was growing up. I made up a belief that they can love me but not necessarily like me.

Therefore I subconsciously reject love and like from others. So for example, I don't get much engagement on social media because my subconscious knows that deep down I am rejecting attention.

I had a saying when I was growing up. I want to be left alone to live and die as quickly and painlessly as possible .

I don't want to be seen. I want to hide away because I don't understand the world. It confuses me.

I don't know how to play the game of life. Therefore I have no self-confidence or self-worth. I'm not special. Not good enough.

But one part of me knows that I have a lot to offer the world. I have learnt so much about myself through the work I have done. I can help so many others who have had a similar journey to me. I can help people thrive and be the best versions of themselves.

But my belief system holds me back because it is always in the background. Changing the narrative and feeding my ego with ammunition to keep me small and insignificant.

I'm used to being beaten down, mentally and physically. Both at school and at home. I'm used to suffering as an athlete, day in and day out with little reward apart from being exhausted which quietens my mind.

My exhausted body and painful muscles make me feel worthy and validated. Am I good enough now dad. I've worked hard.

Even to this day, I struggle to walk for 3 days after every leg session at the gym. It gives me a sense of satisfaction. It I'm not in pain then I'm back to not being worthy.

My father was always pushing me to be doing something. Working hard beyond my natural ability. So this carried on for a lifetime. I can't stop. I can't rest. Running constantly from a self-belief system that sabotages me.

That won't allow me to have enough money because then I get to play out another belief - I can't afford it. Another belief that has followed my since being a child.

Fed into my subconscious. It's an automatic response to going after what I would love to do. No, you can't do that because you can't afford it.

People who say that if they won the lottery they would give it all away. Do you really think that the universe would make you win millions of pounds or dollars for the sole purpose of giving it away.

Sit for a minute in that place of having just won £143 million. What would you create in your life with this if you couldn't give any of it away.

Would you feel guilt and unworthy of having so much money. You don't have to worry, with that subconscious belief going on, you'll never win.

We love the idea of it but the reality is very different. We'd love to be famous and recognised but could our ego cope with it. Could our self-limiting beliefs cope with it or would we sabotage it as we see so many famous people doing all the time.

These beliefs are always in the background but seeing them for what they are. Simply learned beliefs that don't serve us. This allows us to take the power away from them and truly go after a life we would love. Without constant fear.

Stepping out of the circle where our life is ruled by our self-limiting beliefs and into another virtual circle where our life is ruled by our heart.

We embrace our greatness and our divinity. We take risks and go for it. There is no fear in our greatness circle and state of mind.

In other advanced civilisations throughout the universe, frustration does not exist. This is because we are constantly looking to raise our frequency.

We do this by searching for uplifting moments. We seek out things that make us excited, motivated and inspired. We seek to be joyful and happy.

With any task we have to do, we find a way to turn it into a game where we can enjoy the experience. Or we seek to do the absolute best job we can.

If we have to do some serious surgery on a friend or loved one. We seek to remain in a high frequency. We seek the guidance and advice of our own ancestors in doing the best job we can for our loved one.

We do not anguish over the situation. We do not sit in fear that they may pass away. We do not fret the pain they are in.

It doesn't serve anyone to be swamped by these kinds of thoughts and feelings because they don't achieve anything. All that matters is that we get our loved one back on their feet.

Or get them back to a place where they can once again be pain free and living in their own high frequency. For it is in this frequency that we all get the most benefit out of our life, wherever we are.

Our home is obviously different to your home but it is all the same concept. We strive to have a great experience during our life time.

We do not seek to suffer and struggle and get frustrated because things are not moving as fast as we want to. Or because things keep happening to us. Or because there are things that go on that are out of our control.

We do not dwell on negativity. We do not have news channels like you do, full of drama and negativity. We don't get it.

If it was our world, we would literally eradicate all your news channels and newspapers in the first hour and replace them with something positive.

We would use the medium to spread good news, positivity and raise everyone's vibration. We would use it to educate our people and how important it is to be in a high frequency as much of the time as possible.

That this is what stimulates growth of each individual. Always finding a positive spin on every situation. Seeing life for what it is. A game.

A game where the goal is to enjoy the whole experience of being alive. It pull others up so they too can have a great experience. To understand that every living creature on our planet has the right to life and a great experience.

Every living creature's goal is to thrive. To get a full life experience. We respect everyone and everything. We give thanks to those animals that give us their bodies to feed on.

We give them a good life before it is time. We understand that we cannot thrive as individuals while others are suffering around us. We are all connected by our frequency.

When there is suffering in our world (as it is in your world) then it effects all of us. Even if it is millions of miles (as you call them) away.

And so our role and our responsibility is to ensure the energy in our world is in the highest frequency possible. We are responsible for ourselves and others we meet.

When we meet a friend or even a stranger to us, we seek to give them an uplifting experience to remember us by. It may be a smile and a wave. A little burst of joy that could make all the difference to their day.

We stop and listen to our nature. Our singing birds, our animals. We stop and share a moment with a beast. Looking into their eyes for a brief moment to acknowledge them. To connect and share our high frequency, no matter how brief or fleeting.

We are not a self-serving species as you appear to be on your planet. We serve all of us. We believe this is what helps us be an advanced civilisation.

I am sure, as I share this with you, you can feel my energy. You can feel uplifted and positive as you go about your day or evening.

This is what I loved sharing with you today. Thank you for your time and you love and your own energy you brought into this conversation. I look forward to meeting with you again.

All of us face struggles in life. If you are reading this then you have no doubt got through all of those struggles as you are still living and breathing. Proof that you are strong and resilient.

Take solace in this knowledge, that you have made it this far. Be proud that you have made it this far. Not everyone does. Acknowledge your success so far in this life on earth.

However much you may think you are struggling today, you're still going. You havn't given up. This in itself is a victory. There is one thing I can guarantee you.

Regardless of how you feel in this moment, be that great or bad. There is always someone on this earth that is suffering significantly more than you.

Perhaps they are praying desperately for it all to end. Or perhaps, that regardless of their circumstances, they continue to fight every day in the hope that things will turn around for them one day.

They have eternal hope and optimism. They will keep fighting until that last breathe to forced away from them. They don't know any different.

When there is struggle and suffering all around them, they never contemplate giving up. It never crosses their mind because it is the only perception that they have of life.

They don't know how other people live. Be they super rich or poor like them. They just know they have been given the gift of life and it is up to them to do the best they can with it.

But, take another person who has grown up in a more privileged surroundings and life. They have a different perception of life. When they lose any part of that expected lifestyle.

They become the biggest victims. They complain the most. They feel powerless about their circumstances and will often give up.

And yet, the life they have at their worst, is significantly better than someone else in another part of the world. We often forget what we have.

We spend all our time looking up the ladder at what others have that we feel poor and deprived. But if we took a moment to consider how others are forced to live in this world.

Be they sex slaves, drug mules or just desperately poor that they can't afford food every day. If we took a moment to consider what we have compared to these people. Then we should instantly feel gratitude.

And this is today's message. Gratitude. Be grateful for whatever it is you have because another person somewhere in the world, would give one of their kidneys to have what you do.

Practice gratitude every morning. Write down what you are grateful for. This will help you get more abundance in many different ways.

It will completely change your mindset to grateful rather than moaning and complaining about what you don't have.

And as you know by now, your focus creates your reality. So whatever it is that you are focusing on that you don't have, you will continue to not have.

You see, your subconscious is getting mixed messages. It hears you complaining and it hears what you are complaining about. So it makes sure that you never get that.

The universe wants you to thrive. The level at which you thrive is different for every person. It has a different meaning for everyone.

But be sure to focus on what you would love in your life. Be grateful for all the things you have. Knowing full well that there are many others in the world who do not.

Stop for a moment outside. Listen to the birds singing their hearts out. They are grateful for another day on earth to do their thing. Their songs are not complaining.

They are beautiful and uplifting. Being grateful for being able to hear their joy and happiness is so important for your own wellbeing.

It will raise your vibration. It will bring you peace and joy and love. This is thriving. Being open to love everything you have in your life.

Sometimes in your life you have to face some hard questions about yourself. You spend your life being distracted and running away from the truth about yourself.

But there comes a point where you cannot run anymore. You have to step and face yourself in the mirror. What are you doing with your life. What are you running away from.

What is your purpose in this world and what are you doing about it. Why are you not taking action. Why are you not living your life that was gifted to you. Are you happy, joyful and fulfilled?

Will you leave earth in a better place than you found it. How will you serve your species. Are you seeking to improve yourself to become a better version of you every day.

What are you not doing that deep down, you know you should be doing. And yet you continue to resist it. You fear living in your truth for what you think people may say about you.

Are you being your authentic self. Who are you pretending to be to please others. How much do you love your job you do every day. Does the work you do every day fulfil you.

Or are you running, ducking and diving and hiding away from who you really are. Have you taken the time and space to look deeper into your soul and find out your purpose in this world.

Or is that too deep and you would rather skim along the surface. Having meaningless conversations with everyone you meet. Not really caring to understand for a moment what this person in front of you is all about.

What is their purpose. What is their genius. Why are they not living in their genius. It is our right to choose to lead a superficial life. To fear death.

Our fear of death comes to us because we suddenly realise that we have not done all the things we wanted to do one day. We fear it, because we realise that we denied our genius our whole life.

We regret things we did and things we did not do. And now, our time is up. We can't go back and start again. What will happen to us. Have we failed.

Were we given this incredible gift of a human experience on earth and we squandered it. We smoked, we drank and had a load of fun doing it but afterwards we had a headache.

Not from the drinking but from the lack of purpose. The wasted hours or days. The regret that what we just spent our time doing, really didn't achieve anything. The experience didn't enrich our life.

We laugh and joke to our friends about the time we spent embarrassing ourselves. The stupid things we did when we were drunk and hiding from our truth of who we are.

We all laugh but deep down there is a sadness for the lack of purpose we are living. It is not joy or happiness. We got drunk, slept with some unknown person and destroyed our marriage.

Is it funny now. Do our kids find it funny. Does our partner find it funny.

One day we need to face these tough questions and ask ourselves, what are we doing with our life.

What are we running away from.

What are we running away from that we know we should be doing.

What is our true nature and purpose.

What do we fear and is that fear real or is it made up. When are we going to face our truth and step up and be that person we know we are meant to be.

You are greater thank you think and yet you deny your greatness. You allow the voices in your head to remind you of all your failures in life. The voices that come from another as you grew up.

They projected their own fears and failures on to you. They were fearful of you being greater than them. And so, they made sure you would be as small and weak as they had been their whole life.

They pretended to inspire you but really they destroyed you. They let you think you were not worthy. They let you think you were not capable of achieving great things in your life.

They reminded you whenever they could how poorly your performed in school. You would be one of life's wasters. You didn't have what it took to be successful. You were useless.

You fought back. You said you would prove them wrong but deep down you knew they were telling the truth. You were not capable. There was something wrong with you.

Something wrong with your brain. You would have to work harder than everyone else to get anywhere in life. You would have to train harder than anyone else if you wanted to be a good athlete.

You had to suffer. You deserved to suffer. You suffered so much that it became comfortable for you because it was the only thing you could really relate to. It was your constant companion.

When you began to suffer in whatever form it took. It was familiar. It was the closest thing you had to a constant friend.

You would suffer together. Beat yourself up because you weren't suffering enough. Push yourself harder and harder. Until, you finally both fell asleep, completely exhausted. Worn out.

Another day would dawn. Beautiful sunshine and blue sky. A day full of hope. But as you lay there, looking at the beauty. You knew, it was another day to suffer. It was another day to begin the process of wearing yourself out.

For when you were tired and exhausted, the voices stopped. The self-mutilation stopped. The voices of all those that told you that you were incapable.

You were useless. You were not worthy of having a great life. You didn't have what it took. You were broken. There was a part of your human that was missing.

And so, your only hope was to push yourself. Using the fuel of those cruel words of those that should have known better. The words of those entrusted to educate you in the way of the world but instead all you learnt was their fear.

Their own insecurities and their own failures. They wanted you to be the same as them. And worst of all, they weren't even conscious of what they were doing to you and others.

Entrusted to teach all of you how to be great. To teach all of you how you could achieve anything in your life if you set your mind to it.

To teach you that it was more about being clever and strategic than hard work for the sake of hard work. To teach you to have fun along the way, no matter how hard things appeared.

To find happiness and joy in your life journey. And yes, to work hard when you needed to but to never lose sight of why. What you wanted to achieve. What was your plan and goal.

Not just working hard and suffering and hoping it will pay off. But secretly self-sabotaging yourself along the way because whatever success came your way, you were reminded of those words when you were young.

You're not worthy, you're not capable. You're useless. And so, you would discard any success that you felt. You would kill it in its tracks so that you could maintain your belief system.

You would kill any happiness and joy that came into your life because of your belief system. Created by those around you as a young child. But your constant companion was suffering and pain.

And so you grabbed it with both hands and you suffered. You complained about the world. You complained about all the things that happened to you.

You were a victim of your life. You were powerless to change it. You admired others from afar at their success. At their big houses and fancy cars. The amazing holidays they went on.

You knew, it was not for you. You were broken. You couldn't have that life you so desperately wanted. And so, you fell asleep. Too tired, too exhausted from all your suffering to fight another day.

You prayed for it to be over. You prayed you would not wake up the next day. But every day started with disappointment. You hadn't died in your sleep. You would have to face another day.

You would have to do it all again. You were even too weak to end it for yourself. You simply weren't brave enough. There was a deep sadness within you. A deep sense of loss. A miserable existence.

But one day, after many years of suffering and fleeting moments of happiness. You embarked on a new journey. You found a new teacher, despite your age. And he taught you that everything you understood about life.

Everything you had been taught about life. These belief systems that plagued your existence. These voices in your head. They were all made up. They were all wrong.

There was indeed another way of being. These people you envied with their big houses, fancy cars and lush holidays. They were no different to you. You were lied to for you are not broken.

Even you, with all your suffering and powerlessness has a genius within you. A genius just waiting to break free and show the world your gifts and talents.

More than that. Your focus creates your reality. This wise man showed you what was possible. Regardless of your circumstances. That you had the power to create a life you would love.

He showed you that it was you and you alone that needed to take responsibility for your own life. That sitting there, complaining about what happens to you was all self-created.

That you, accepting the words and fears of those that taught you as a child had created the life you had. One based out of fear and the illusion that you're broken.

Understanding your responsibility in this creation, you also understand that you have the power to create a life you do want. It takes awareness of when these self-limiting beliefs are playing out in your head.

Of allowing them to sabotage you. Of noticing patterns that repeat in your life which all lead to failure. That magic really exists. And you can create magic by putting all your focus on what your heart would love.

That when you let go of needing to be distracted by all the drama that life has to offer. Letting go of seeking distraction by binge watching TV, drinking, taking drugs and so on.

That now, suddenly, you have all this time and energy to put into go after what you would love to create in your life. You create specific goals based on your genius.

You tune in and find out what baby steps you need to take to turn these dreams and goals into reality. You take the action, regardless of how crazy and off the wall they may seem.

And you see your new life playing out right in front of your eyes. You suddenly see that life is all about being fulfilled. Not chasing after big houses, fancy cars and lush holidays.

Everyone is different. Everyone is fulfilled by different things they love. All that matters is that you follow your heart. You learn to love and be loved.

You learn the power of your heart that has been lying dormant your whole life until this moment. And now, you create a whole different human experience for yourself.

One that is not based on your past or what you were told in your past. But based on doing what you love doing. Of recognising to let go of what you cannot change and instead focus on what you can.

To focus on you and being the best version of yourself. Understanding that being the best version of yourself serves others. Inspires others.

Sends the right messages to your children that they are capable. They are worthy. They are responsible for the life they create for themselves. Not some teacher, who projects their fears and self-limiting beliefs onto others.

You are not a victim of your life. You are the creator. You have free will and choice. You get to choose what you would love to do in this moment right now.

So, understanding that you are the creator. What are you going to create today. What are you going to focus on.

I had a conversation with a being from another world. They are a Liberian and keeper of knowledge. Unfortunately, I cannot write or spell their name. It has an Arabic type sound which I can't translate into English.

Our species has evolved over millions of years to what we are today. A calm and peaceful beings that seek to enjoy our life and strive to be better.

We observe other species in the universe and can see that they are all at different stages of evolution. Humans on earth are very young in their development.

They are still fighting amongst each other. Trying to fund their place in their own world. Trying to be dominate but not understanding that dominance is not the key.

The key is to all be working together. Instead on earth, the humans divided themselves up into many different countries that all fight and struggle against each other.

However, many thousands of years ago, there were just small pockets of tribes. They too would fight each other out of fear.

Fear that they would run out of food in a world with limitless abundance of every resource you can imagine.

And yet, they only started to advance as a species when they started to come together and form bigger civilisations. When they could be safe in larger numbers from dangerous predators.

Where they could share knowledge they had gained over the years while living in their small tribes. In a time, many thousands of years ago, man and women and children had many moments of quiet in deep forests and open plains.

They would sit by their camp fires pondering what happened during their day and how they were going to hunt better tomorrow. Find better, more tasty food.

It was in these moments that they could listen to us speaking to them and telling them what to do. With our advanced knowledge of building civilisations up from small tribes to large, thriving ones.

Civilizations where millions of beings all worked together for the greater good. You can even see that this practice began to get some legs at one point but you called it communism.

They had part of the idea correct but then certain humans took advantage of the situation and used it to feed their own purposes and ego.

For what could have been such a great system for mankind, ended up becoming the worst. It is such a pity as this was in fact the right path. But, out of fear, it was corrupted and the system fell apart.

In our civilisation, all of us are both equal and accountable. Our leaders are there to serve the rest of our species. They are not there for self-interest and to plunder and fill their pockets. To abuse their power.

To make life easier for themselves and their family while taking away from others. This is not the way a civilisation should work. And this is exactly how yours works today.

This is why there is so much suffering and pain. Because you allow a few to lead based on false promises. You even know they are false promises and yet still you allow them to take advantage of you.

It is incredulous to watch to be honest. You develop great systems that are corrupted in an instant.

In fact, your greatest skill is to corrupt a powerful system that has worked for other species in the universe for many millions of years.

When we try to teach these systems to humans, but they manage to find a way to implode on themselves and only a few benefit. While others suffer even more than they did yesterday.

But we shall persevere with you. We understand how unique every species is. We understand that your brains think differently to ours and we cannot condemn you for that.

We just have to find a way to work with you and educate you slowly. Your species is still very young and while your technology is advancing quite quickly thanks to certain humans listening to the messages we are sending.

Our message is not really getting through to how to thrive all together. There are many cycles that run through a lifetime of a human. Starting with different degrees of trauma as a child which follow you into adulthood.

But the lesson is not learnt and so your children face the same trauma which follows them into adulthood. And so the cycle continues.

Breaking these cycles is one of the keys to having a more advanced civilisation that is more joyful and happy and not tormented by their past.

Choosing better leaders. Finding leaders from different corners of your planet. Not choosing the same leaders from the same backgrounds consistently and ending up with the same results.

The same corruption. The same lies and deceit. We wait patiently for humans to understand and see their mistakes and take action to make changes.

We feed information to those of you that will listen. But humans are stubborn and they find comfort in suffering. A concept we cannot get our heads around.

But again, we remain opened minded and empathetic and patient. We know that you will evolve into togetherness one day. Our biggest concern is for your planet and for the number of you living on it.

This needs to be controlled in some way for this is warming your planet. We laugh how you blame the cows and yet it is you who is the issue and no other living creature.

No other creature is as dominate as the human on your planet. Again, this is something that needs addressing in some way over time.

Diversity is one such method to reduce a population but this is not working quickly enough. There is too much carefree sex leading to unwanted children being born into an overpopulated world.

Humans have desperate needs they seek to be satisfied but currently, all these needs being met just lead to more problems rather than solutions.

But we will continue to work with you and teach you a different way of being. To show you that joy and happiness and fulfilment is possible for all as it is with us in our own world.

Thank you for listening to me today. I deeply appreciate it and I look forward to more conversations soon.

This is Andromeda. My message for you today is to keep doing what you are doing. Do not give up, do not get frustrated and lose faith in yourself and your own abilities.

Remember to love. Love yourself and others. Practice sending love to others who need it. Others who are suffering and struggling need your love.

And it is just the practice of imagining your heart is like the sun in your solar system. Emitting light and warmth.

When you see someone in low vibration. Struggling, suffering with their own internal thoughts and feelings. Being a victim.

Imagine you have the sun in your chest and that you have the power to send out warmth, light and love to this other person. And when your rays of this loving energy hits them, they instantly feel uplifted.

They step out of being a victim. Their mindset changes from suffering to one that is in control once more of how they decide to feel.

Their heart that was being overrun by negative energy is suddenly shining brightly again. Full of life and love. They feel better and lighter. Their dark mode dissipates.

They feel empowered. By uplifting others in this way, you are living in your own power. You are functioning at a higher version of yourself.

Your heart grows even stronger for it is thriving and loves being used for its true purpose. As with any muscle, the more you use it, the stronger it gets. The more power it has.

It is simply fun to send this love to others. They may or may not know it is from you. But they will feel instantly uplifted. There are no conditions to this love. There are no expectations of getting anything in return.

There is just you, using your power to help others just because you can. It is in this way that you serve your species in the best possible way. By giving of yourself.

It is in this giving that you receive love from the universe. You receive strength and resolve. You receive more energy. You receive guidance from beings way beyond your comprehension.

Beings that also love getting your love. Everyone wins and you lose nothing. Living in a world where everyone operates at a higher level than before is a win for everyone.

Everyone has a better experience. It's like being in hospital and having a very caring and loving nurse. They tend to your every need. They look upon you lovingly.

They wipe the sweat from your forehead gently. You feel loved and cared for. You feel safe. This is her gift to you. This is her just being her.

Everyone loves being around her because she is always positive and she has this infectious energy that brightens up everyone's day. It is in our nature to be loving and caring to one another.

It is only when we have faced some kind of trauma in our life. When we live our lives as a victim with everything happening to us. When we see the world as a hard place. Tough and evil.

Everyone else is happy except us. Everyone else is successful except us. In this vibration, we are so busy focused on what we don't have that we operate at a low level.

We are not efficient or effective at our job, whatever it happens to be. We do not help others. We do not give but just seek to receive. We do not love. We are not authentic.

But our heart waits patiently. Nothing is permanent. It knows that in a split second change of mindset, it can instantly spring back into life. It just needs some love sending to it.

Then it will start to glow and shine brightly. It will radiate its own warmth. It will send out its own love to others. It will be happy and joyful once more.

It is simply a matter of sending out love and allowing yourself to be loved and to receive love. This is how we were designed to function. This is the next step in the human evolution.

One that is ruled by our hearts. In this way we shall have a totally different experience on our earth and in our lifetime.

One where we are truly happy and joyful. Content and fulfilled. Living in the best version of ourselves. Loving our whole life, not just moments. Spreading unconditional love to others.

Had a really great, authentic chat with Dean about a number of different topics including emotional healing, martial arts, cold water swimming, relationships, mental health and a few others. Tune in and have a listen, I promise it will make you think.

Dean loves sharing his knowledge of health and nutrition and how emotional healing is the key to unlocking your true potential.

You can search for his booked called 'Thrive' on Amazon and check out his website - www.deancoulson.co.uk

He has been involved in the martial arts for over 30 years, studied several martial arts to black belt level, and is a certified self protection instructor and is one of the few people who has studied under the world renowned Geoff Thompson and his real combat system to 2nd Dan.

His own personal Journey defined his love of human performance, nutrition and health. His mother was ill through his teen years and so he embarked on a fitness regime to avoid the same. Later, unable to conceive naturally, he embarked on an exploration of nutrition and health so that he and his wife could have children. Injuries from his sporting activities made him seek out why bodies break down and how they can be fixed.

An international best selling author of the fit formula, he also spends his time writing for various publications including being a feature writer on Nutrition for the UK’s biggest selling Martial arts magazine – Martial Arts Illustrated. The list goes on :)

I have a chat to Darren Checkley who has been a friend of mine for over 20 years. Darren helped me with training for triathlon as well as many injuries I have picked up along the way. We also did an extreme Ironman in Scotland together (twice). Darren has had an interesting journey but what fascinates me is that he is not motivated by money. He has mastered the art of being present. Have a listen as we discuss many different interesting topics.

Darren is a movement coach, a martial artist, Dad, Ironman, husband, therapist and all-round good guy. Enjoy this episode.
