CLIC culture, is a branch of the faith based non-profit organization, CLIC, Community Life Improvement Center. As a organization we are here to help improve the community by teaching life skills, holding workshops, facilitation services and much more. But here with CLIC Culture, we are 100% here to help you walk more effectively with Christ! This podcast is to challenge as well as encourage you to THINK about how you walk as a believer in your community. We firmly believe that God has given you all ability to be effective and successful in your homes, your community and the kingdom of God!
Bullies are everywhere. Not just in school, not just at work, but everywhere, even in churches! It's a issue that the world has had to deal with since the beginning of time, and its just not going anywhere. So we have to talk about it, we have to teach on it, what to do with it, how to defend against it, and how to recognize when you or someone else is being bullied! Sometimes we limit God on how He can speak to us. We have to be reminded from time to time that God can and will anything He created to get a point across! There are no limits, no boundaries when it comes to Him using His power to get His message to His people! Join us on our journey!

Did know that there has been a state of emergency put out for the mental health for our kids? Did you hear about it anywhere? Our kids are fighting harder than we could ever imagine to keep a smile on their face. They have endured so much lately and the media is NOT talking about how much stress our kids are under, but as parents, and leaders in our communities. we hear about it and see it every single day.

We all need direction and guidance. Its not the easiest of times by no means for a lot of people around the country and the world. In some of the hardest times I had to endure, I was able to find HIS voice that led me to the best possible place and position for my life! There is nothing like knowing His voice and being able to live on and from the voice of God. How well do you know His voice?

SAY WHAT?1 Is it even possible to be an unsaved Christian? You better believe it! It happening all over the world. We see it and hardly ever confront it because we know that no one is perfect. As that is true, it has very little to do with putting on a front and in this instance, a lot of people do not even know they aren't really saved! Growing up in a black church, we are so indoctrinated with CHURCH and how to do church that we at times leave out Christ. It's hardly an intentional act, but it is an act that must be corrected and highlighted to protect our walk and guide our walk with Christ.

Family, for far to long we have not been willing to face many challenges when it comes to our walk with Christ. With all that has gone on this last year, with the pandemic, the closing of churches, businesses and the constant adjustment that we have had to endure, the one thing that has been challenged, is our faith! Where does our faith truly reside? In church, or in Christ? Lets talk about it!
