Warmer months are upon us which means it’s time to take a different approach to skincare! I recently visited Anastacia Schwenk, the owner and founder of Anastacia Skincare Studio located in the 8th Ave South neighborhood in Nashville. Anastacia began her journey owning a mobile spray tanning business called Tanastacia. She then went on to open a skincare studio with additional services like micro-pigmentation, facials, lash extensions, collagen treatments, waxing and more! In my latest podcast episode, Anastacia and I talk about finding the perfect moisturizer, vintage shopping on a budget and interior design! I adore her eclectic and modern studio space and I can't wait for you to meet her!

Just recently I spent some time with Khahil Davis and his wife Whitney, the owners of Porter Road's newest occupant, The Terminal Café, a travel-inspired coffee shop and diner in East Nashville. Khalil has worked in the food business for quite a while and wanted to establish a business that gave customers a home away from home and the daily stop to and from work!
