I recently came across this question in a FB group, "How do I make sure my clients get results?"
My answer: "The way I see it: it's my client's job to show up, do the work, and get their results. Not mine. My job: To follow through on my promises for the offer (if I say I'm going to drop X amount of modules, I'm going to do it.) and it's also my job to make sure my messaging attracts the kind of people who DO get results! Which means I'm intentional with not attracting people who I need to convince or who aren't actually ready to do the work."

How do you tend to measure your success? For most of us in business, our brains tend to jump right into thinking about income, sales, and clients. But we can't forget about all of the other wins too-- the way you feel, your courage, the way you talk to yourself, moving past fear, etc. There are so many ways to measure success and being able to celebrate every step- both big and small- is one of my best secrets for staying inspired and motivated to keep going.

One of my biggest pet peeves is the way sales tends to be taught in the coaching industry. Cold DM's, manipulative sales tactics, overcoming objections, "pushing" people into the sale... honestly... yuck! lol.
I used to think if I wanted to sell, I'd have to do things that didn't really feel good to me. Now I know that's not true. I don't offer sales calls. I don't do cold DM's. And I sell offers that are thousands of dollars after someone reaches out ready to work with me.
This episode is for the woman who wants to embrace a more feminine, aligned way of sales. This is your permission slip to do things YOUR way.

Something I've found is that at each new level of visibility and income in your business, this is a fear that can come in strong.
“What are my friends or family going to think?”
“Will someone be upset or triggered by me?”
“Will they talk about me behind their back?”

On today’s episode of the Follow Your Light Podcast, I’m letting you in on something so special. I was recently looking through past group call recordings as I was preparing to launch this round of Soul Purpose, when I came across something that deeply moved me.
It was a segment where I had been coaching my client, Tori Lynne, and holding space for her to explore what it would be like to step more fully into her authentic self and express that to the world, without allowing fears or doubts to hold her back.
I sat there listening to this segment like, “Whoaaaa” not only because it was a powerful moment, but also because I know how far Tori has come since then- just a few months later!
