Welcome to The Ciakudias! We are 5 siblings who have come together to share our experiences on being black in Norway.
We currently live in 3 different countries and were able to come together online to have a chat!
We have invited guests to discuss how racism navigates in different countries and communities. Our guests have lived in countries such as South Africa, Belgium, Panama, Canada and more.
What are the similiarites? What are the differences? Listen as we have a chat with Patrick, Maria and Ashleigh.
In this episode we are joined by psychotherapist Abdibasid Ali Mohamed. Even with a busy schedule traveling in East Africa he had the time to share his knowledge with us. This is a conversation that we have been looking very forward to. Mohamed is normally based in Oslo.
He works to raise awareness about mental health in different communities, especially in the african diaspora.
