Today I’m talking about how mindfulness can be part of every single meal you eat – and wat the outcomes of that might be.
Today I'm walking through a big and painful feeling and talking about walking as therapy.
Today I’m talking about integrating and showing both parts of myself publicly – the coaching/business part called Body Mind Calm, and the music/art part called CKATO.
Today I’m talking about laziness, procrastination, motivation (or lack thereof) and how to be pulled by your goals instead of struggling to push towards them.
Today I’m going to open stage night at Frankfurt Art Bar, playing some of my music, and listening to and drawing other musicians.
Today I walk a lot and don't talk too much.
Join me as I set out on a 42.5 km hike, get lost in the dark and finally make it.
Today I’m talking about feeling broken and the relativity and abundance of Time and Space. I’m also talking about Walking. Or am I? It’s all about how walking is symbolic of our journey of life.
Today I’m talking about the weird things that happened to me this morning, about finding a deep seated belief in energy and the universe, and which actions to choose to build satisfying success.
Join me on a foggy walk, as I talk about love & trust, how to manifest your future, and how to interpret the messages that your body mind system is sending you on a daily basis for healing to happen

Just like anxiety/nervousness and (positive) excitement are two sides of the same physiological coin, so are comforting vs. celebrating yourself.
There’s a time and place for all of these, but it seems like a lot of focus is put on comfort, instead of celebration. What energy do you bring to your self care?
What is fear, and what happens when you encounter it? Will it stifle you, make you stuck and helpless? Or can you use it for greatness, for change, as a compass in your life, showing you what you must do next. Where you need to commit fully.

This content feels way too raw, vulnerable, egocentric, even boring to publish, but here we are. I realized last night, that this is probably what people mean when they say they feel embarrassed. I don’t feel that way often, but there is a cringe-type feeling connected to content like this, so I guess this is it.
This is the start of what I have to say, and I will say it all. I invite you to come along. I promise I will take care of the wind noise problem though. Soon.
