Edwin Musiime  is a Ugandan media personality, entrepreneur, preacher and author. He is known for hosting Good Morning Uganda on Uganda Broadcasting Corporation TV and The Property Show on NTV Uganda.

Edwin  is the chairman of the Crest Group Ltd, an investment firm and the founder of Transformation City Ministries in Uganda that has affiliations with Transformation City Church, in Australia.

Edwin took on the topic "The Magic of Personal Branding" at the Rotaract Club of Kampala City on 10th August 2021.

This meaningful fellowship was held at the Rotary Club of Kampala Maisha on the 28th July 2021 when they hosted Mr. Gerald Paul Kasaato.

Mr. Gerald Paul Kasaato is the Chief Investment Officer of the National Social Security Fund (NSSF), a mandatory retirement savings scheme in Uganda with assets under management of approximately $USD 3.8 Billion. Gerald has been the Chief Investment Officer of NSSF since January 2015, having previously been the Equities Portfolio Manager. Gerald is also a Director at Yield Fund Uganda a 20-million-euro private equity fund that focuses on agriculture, and Serena Hotel (Tourism Protection Services) Uganda Limited. Gerald previously worked for National Housing and Construction Company Limited (Uganda) as Finance and Investment Manager and National Insurance Company Limited as Manager Investments and Treasury. He holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors (Bsc. Hons) in Accounting from Oxford Brookes University (UK), an MBA in Finance from the University of Exeter (UK), an Msc. in International Finance and Investment from London South Bank University (UK)-with Distinction and an alumnus of Harvard Business School. Gerald is a CFA Charter holder, a Chartered Accountant (UK), a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI) UK, and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU).

About the Guest Speaker:

Hon. Dr. Elly Karuhanga (Ph. D.) is a founding partner of Kampala Associated Advocates.

He is also the Founder President and Chairman, Governing Council, Uganda, Centre for Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (CADER) formed in 1998. 

Hon. Elly also served as President and Director of Tullow Uganda Operations Pty Ltd. from 2006 to 2014 and was also the Senior Advisor, Africa, for Tullow Oil.

Hon. Elly has been the Chairman of Uganda Chamber of Mines & Petroleum, an organization that seeks to promote and develop Uganda’s mining and petroleum operations and services, since 2008 to date.

Since 2001, he has served as Chairman and Member of many Boards of companies, such as DFCU Bank, Nile Breweries (SABMiller), Mweya Safari Lodge, Paraa Safari Lodge, Chobe Safari Lodge and Silver Back Lodge.

He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors for AON insurance brokers, Rwenzori water, and British American Tobacco.

Hon. Karuhanga has been a Parliamentarian representing Nyabushozi County between 1989 to 2001. He also served as Chairman of the Presidential and Foreign Affairs Committee.

He served as a Member of Parliament for In Parliament he served as an elected delegate on the Constitutional Assembly that promulgated the 1995 Uganda Constitution.
