Thando and his business gained popularity when in February 2022, South Africa's President Cyril Ramaphosa mentioned him in his State of the Nation Address. Khuliswa Mazizi, the owner and operator of Kusta's Kitchen. She left her job in procurement at the South Africa Bureau of Standards to manufacture and bottle sauce, as she had noticed how much of a difference sauce could make on a meal and how you enjoy it.

As has become the custom on the show, Amanda starts by checking with with you, the audience, the community, the business owners. She gives an update of the work being done in her own business which is currently developing a digital platform for small businesses called Mkhosi. Amanda details the challenges and frustrations that she has faced in getting Mkhosi off the group, encouraging business owners to embrace the lessons that come from adversity in business. Zooming in on the work that business owner typically do on a daily basis, Amanda asks "What are you busy with?" She says busyness sometimes hides a great deal of disorder that can actually hold back progress in a business.

The focus then shifts to the Business Model Canvas, where Amanda explains the correct way in which tasks and assignments should be done. This is not immediately obvious when looking at the model but having gone through it, the full picture does start to make sense.

Through the episode, Amanda highlights the value of pressure and how to avoid the chronic stress of business that leads to sickness or complications in some.
