If you’ve experienced any traumatic events in your life, you will have triggers. In this episode, I discuss

-What triggers are
-We should identify our triggers
-The triggers aren’t the issue it’s how we respond
-Always give people a chance to provide clarity to you when communicating
-Triggers doesn’t always have to be a negative thing. It may be trying to warn you or tell you that you’ve outgrown where you are.

If you enjoy this conversation, I’d love and appreciate if you to take a couple of seconds to write a review on my podcast ☺️

God created marriage and it is good but because Satan cannot create anything new he perverts what God has created.

Idolatry is the root of many divorces. God said we aren’t to put anything before Him, that includes marriages or the idea of it. Anything you put before your obedience to God is your idol.

Marriage cannot cute loneliness, insecurities, etc . Only God can satisfy the longings of your soul.

You are not before God when it comes to your spouse

Spiritual fulfillment and intimacy is vital before marrying someone.

In this episode, Twaneika discusses freedom. The world teaches us that freedom is to do what we want when we want without restraint but we have to be careful because the Bible’s view of freedom is cultivating the right wants. Wants that are in alignment with Gods will make us free.

Freedom is required in order to recover. In order to crossover from oppression to freedom begins with 2 steps:

•Acknowledging  that you’re not free
•Write out a description of what freedom is to you.
