Pickleball was a small curiosity mostly played by Seniors when Terri Graham and Chris Evon launched the US Open Pickleball Championships in 2016. Seven years later the sport is a phenomenon and there's no question Terri and Chris' decision not only to found the tournament but also to hire guest host Ray Colaiacovo to get the sport on national TV was the biggest spark in the history of the sport's now blazing inferno.
You probably have never heard Terri, Chris or Ray's names before but if you are a Pickleball player or fan of the pro tours you should know who they are... because you likely wouldn't have ever heard of Pickleball without them!!
