Sarah Hyde is the light operator of the Traveling Light Club in association with the Boulder Light Club along with being the website designer of Boulder Light Club. Here is an excerpt from Sarah’s website describing her creative journey, “The act of creation has aided Sarah Hyde in living and mirroring her belief that deep introspection is necessary in order to release from attachments that prevent us from connecting to our uniqueness. The “un-I-queue” helps us find the key to our soul’s purpose and service work to the world, at large. When we “dive deep” into our own life experiences through inquiry and exploration, we realize that our imperfections make us whole, never the disillusionments of perceived perfection. Hyde was formally educated in photography, graphic design and originally violin trained in the Suzuki method. While her younger days were steeped with rich memories of Southern Illinois and the Philippines, she recently moved from the Mojave desert near Death Valley in California and now splits time between Colorado, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.”

For over 20 years, Chuck Hyde has been a licensed massage therapist practicing in Boulder, Colorado. Through his vibration based massage approach, he saw the need for alternative therapies to help address years of accumulated stress and embodied trauma patterning in clients. This practice led him to awakening a deep level of embodied intelligence that led him to find technologies that aligned with his developed sensitivities. In 2012, Hyde started working with So Sound® Solutions to help create a teaching approach using Acoustic Resonance Therapy boards. This profoundly healing technology effectively facilitates the release of the sympathetic nervous system’s accumulated tension by using specific frequencies of sound, resonating through the human body. These early sound sessions were named, “iRevibe” sessions and started the journey to create Light Club. Six years later, Hyde added the Lucia N°03 light to enhance the effects of the vibration boards and Light Club was born. Hyde is the first practitioner in the United States to combine sound and vibro-acoustic technology with hypnagogic light therapy. Light Club has done over 4,000 sessions and is a pioneer in how light, sound, and vibration affect consciousness and support healing the human body. Today, Hyde is growing the Light Club community and developing new ways to use light and sound to enhance the human experience.
