She is also a mom to two boys and a podcast host herself !
Lydia is a photographer as well as the founder of Parc Ferme, a creative agency and lifestyle brand documenting the human stories in racing through creative production, collaboration, and product design!

Lauren is one of those women that you want to be near. She radiates professionalism, grace and knowledge. She is absolutely incredible and I found it so inspiring to listen to her talk about working in the sports events industry, how she got into and how her competitive spirit from playing sports translates into her career. I am so incredibly grateful that she made the time to record this with me, and share her journey! She is amazing, and I can't wait to see what she does this year as the Director of the Paddock and Industry Relations for the F1 Miami Grand Prix. I really wanted to start having younger women on who maybe aren't where they want to be yet, but that you can listen to and maybe take inspiration knowing that Hope for example, is still kind of starting out on her journey!
She is incredible and definitely a powerhouse, I really admire her tenacity and capability to follow an untraditional route.

When I first started going to university I had no idea what I wanted to do and I wish I had this kind of thing to turn to, so I'm creating it. I am so excited for you to listen to our guests, I’ve gotten to speak to some incredible womxn who are absolutely killing it. I am incredibly nervous (but excited) to let you know that we will be launching the first episode on October 1st!
