Welcome to the Rik n Zay podcast. We’re two friends who can talk sports from sunrise to sunset. This podcast is designed to be put on and feel like we’re sitting right next to you. We’re going to talk sports (mostly NFL, NBA, some UFC and MLB), movies that catch our eye, hot shows, and anything else relevant in the world. We will have a go to segment called Talkin or Squakin. This is where we both decide whether what somebody says is legit, or if they’re just talking to talk. We’ll mix in some different things every show.
