Welcome to the "Well, That's Life!" podcast. Life is ever-changing and dynamic and oftentimes we just let things pass us by. On this podcast, we keep it real, engaging, and faith-based. I hope this podcast will be a blessing and that it will inspire you to find the life lessons in your own experiences.
In this episode, I get vulnerable about my mental health struggles and how those have impacted my life recently. I hope that my story can help you feel less alone and prompt you to get the help you need. Trust me, it’s worth it to pursue wellness.
Today I burned some brownies and now I'm telling you about how that experience led me to releasing this episode. This short episode might just be the inspiration you need today.

Sometimes in life we face things that scare us and it's easy to run away. In today's episode, I challenge you to move forward and do things despite your fear. Oftentimes, the growth we need is on the other side of that fear.
I hope hearing my experiences of doing things afraid will give you the courage to also do things afraid.

Ever tried to make a sandwich without bread? Probably didn't work out so well for you. Ever tried to handle everything in your life without first taking care of yourself? Yeah, probably also didn't work out so well for you.
In this episode, I explore a funny story that happened to me and the life lesson it taught me about self-care. This topic of self-care will never get old for me. I feel like we need constant reminders about it, so here is your monthly reminder to take care of yourself!
If you're listening on Spotify, please take a moment to answer the Q&A. I would love to hear about the ways my followers practice self-care.

After 3 months, I'm back with a new episode! In this episode I talk about how I struggled to maintain my podcasting schedule and that inevitably lead me to falling off for 3 months. But, after reevaluating and adjusting my goals, I'm back and hope to be more consistent with my efforts.
Sometimes in life we quit something because we feel like that's the easy way out. But, what if instead of quitting all the time, we allowed ourselves the space to adjust and move forward in a more sustainable way? I hope this episode will encourage someone out there who is on the verge of giving up or who might have already given up on their goals. It's not too late to adjust and it's not too late to start again.

In this episode, I tell a minorly tragic story of a time when beans spilled in the back of my car and the lesson I learned from that. Just a warning, it's never a good idea to leave spilled beans in your car on a hot day. Join me for this fun storytime with a good lesson at the end!

In this episode, I talk about a "simple" concept that has been life-changing for me--the concept of looking out for my future self. This concept has helped me avoid so much stress, anxiety, and hassle over the past several years. I hope it can do the same for you too.

In this episode I talk about how I've learned to speak up for myself, my wants, and my needs. I have always struggled to advocate for myself, but over time I've found my voice. It's important for us to all learn how to speak up for ourselves because sometimes you'll be the only one on your side.

In this episode, I share a couple of little stories about some mistakes I've made and the lessons I've learned about mistakes. Making mistakes doesn't always feel great, but we can learn some powerful lessons from them if we're open to it.
In this episode I talk about what I learned through my experience of being sick this week. Sometimes we feel like we have to be strong all the time, but it's ok to feel down or feel your emotions sometimes. And it's ok to ask for help when you need it. I hope this episode sets some people free from the pressure of always having to be "strong" all the time.
