Walking away from something God is asking you to walk away from can be really hard, but it will always be worth it. I pray that whatever God is asking you to step away from that you do it and are rewarded for it.
I'm sad that this is my last episode, but I know God wants to move in my heart and cleanse me of some things and I need that right now.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me in this journey. Your words, thoughts, and prayers mean more to me that you'll ever know!

I'm going to be talking about all the topics that churches shy away from because I feel that these conversations are needed more than ever right now. Do you truly understand Gods love? I know for the longest time I didn't. I compared the love of man to the love of God and allowed the toxic loves I've experienced in life to taint that way I believe God loves me. Gods love is a healthy love. A pure and holy love. A love that will never fail. In this episode I talk about the revelation God gave me about His love. Love...let's talk about it!

What in your life do you feel like you can't escape from? What have you prayed for God to remove or change and he replied with a simple "no." I know that's a lot of different things for me and in my past I used to think because of them I was weak. I would hide and not admit to things I was struggling until I came across 2 corinthians 12:9. Jesus said to Paul, "My grace is sufficient for you, my power is made perfect in weakness." And Paul said, "therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weakness, so that Christ's power may rest on me." Paul said he would GLADLY boast about his weakness...and ever since then little by little I gave those "thorns" that have been in my side over to God, accepted them, learned how to truly love them, and show even them off. Embracing Your Thorn...let's talk about it!
We will all encounter different storms in life, but what is your faith like when walking through them? Do you worry, panic, begin to doubt, or like Peter, do you sleep? I have been all over the place with my faith and how much it waivers in certain situations, but once Jesus gave me this super natural strength to withstand any storm that comes my way I have never been the same, and he can do it for you too. Sleeping through the storm...let's talk about it!
Have you ever been passionate about something, but hesitant to try? Whether it's out of fear or failure, the unknown, judgement, or maybe thinking that this isn't what God wants for you! Where does the seed, the word for God, fall for you? The footpath, rocky ground, amongst thrones, or in good soil? I know for me I struggle with setting my seed into good soil. There are things are that I know God can do...but don't always believe He will do it for me. And I know I'm not alone. Sex is something that to me is not talked about enough in church. All I knew growing up was "don't have sex before marriage, or you're going to hell" and that wasn't enough for me. I wish I had someone walk me through scripture and show/explain to me why we should wait. In this episode I share my personal journey with sexual sin, what the Bible says about sex, and even the science behind it. Sex needs to be a topic that we should all be comfortable talking about so...let's talk about it!
Is forgiveness something you struggle with? I know for me personally it was. These past 6 months God has moved the most in this area of my life. Uprooting things so deep inside me that I didn't even know were there. Forgiveness isn't something that I could ever do on my own. I tried for 15+ years. It wasn't until I opened my heart and truly allowed God to come in and help me. It wasn't an easy fix. It wasn't a quick fix. I had to do and think about things I didn't want to do or think about. But it was all so worth it. I pray that sharing a little bit about my journey to forgive those who hurt me will help and encourage you to do the same. Forgiveness...let's talk about it!

We can sometimes view singleness as a bad thing. I know for me I used to be embarrassed telling people I was single, especailly if it's been a long time. What I have discovered these past months with being single is that singleness is actually a really good thing. It's a period you have with just God where He can work and mold you into being the best version of yourself that He needs you to be. So enjoy this season, you will never get it back. Have you ever been treated poorly? Have you ever treated someone else poorly? Has someone you love ever been treated poorly? I'm sure we can all answer yes to those questions. We are called to live a life like Jesus and although Jesus was treated poorly, he showed us how to life and endure those time. Will we be perfect...no; and He knows that.
