Dr. Peggie is a serial entrepreneur and owner of Kingdom Of Pearls. She is a writing and life coach and has successfully assisted several clients to publish books. She is a transformational speaker, educator, spiritual immune system strategist, teacher of teachers, beauty consultant, author of Kingdom Of Pearls: Recovering the Wounded Heart, and co-author of eight best-selling anthologies, and creator of the course, The Spiritual Immune System Under Attack.
She studied at Bonner College, Columbia International University, and Capella University. She is the recipient of the iChange Nations' highest award in Global Leadership and is a global traveler of more than 20 countries. She enjoys reading, writing, teaching, blogging, researching, and spending time with her fabulous grandchildren.
She is a faculty instructor who is passionate about children and families in poverty. She answers the call to serve them locally and globally in the area of education through her non-profit, The Lea Project.
Dr. Peggie is the wife of a pastor, and they reside in Columbia, South Carolina. They are the parents of three sons, three daughters-in-love, five grandchildren, and five grand-dogs.

More things are wrought by prayer than this world dreams of.'' is a favorite quote by a prayer warrior. Prayer, acting, writing, and teaching the Word of God and strategic life skills ignite her passion to serve and inspire others. Traveling to South Africa and Jamaica with a team doing missionary work was a challenging joy to Linda. At an International Women’s Conference in the Bahamas, Linda taught a workshop on prayer and she has led many prayer bootcamps in the City of Detroit.
An attorney, Linda loves the challenge of oral argument in state and federal appellate courts. Linda’s book, “The Courage To Be First,” will be released this summer.
The Deborah Woman of Faith Award was presented to Linda from the Lydia Circle of Christian and Business and Professional Women. She also received an award from the American Business Women’s Association for her service in the community.
Such real-life characters as “Eve” and “Sojourner Truth” have been brought to life by Linda in her love for the arts. A life-long learner, Linda loves to read, to dance, and to empower women to take courageous faith action steps to achieve their dreams.

Dr. Teresa Jeter is the founder of Midwest Women’s Empowerment Summit, a nonprofit organization that inspires and encourages women to live empowered lives by Stirring Up The Gifts Within ©. As Chief Operations Officer for a Black-owned women’s business, she received a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from Ball State University and a doctorate degree in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University. One of her most fulfilling experiences was building houses for first-time homebuyers and handing a single mom the keys to her first home. A sought-after speaker, Dr. Jeter has been the recipient of many honors, including a governor’s appointment to the Indiana Commission for Women and recognition as a Distinguished Hoosier for Public Service and Contributions to her Community. She is the mother of one daughter, Talia Jeter. Kathryn Washington is the creator and host of SOS-Strategies Of Success podcast, where she examines mental health, wealth and mindset strategies that lead to empowering transformation, healing and wellness.
Kathryn is passionate about science, and uses it to improve the lives of those around her. By combining this passion with her expertise as an Army veteran, a public health professional and consultant, she advocates for and works with underserved communities through grassroots efforts.

Monica Crowell is an author and entrepreneur who currently resides in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The Southwestern Ohio native attended The Ohio State University and Bryant and Stratton College where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and an Associates of Science degree in Information Technology respectively. Her love of reading and her creativity was cultivated when she began hanging out at the library with her mother when she was young. Tam Smith is a serial entrepreneur, author, and through life’s experiences, a mentor who advocates for personal growth. Ms. Jamie J. Brown lives in two distinct worlds as she is hard-of-hearing. She is an amazing individual born to bridge the gap of communication with over 30 years of experience in various capacities within the deaf and hard-of-hearing community. She is passionate about helping the deaf and the hearing experience greatness within themselves by sharing tools and strategies to help them overcome adversity, build self-confidence, and achieve their goals. She is bilingual in English and American Sign Language. She mentors students to become confident, competent and effective communicators through interpreting within the deaf community.
Ms. Brown is the CEO/Founder of JBEMPOWERS COACHING & CONSULTING. She is also a Certified Professional Life Coach, Consultant, Author, Speaker, Deaf Interpreter and Encourager. She is the first deaf student to graduate from the International Coaching and Leadership Institute. She is an active member of several national and local organizations that have global impact, such as National Black Deaf Advocates, and the National Association of the Deaf. Ms. Brown’s ultimate goal is to continue to serve as a passionate advocate by bridging the gap between the deaf and the hearing worlds through faith, empowerment, awareness, education, and encouragement.

Saprina Allen is an active advocate in the communities she is part of. She works on and promotes causes as varied as home ownership, veteran’s issues, corporate responsibility and women’s issues affecting society.
Saprina is known for her work on home mortgages and advocating for the homeowner. “Every home has a heartbeat” is a mantra that she reminds the companies she consults with to engage their sense of accountability to the people they are working with, in turn. Her work in the mortgage note industry has garnered accolades and attention industry-wide, including “Top 100 People in Finance” and leadership awards from Note Summit, among others. Saprina gets more satisfaction through her outreach work, noting that she sits on the Alliance YMCA board. She is especially proud of her “How Dirty is Your Dress” series of conferences and through her work with helping the mental health of veterans.
A recent project has been collaborating with house flipping expert Vance Smith. Together, they create a better process for real estate investors to realize gains in their industry by flipping houses for a profit. They also help the home owners purchasing the real estate to have better experiences and be better financially grounded in their purchases.
