Cat Marshall’s posts made me stop and think several times. Cat Marshall, the Intuitive Uplevel Queen who is helping spiritual female entrepreneurs own their worth and show up unapologetic, shared some of her darker moments and experiences as she was going through a hard time. I found those posts inspirational and I was grateful for what she was sharing, because I felt like it was giving me more knowledge should I ever need it. So I wanted to talk to Cat and offer our conversation to more of you there hoping it will inspire you, too.
What You’ll Learn:
Healing changes our relationship with our parents, with our friends, with our family, and it changes the way we show up with strangers, both on a practical and an energetic level. When we do this work, we show up completely differently, and that is where your power lies.
Resources:
With Suzy Ashworth, who is a Quantum Transformation and Embodiment Coach for entrepreneurs, I went through an incredible experience on a retreat we attended together. We were integrating and processing lots of change, and we already knew we were going to be working together the following week to relaunch Suzy's podcast under a completely different brand and with a different message. In this episode, we talk about Suzy’s new show Infinite Receiving, and where that shift has all come from for her.
What You’ll Learn:
The work with Infinite Receiving is important because it starts with the human. You can have the stuff on top, and you can take stuff on top away, but you still have the whole human.
Creating a business where every single person understands the values has been and will continue to always be the biggest challenge.
Resources:
At the Positively Influential live event, I had the pleasure and honour to talk to Lisa Mitchell. Lisa is the founder of The Visionary Collective, and she helps people get clarity on their vision, so they can create organisations and cultures where other people can co-create with them to deliver the shared vision.
What You Will Learn:
The bravest thing we can ever do is show up as ourselves. People want the connection, we just have to serve as a model for them and give them permission through the way we're being.
Resources:
This is a conversation held at my Positively Influential live event with Pete Cohen. Pete is the host of the Future Self Podcast and one of today's most recognisable practitioners of high performance psychology and leadership. He is also well known for his expertise as resident life coach on GMTV. Let’s get to know Pete better.
What You’ll Learn:
As Pete says, look for a future when you don't necessarily see one. Look at life from your perspectives and be curious about it. Because that’s the best way to grow.
Resources mentioned:
Today, I’ll go over some of the modalities that I've been leaning into, why I decided to do that and what the impact has been for me so far.
What You’ll Learn:
I feel like my role is to demonstrate human imperfection as I go through personal growth and transformation, and I love how free these techniques have made me feel.
I'm opening a new mini-mastermind called The Influential Incubator, which is all about looking after you as you grow your business. Find out more and apply at www.annapn.co/Incubator.
Resources:
Today I'm talking about the impact of menopause on me personally and how it then affects business and life. I'd listened to Davina McCall on Steven Bartlett's podcast and I was impressed by the bravery and the courage that she gave in sharing what menopause had done for her as an upbeat public facing woman. So I was inspired to share some experiences from my world and the steps I've taken to improve circumstances for myself.
What You’ll Learn:
75% of women who go through menopause are badly affected by it. If you're a woman, you may need to go and get yourself checked or investigate it. If you are a man, you're going to know someone in your life who's going through it. I want us all to have much happier, easier rides in our life. And the more people who are bringing our attention to something that affects so many people, the better.
Resources:
Today's episode is all about a little adventure I've decided to take myself on. I'm talking about my decision to train as a breathwork facilitator. I’ve also decided that 2023 for me is about coming into a period where I want to delve much more into my own personal development and potentially add strings to my bow for my business.
What You’ll Learn:
Since we are spiritual beings in human bodies, we need to make the most of this instrument that we have, which is our breath. So give your best to find the practices that make you feel more connected to a higher power, and I promise it’s going to be an interesting journey.
Resources:
In September 2022 I joined a group of 40 female entrepreneurs, invited to do some work with Richard Branson around our businesses and making a bigger impact in the world. Richard Branson got very involved with us all, so today I am sharing takeaways from that valuable experience.
What You’ll Learn:
This trip gave me the final push to rebrand and made me realise that I have all I need, I just have to choose which race I am in. And as I said to Richard Branson, you never know whose life you are going to touch.
Resources:
The title of this episode might surprise you. However, the witch wound can affect many of your relationships and friendships, the way you show up in your business and the form of leadership you are stepping into.
What You’ll Learn:
You don't have to stay paralysed by other people's neglect or poor behaviour. It's perfectly safe to go out into the world and find people on the same wavelength as you. Whatever is happening for you has happened so that you recognise your inner power.
If you want to find your tribe, come along to my Positively Influential live event at www.annapn.co/LiveEvent
Resources:
I want to kick the year off by reminding you about one of the best ways you can get through your year: by connecting with your best friend - your inner guidance system. Ignoring your intuition is what can take you painfully off course. So my encouragement to you for 2023 is to find out how you can drop into the space of your intuition.
What You Will Learn:
Intuition isn't just a niggly feeling in your gut. It is every single cell in your body acting like an advanced warning system. The more you can find that space to drop in, the better life is going to be.
Our 28 Day Challenge started yesterday and it runs through the whole of January. You can still join as! Sign up at www.annapn.co/28days
Resources:
Many of you mentioned it was intriguing for you to hear about me coming out of the spiritual closet. I often feel quite uneasy about the language around spirituality, because I grew up in a household where any concept of faith or religion was frowned upon. But the concept of higher power, higher guidance and overall intelligence do make sense for me. So today, I want to run through some of the things that have led me to feeling much more spiritually connected.
What You’ll Learn:
I know that there can be a real fear about stepping into the spiritual space and letting other people know that it is part of you. If you tap into that intuitive, wise part of you right now, ask yourself what it is trying to tell you - what do you need to do to show up in the world and make the difference you're here to make?
Resources:
Whilst we can have a lot of fun at Christmas, it can bring up a lot of stress as well. I want to share with you what I do to make sure I enjoy Christmas rather than getting overly stressed about it as a business owner and as a human being.
What You’ll Learn:
Our business, our life, and our sense of self are so intrinsic to each other. I want us to kickstart the next year in a great positive way together. We are hosting our 28 Days of Business & Self Transformation Challenge. Sign up now at www.annapn.co/28days!
Resources:
How do you know what your priorities are? If you are building an impact driven business, there are probably times where you are putting business first. But sometimes we have to ask ourselves, is that balance of what's important to us reflected in our diaries, in our activities, in our thoughts and actions?
What You’ll Learn:
What are you not prioritising that needs to be your priority? And how can you future proof yourself and your business by getting some processes and support in place now, before a challenge comes up? Look at your diary, put the priorities that you know in your heart first, and make sure you excel when those times crop up.
We're preparing an incredible 2023. For the first 28 days of January we are hosting our 28 Days of Transformation FREE Challenge. If you want to make a difference to how you start 2023, go to www.annapn.co/28days

In my eagerness to get a new rebranded version of my podcast off the ground, I haven't taken the chance to introduce myself properly to those of you who have maybe never listened to me before. This episode is a bit of a formal introduction to who I am, my background, what I'm doing, and what I believe my work is all about.
What You’ll Learn:
If you are curious about my backstory, the best place to find out more is to read or listen to my first book Get Visible at https://annaparkernaples.co.uk/book/
We are still running Influential Audio at https://www.influentialaudio.com with the podcasting courses and the production agency.

If you've been watching my progression through social media, my emails or on this podcast, you will know that I have rebranded my entire business. We now have Influential Audio for the podcasting side, whereas Influential Vision is the higher level of the business. So what is Influential Vision all about and why have I done that?
What You’ll Learn:
I believe that you can change any situation, but sometimes you have to sit in the mud for a little while, which is what I've experienced and shared with you. Now I can step more fully into the vision of what I'm building.
We have our very first Influential Circle in person event in January 2023. Make sure you are on our events list at www.annapn.co/events and let’s develop an environment of change together.
Resources:
Today's episode is about how I went from a crying, miserable, unhealthy mess to being a happy individual, finding the route back to doing something I love, and being a nicer and a more honest version of myself.
What You’ll Learn:
I hope you can find your own journey back to elements of joy. To support you on that journey, I am building a connected community where we’ll regularly have live podcast shows. To find out more about these events and meet other people on the same wavelength as you, who are committed, determined, interested, intrigued and ready to start influencing themselves with positive content, go to www.annapn.co/events
Resources:
Today, on my 45th birthday, I want to highlight how much can change in a year when you need to strip things back. No matter who you are, you can fall, you can crumble, but you can pick yourself up again. Over the last few months, we have rebranded a lot of my business from the Podcast Agency and Anna Parker-Naples Limited to Influential Audio.
I'm going to share today with you the most vulnerable, honest and raw stuff that I've ever shared in my five years of podcasting - what I've learned, who I'm choosing to be and how I'm choosing to show up as I become more and more visible.
What You’ll Learn:
Wake up calls are important and they can come in all shapes and sizes. One of my biggest learnings over the last 18 months was that I've realised that deep connection friendship matters.
And we are planning, with every event that we have, the ability for you to meet other people on the same wavelength. You can find out about our first live event at www.annapn.co/events and get on the waitlist!
Resources:
Welcome to the introductory episode of Positively Influential, the rebrand of my podcast. You are listening to what used to be Entrepreneurs Get Visible. I'm inviting you to follow the journey, the progress, the expansion and the growth of my own work. If you're listening for the very first time today, thank you for tuning in!
What You’ll Learn:
What you're going to find on this show is a very natural, normal, down to earth conversation about important things that affect our lives and our mental wellbeing.
By tuning in to Positive Influential, you can change your mind, and by changing your mind you can change your life.
Resources:
Welcome to what feels like a monumental episode. I've been hosting Entrepreneurs Get Visible for nearly three years. Now we are consciously rebranding and evolving the business and my personal brand. It became clear to me that this podcast needed to evolve with me, to elevate itself and its message so that I can continue to share from the heart and be passionate about my message.
So this is the last episode of this podcast as Entrepreneurs Get Visible. We're going to take a short hiatus so that on the third anniversary of this podcast, we can come back with a bang!
Reach out to me on my personal Instagram https://www.instagram.com/annaparnap/

Resources:
I'm talking today about my decision to begin to separate my personal brand and myself from my business, the reasons why I'm doing that, and what I've done to date in order to pave the way for them being two separate entities.
What You’ll Learn:
I want the business to be much more than me, and to not just be about podcasting. So we've rebranded to Influential Audio, and we are interested in working with people who are passionate about global consciousness.
If you're interested in following me on Instagram, for my audio work, please go to https://www.instagram.com/influentialaudio_/
If you want to see what's coming up next for me that I might not be sharing on this show, check out https://www.instagram.com/annaparnap/. It now represents all of me, my writing and my books that I currently have, the fact that I'm an entrepreneur, and getting me ready for whatever comes next in my life.
Resources:
Have you got a bit bored by your own content? Listen in to find out what you can do about it!
What You’ll Learn:
We can get lost in the need for perfection, and perfectionism is the thief of joy. Move forward and react to intuitive feelings and messages that are coming through for you. If you've started to become a little bit bored of your own content, I believe that there's something bigger going on for you.
Resources:
If you don't want to sell your business, why would you think about building it with the view to sell it?
What You’ll Learn:
The most important thing isn't whether or not you want to sell your business, it's the fact that you can learn to scale your business and uplevel as a business owner. When you start removing yourself from your business, your personal brand is still important, but the business sits on its own.
Resources:
Batch creation is particularly poignant at this time of year, when many people are going off on holiday. But this doesn't just have to be for the summer. This is a great way to think about elevating your status, continuing visibility, and giving yourself room and space to have assets that are valuable for your business without you having to be present all of the time.
What You’ll Learn:
If you're not batch creating yet, start doing that and putting it in your diary, so that is a firm commitment. Visibility is very important, but not at the expense of your health, and not at the expense of you feeling overwhelmed and pressured.
Resources:
I’m joined by Jan Koch, the CEO of Virtual Summit Mastery to talk about using virtual summits to get amazing results for your business. We’re diving into virtual summits in terms of becoming more visible, making connections, building your list, and making people look and think of you as a leader in your field.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
If you seriously want to grow your list and increase your visibility within your field, a virtual summit, if done properly, could be a winner for you and your business.
Resources:
For the second time on this show, my guest is Chris Ducker, an expert business mentor, founder of Youpreneur and Virtual Staff Finder. I recently joined Chris's Roundtable Mastermind, so he joined me this week for a conversation about the takeaways from that event.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
We need to take time to work on our businesses properly, and genuinely spend time looking at the things that truly matter. So get a little down and dirty, roll up the sleeves and look at what is really going on in your business.

The little steps in between a freebie and a high ticket
Having a self-study program is a great way of bottling up your knowledge and selling it
The number one tip for clients' onboarding process
Why clients need to be able to independently move through their own transformation and build their own courses even if you are not near
How we can package up our own personal knowledge that then has a wider impact
There are massive opportunities now for semi-passive, recurring income if you create a course, but not all courses are done well. Make sure that ayour clients are informed and are looked after from the moment they onboard. I'm recording this episode after two days at The Podcast Show in London. In the evening, we were lucky enough to get tickets to see Fearne Cotton's live show of her podcast Happy Place. She was interviewing Sara Cox, who I've grown up listening to. It was more than interesting to watch these very accomplished women have a very frank and open conversation about their own vulnerability.
Today I want to share with you the lightbulb moments that have happened for me as a result of watching and experiencing this intimate live show. I’m inviting you to tune in and think about this as well.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
Why a mismatch between public perception of who you are and what you stand for can be uncomfortable, but will make you more visible
Why letting people see who you are might be a more effective and a more heartfelt way to make a difference for the listeners
How to line up your true self and your brand
How honest are you in your desire to be available and seen by your potential clients?
Wherever you're at right now, know that it's okay. We're perfect just the way we are. And the word perfect is even unnecessary.

I'm speaking from the heart today about what's happened for me as a result of starting this podcast and the lessons that I've learned in the nearly five years that I've been in business.
I've made it very clear through this podcast and through my books what I stand for. As a result of having a strong podcast, and having a strong personal brand, I’ve got a wealth of connection, recommendation, relationship, collaboration and friendship. But it has taken consistency, and a level of boldness and confidence about what I’m doing.
The sooner you realise that everything you're doing in business should be a test, a trial and a learning opportunity, the sooner you are going to be able to adjust, pivot, change and course correct.
I still stand by the fact that being seen and heard is the most critical thing you can do, in terms of your profits, of referrals and recommendations. But crucially underneath that, it's about the level of impact you can have on other people.
This show allows me to bring to you some of my knowledge, my learnings, my mindset issues, woes and challenges in a way that the other parts of my content don’t right now. It also allows me to bring amazing people to you to listen to, because nobody got there at the click of their fingers.

Why we sometimes feel gross about ads
How to use ads in a way that fits your business
What kind of ads you can play with
Approach to messaging through four different messaging buckets
You can do ads in whatever way feels best for you. Of course you should consider best practices as well, but you should grow through ads on autopilot in a way that truly feels aligned and authentic with your vision.

Today we're talking about passive income. Why is passive income important? It allows you to have financial independence, to change your life, to have security beyond the nine to five paycheck and the pension that you might be offered somewhere else.
I'm joined by Cody Berman, the host of the FI Show, who is very passionate about financial independence. Cody has a number of income streams that he wants to help you understand today, as a great and easy way to get started with passive income.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
The benefits of having passive income in your business for the rest of your life
What streams in business you should consider and which one to start with
How much of the marketing for your business you have to do yourself
Things to understand when you begin the journey into creating your product

Once you get passive income streams to exceed your monthly expenses, you have choice to no longer work at that point, which is a powerful concept. When you get the first taste of passive income and realise that you can disconnect your time from your money, it can be life changing and give you so much freedom in the rest of your life.

Today I want to talk to you about something I'm proud of that we've created and why I feel proud.
We've just released to the world the very first official project to come out of Expert Audiobooks, which is a branch of my business. This is a book "Become the Real You" by Donna Elliott & Cheryl Lee who got in touch with me because they know about my audiobook experience.
When you want to elevate your voice, your profile and your message, you want to make sure that you work with people who know what they're doing. Excellent audio quality in an audiobook experience has to be seamless. The amount of energy that you expend is surprising, not just on your throat and your body, but mentally and energetically in order to get yourself inside your own story as an expert author with a unique voice.
If you've just got your expert book in paperback or hardback, it isn't enough. 67% of people who read and consume personal development and business books prefer audio. So if your audiobook isn't there yet or it's done badly, you want to make sure you get it out there and get it done quickly.

In this episode I want to share with you some of the questions that I've asked myself, as I've mapped out what I want my year to look like. This is a follow up process from the previous episode, where I encouraged you to look back at your year.
Questions for Envisioning 2022:
What are you most looking forward to?
What are you yearning for more of, either in the recognition aspect or in a soul and spiritual aspect of yourself? And what does that look like for your business?
What are the habits that are going to improve your wellbeing so that you improve your performance?
How to set goals for business processes?
How would you celebrate your goals?
What do you need to do less of?
What's the most significant thing you want to achieve this year?
How do you want to feel as you flow through this year?
As we go into this new year, I hope that you are taking a few moments to plan what you want to do, to achieve, to be and the way you want your life to be. I would love for 2022 to be a year of flow, ease, joy and abundance for you!

Today I'm going to run through some of the questions I asked myself as part of my year end review. I am sharing them in a desire for you to be able to give yourself a reflection time, take this process and apply it to your own business.
Year End Questions:
What you achieved and what didn't happen?
Which one word represents what you've just been through?
Are you allowing yourself to celebrate or feel deserving of having a moment away to reflect on your business?
What were the biggest challenges that threw you off course this year?
What is it you need to forgive to yourself or other people?
Where did you grow in confidence, knowledge or in expertise?
Where have you stagnated?
Who has supported you?
Who has not supported you and what can you do about it?
Who, that you've seen online or been surrounding yourself with, has inspired you?
What has worked in your business? What has not worked?
What were your biggest lessons?
How was your general wellness?
What were the little things that you enjoyed most on a day to day basis?
We've got to acknowledge the lessons before we apply them. It's important to look at the energy going on in your business and think about whether it is sustainable. I hope you'll go through these questions, and take the time for yourself, because you are the driving force of your business.

Today I want to talk about copycats and undercutting. It's something that I'm seeing more and more in the online space and it makes me deeply uncomfortable. These things have happened to me over the last few years, so I want to discuss what you can do about it.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
Why it's important to gain evidence of someone copying your words
How to make sure that you have your intellectual property sorted
Accepting the responsibility to have legal agreements in place
The line between teaching things you've gathered from other places and things you've harvested by your own knowledge
How to address with someone that what you've got is copyrighted and they are breaking the law
How to respond to someone who goes low and behaves in a way that is demeaning and disrespectful
Remember who you are and what you're capable of. Anyone who's taking your content and reusing it in some way is lacking faith and confidence in themselves. I would encourage you to make sure that you choose to raise your game, find new playgrounds to play and leave the copycats behind.

I'm a big believer that quality is what matters, so today I am talking about all the elements that we're putting out into the world representing us and our business. Everything we do represents us, so let’s talk about how much we are allowing people to see us as a person of quality.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
Questions to ask yourself if you want to give a service of a much higher quality
How you can enable feedback of good quality by having processes in place
Why you need to make sure that clients you serve are presenting themselves as quality as well
What you need to consider if you want to create a proper video and audio content
You are your personal brand, wherever you go and whatever you do. So do reflect on the depth of knowledge, the ease of knowledge, and the communication of your knowledge as they are vital to you coming across as a person of quality within your industry.

Today I'm talking about why I have found retreats incredibly useful to go on, and why I think this is something that you should consider adding to your agenda or wish list for the next year.
When you take yourself out of your business and away from your home environment, with the right kind of like-minded people, it gives you a chance to get a bird's eye view of what's going on for you. It gives you a chance to recalibrate and revise what you're doing in terms of energy and strategy.
When we step outside our own comfort zones to spend time with people that we potentially don't know very well or don't know at all, it is possible to forge quite strong and important relationships. There is a safety in being able to share your challenges and your struggles.
So as we go towards the close of 2021, I would strongly consider finding a way to go on a retreat, because it might just be the thing that you need to give yourself back that energy and recommitment to your business.

How to decide if you will narrate it yourself or get an actor to do it
What the production of an audiobook entails
The impact of powerfully delivered narrated words
If you're one of 83% who doesn't prioritise getting their book in audio format, then you are missing a large portion of your potential audience. Today's episode is about recommitting to finding joy within the work that you do.
What You Will Learn In This Episode:
The difference between hard work and smart work
How you can be smarter in what you're doing
What you need to evaluate and recall in order to find the joy in what you're doing
Why it is necessary to allow yourself time to evaluate what's working and what kind of life you want to build
Evaluating where you want to go next
If you've got a knocking feeling that what you're doing right now is not sustainable, now is the time to reflect on that. I'm a big believer that our lives and our businesses are not indistinguishable. If we are the leader of our business and if we are not finding joy, we are not performing at our best. So start thinking about what you need to recommit to in order to build the business that you want. That allows you to be the greatest expression of who you are in this world.

Allowing yourself the time to process and to rebirth
If you are in that slump right now, maybe it isn't a slump, maybe it's good for you. Maybe it's time to look at how fast you've been trying to go and find other ways to bring joy, adventure and connection into your life. The sooner you allow yourself to breathe, the sooner you’ll become stronger and more able to come back with a different energy and new insights.

In this episode, we are focusing on why it is important to put yourself first.

Today we are talking about the insight that your marketing data hides. Some of you might be wondering what marketing data means, which is exactly why I brought on my friend Natasha Vorompiova. She is absolutely the person who helps you rock those systems. She's the founder of Systems Rock and helps entrepreneurs to measure the results of their marketing.

If some strategy already works for you, just stick with that. Keep the number of things that you're doing in your marketing relatively small, because it's very easy to fall into a trap of you have to be everywhere, and you have to be doing everything. You don’t necessarily need more people to come in, but the right people and the right people will become your best customers.

Today we're talking about finding ways to become a specialist in one unique area.

Advice to people who are scared of narrowing down their niche
It doesn't matter what industry or job you are in, when you are offering something of value, you don't want to be in the middle, because anything in the middle is generic. It's everything to the sides that adds value, and that's where experts and specialists come in. A real specialist is super deep and super narrow in their field.

In this episode, we are getting to the details of why and how you should be using Facebook Ads in your business. This is an area that people are either absolutely nailing, or wasting a lot of time, effort, energy and cash.
I'm joined by Emma Van Heusen, a Facebook ads coach and best-selling author, who has done numerous trainings for myself and my clients inside my masterminds and programs.

What makes the difference between a launch that works, and the one that gets you over the five figure mark

On this podcast, I talk all the time about getting visible. This time there's something even more important and pressing. It's come to my awareness that now, when the world has started to open up, many people are struggling with their mental well being.
Anxiety, panic disorder, negativity, depression, weight gain, body confidence, all of that stuff is rising in our teenagers, and it has been compounded through lockdown. The other thing I see in my parents’ generation, is how scared the older members of the family are, how down and depressed they are, and still fearful about going out. It concerns me that this is now running through the whole of our society.
I coach people how and why to become more visible to improve their businesses, but behind that is my desire to help people learn how to think differently, learn to get support when they need it, and learn to find the people out there that can help them.
If you are at a stage where you know that you can help people with anxiety, mental health, well being, helping them have better routines in their lives, better thought cleanliness in the way that they are behaving and thinking, I urge you to find the ways to get louder. Think about this as your responsibility, as your way to give back, and have much more impact.
If you've been thinking about this, there are two ways that you can have tremendous success in terms of that impact quickly - by launching your own podcast, or by being a guest to get in front of other people to get that message heard.
We do both of those in The Podcast Agency. I invite you to find out about our production and launch packages and our Podcast Booking Boutique at https://thepodcastagency.com/.
Today, we are talking about how you can use Instagram stories to help you with visibility and streamline the process towards making money online. What happens after you go through the confidence barrier
Should you listen to your content after you've created it, or just let it go out into the world?
Why stories are important on Instagram
Why stories and reels engage people in such a different way
How to make sure that the posts are ultra valuable for getting engagement
What kinds of posts don't get any traction, or don't get as much traction as stories
If we don't feel good about getting visible, then we stop ourselves from doing that. You need to get over yourself by finding the problem that can be fixed, and then fix it for your clients.
