How to help someone going through grief:Pray for them and pray that you'll be able to see their specific needs and help them in this time.

Be there.

Love them - even if it means sitting quietly with them in their grief.

Offer practical help. Do they need restaurant gift cards? Could you help with household chores or yard work? Could you babysit for them? Could you walk their dog or pick up some pet food at the store?
