The Sisterhood of Radcliffe is a 5-episode podcast series that features the inspirational stories of a group of extraordinary Black women who forged an inseparable bond more than 40 years ago that began as incoming freshmen at Harvard University’s Radcliffe College in 1975.Hosted by India Carney, a multi-talented singer and entertainer, whose outstanding performances on the hit show, “The Voice” have earned her global recognition.
In Episode 5 of “The Sisterhood of Radcliffe” podcast series, the women discuss the challenges that came with trying to gain respect as Black women in Corporate America during an era of both Affirmative Action and Corporate excess.
This episode also highlights the successes achieved by these dynamic women, and includes words of wisdom and mentorship for to the next generation of successful women and men.

"The Sisterhood of Radcliffe" podcast series highlights the lives and careers of 8 amazing, Black women who forged a lifelong bond after meeting as freshmen students at Harvard University's Radcliffe College in 1975, a turbulent period for race relations in America.
These young women, who were part of a group of about 130 Black students in a total incoming freshman class at Harvard of more than 1500 students, would all graduate from Harvard and go on to achieve life successes, in spite of the racism and sexism of the 1980's and 90's.
In Episode 1 of "The Sisterhood of Radcliffe," titled "Children of the Movement," the ladies discuss their family roots, growing up during the heart of the Civil Rights Movement, and the incredible sacrifices made their parents in order to provide them with the opportunities to achieve the level of education that would allow them to succeed in a racially divided America.
