I interview my good friend Isaia who's parents are Tongan and Mexican and was raised in the U.S.A. We discuss what his Polynesian identity meant to him growing up with no other Polynesians in his community and concerns for the mental health of the Tongan community both in the U.S.A. as well as in the islands of Tonga.
