On today's episode, we meet Emmett Teter, a transman living in Rhode Island, who shares his story and journey with us, that led him to where he is today. Emmett Teter began life in the small country town of Spring Grove, Pennsylvania. After moving to Providence, Rhode Island to attend Johnson & Wales in 2012 he fell in love with the quaint charm, rich history, and inclusiveness that Rhode Island has to offer and has been here ever since. He comes from a background of 8 years in digital media and brings his eye for photography, skills in online marketing, and genuine passion for his fellow humans with him when working with clients.
His degree in Graphic Design & Digital Media along with his concentration in videography gives him unique insights into how to market to a target audience and convey the right story; as well as an excellent eye for details. Emmett entered the Real Estate world in order to help people thrive. As an outgoing person who loves celebrating the wins in life, Emmett shines when those around him shine. Whether it’s breaking down the home buying/selling experience to new clients or helping a long-term client with a new goal - his purpose has always been to put his clients first and achieve their goals together. Emmett Teter lives in Pawtucket, Rhode Island with his wife, two cats, and a pitbull mix - Ruby. Emmett is super active in the rock climbing community and when he’s not working or on a rock wall you can usually find him out in nature.
If you are looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate in Rhode Island or Massachusetts...or you are looking to be connected with an LGBTQIA+ friendly real estate professional somewhere else in the US, reach out to Emmett at emmettteter@kw.com
